Abstract

Kompleks asam lemak hidroksamat (FHA) dengan beberapa ion logam telah digunakan dalam kimia analitik sebagai reagen untuk gravimetri, spektrofotometri logam, pengkhelat untuk mineral bumi yang langka dan untuk pengekstrak ion-ion logam dari fase air. Oleh sebab itu, sangat perlu dilakukan sintesis FHA dengan bahan dasar yang mengandung asam lemak ini. Salah satu sumber asam lemak adalah minyak mentah dedak padi. Minyak mentah dedak padi mengandung asam lemak dengan rantai sedang dan panjang sehingga memiliki potensi yang sangat besar sebagai bahan baku sintesis asam lemak hidroksamat. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mensintesis FHA dari minyak mentah dedak padi secara enzimatis dan karakterisasi produk FHA yang dihasilkan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode enzimatis yang meliputi beberapa tahap pengerjaan yaitu tahap sintesis, tahap pemurnian dan tahap karakterisasi. Dari hasil penelitian, diperoleh persentase hasil sintesis asam lemak hidroksamat dari minyak mentah dedak padi setelah dilakukan perbanyakan dengan menggunakan kondisi sintesisnya adalah sekitar 52,37%. Jumlah gugus asam hidroksamat dalam 1 gram sampel kering asam lemak hidroksamat adalah 3,01 mmol. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji warna dengan CuSO4 dan FeCl3 didapatkan warna kompleks yang khas untuk kedua logam tersebut dengan FHA yaitu warna hijau dan merah tua. Sedangkan dari analisis FTIR, didapatkan spektrum gugus fungsi asam hidroksamat dari sampel FHA.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve higher order thinking skills (HOTS) through the use of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) in junior high school science subjects. Study this is study action classes (PTK) implemented at SMP Negeri 1 Pringgasela Class VIII Semester I of the year 2024/2025 lessons of 30 people. Technique data collection used is use instrument HOTS test choices double And sheet observation for measure implementation CTL learning . While the data is being analyzed with use technique descriptive qualitative. Results study this show that after implementing CTL, ability higher order thinking skills (HOTS) students experience significant improvement? in every cycle. On cycle 1 Improvement ability higher order thinking skills (HOTS) are marked with improvement percentage average value of results HOTS test for students namely with percentage average value of 16.67 % stage pre-action to 73.33% after action cycle 1 with criteria Enough Good And return increase after done action cycle 2 with percentage average value of 90.00% with criteria good. Usage Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) is capable increase ability students' higher order thinking skills (HOTS). Because involving learning in context real, encouraging experience active students , and involving they in think critical.

Abstract

Humans have the ability to think and always try to improve their knowledge. Human nature is naturally full of curiosity so humans are always looking for answers to their curiosity. Humans seek answers to their curiosity through knowledge, and through knowledge will lead to its own satisfaction according to the demands of the times. The knowledge gained is not only knowledge, but is emphasized on knowledge and truth. Learning everything by studying the right scientific foundation is one of the efforts made by humans to obtain the truth. This study aims to determine the nature of the philosophy of education in the development of science based on local wisdom. The surrounding nature gives birth to local wisdom that is unique and is a potential in the development of science. Science or science which includes physics, chemistry, biology using scientific steps, scientific thinking, and using scientific frameworks. This is the beginning of the philosophy of science used to study, uncover, and solve scientific problems for human life. This study discusses the importance of a person in developing science based on local wisdom as a means of maintaining natural resources, culture, customs that exist in people's lives.

Abstract

Abstrak Berdasarkan hasil observasi di sekolah mitra yaitu SMPN 1 Jerowaru, terlihat bahwa keadaan laboratorium belum memadai dimana alat dan bahan praktikum masih sangat kurang. Guru-guru IPA tidak melakukan inovasi dan kreasi untuk mengatasi kekurangan tersebut. Selain itu, kegiatan praktikum jarang dilakukan termasuk dalam memanfaatkan lingkungan sekitar. Guru IPA cenderung melakukan pembelajaran dengan teori dan monoton hanya di dalam kelas. Oleh karena itu, pengusul bersama mitra bekerja sama dalam mengatasi masalah tersebut melalui program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM). Program PkM ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam merancang dan mengembangkan media pembelajaran dengan bahan bekas yang berada di lingkungan sekitar. Metode yang digunakan dalam pencapaian tujuan tersebut adalah penyelenggaraan inservice berupa pelatihan dan pendampingan. Pelatihan yang dilaksanakan adalah latihan teknik-teknik merancang media pembelajaran terintegrasi lingkungan (bahan bekas). Hasil media yang dikembangkan ada enam yaitu kincir air, jangka sorong, elektroskop sederhana, alat destilasi, dan sistem peredaran darah. Kata kunci: media pembelajaran; lingkungan; konsep IPA Abstract Based on the results of observations at the partner school, namely SMPN 1 Jerowaru, it can be seen that the condition of the laboratory is inadequate where the tools and materials for practicum are still very lacking. Science teachers do not innovate and create to overcome these shortcomings. In addition, practicum activities are rarely carried out including in utilizing the surrounding environment. Science teachers tend to carry out learning with theory and monotonously only in the classroom. Therefore, the proposer and partners work together to overcome this problem through the Community Service (PKM) program. This PkM program aims to improve teacher skills in designing and developing learning media with used materials in the surrounding environment. The method used in achieving these goals is the implementation of inservice in the form of training and mentoring. The training carried out is training in techniques for designing integrated learning media for the environment (used materials). The results of the media developed are six, namely water wheels, vernier calipers, simple electroscopes, distillation tools, and blood circulation systems. Keywords: learning media; environment; science concept

Abstract

The basis of education is a universal human ideal. Education aims to prepare the person in balance, unity, organic, harmonious, dynamic in order to achieve the goals of human life. So that in the world of education it still cannot be separated from the role of philosophy in it. Philosophy of education is vitally related to the development of all aspects of teaching. By placing educational philosophy at a practical level, lecturers/teachers can find various solutions to problems in the world of education, including health education. The benefits of educational philosophy for health sciences are expected to be able to provide guidance to educators (lecturers/teachers), so that it will be able to color their behavior in managing the Teaching and Learning Process (PBM). In addition, with the existence of an educational philosophy, pure knowledge or advanced knowledge in the field of health sciences can be obtained to be applied for the recovery of patients based on supporting premises. This literature review aims to look at the influence and relevance of philosophy and health science education studied from the 3 main components of philosophy, namely: Ontology, Epistemology and Axiology.

Abstract

Science Education (IPA) is a science related to systematic natural and material symptoms that are arranged regularly, generally in the form of a collection of observations and experiments. Science learning is expected to be a vehicle for students to learn about themselves and the surrounding nature, as well as the prospect of further development in applying it in everyday life. In the world of education, environmentally sound education has begun to be integrated, for example education with the vision of SETS (Science Environment Technology and Society) is defined as science, environment, technology, and society, is a unit that in the concept of education has implementation so that students have the ability to think higher (higher order thinking) Science, Technology and Society (STS) approach or the Science, Technology and Society (STM) approach. is a combination of concept approaches, process skills, CBSA, Inquiry and disambiguation as well as environmental approaches. One example of the implementation of the learning model with the environment is lodging in an open environment with an environmentally sound concept called ecolodge. Ecolodge is a small hotel or guesthouse that combines local architecture, culture and natural characteristics, supports environmental conservation by reducing waste and energy use and provides social and economic benefits to local communities.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service initiative was to socialize the importance of implementing Outcome-Based Education (OBE) in teaching materials at schools in the Batukliang District. The activities began with a needs assessment through surveys and interviews with teachers in the region, which revealed that their understanding of OBE was still limited. Subsequently, intensive training was conducted to provide a solid understanding of the fundamental concepts of OBE and how to implement them in the development of syllabi, Lesson Plans (RPP), and competency-based assessments. After the training, teachers applied the knowledge they had gained in their classroom teaching and provided feedback on the challenges they faced, particularly in developing competency-based evaluations. The training results indicated an improvement in the teachers' understanding of the OBE concepts and their application, although some challenges remained, such as time constraints, limited resources, and difficulties in creating holistic assessments. The support of school principals also proved crucial in ensuring the successful implementation of OBE. The post-training evaluations showed that the teachers found the activities valuable and felt that their skills in designing OBE-based learning had improved. Overall, this community service initiative successfully enhanced the quality of teachers' understanding and skills in implementing OBE in the Batukliang District. It is hoped that this initiative can serve as a model for other regions, with the goal of improving the quality of education that is relevant to the demands of the workforce.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendekatan saintifik berbasis Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) terhadap implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka ditinjau dari hasil belajar IPA siswa SMP. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada pentingnya penerapan strategi pembelajaran yang mengintegrasikan konten, pedagogi, dan teknologi secara seimbang dalam menghadapi tantangan pembelajaran abad 21. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu dengan desain Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Sampel terdiri dari 60 siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Jerowaru yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok, yaitu kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan model pembelajaran TPACK berbasis saintifik dan kelas kontrol yang menggunakan model konvensional. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar pada kedua kelompok, namun kelompok eksperimen menunjukkan peningkatan yang lebih signifikan berdasarkan uji-t dengan nilai signifikansi 0.00000145 (p < 0,05). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan saintifik berbasis TPACK efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa IPA dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka. Dengan demikian, pendekatan ini dapat menjadi alternatif strategis dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran IPA di tingkat SMP.
