Abstract

In an effort to understand how Emotional Quotient (EQ) and Spiritual Quotient (SQ) affect employee performance with organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) as a mediator in higher education institutions, quantitative methods were chosen for use in this study. A total of 72 employees were selected as a sample in the study conducted. Questionnaires are selected as data collection methods, and tested and analyzed with multiple linear regression methods using SPSS. Regression analysis shows that OCB plays a role as an intervinning variable on relationship between EQ and SQ to employee performance. So that to improve employee performance, that is necessary to increase EQ, SQ and OCB

Abstract

Discipline, creativity and responsibility influence employee work performance. The aim of this research is to analyze discipline, creativity and responsibility whose impact on work performance is both partial and simultaneous. Type of explanatory research or level of explanation using census research techniques. Discipline, creativity, and responsibility are the independent variables of this research. This research refers to the entire staff of 134 road construction contractors. Validity and reliability tests, coefficient of determination, t test, and F test were carried out using SPSS calculation tools. The anova test shows that the model is fit, meaning that the independent variables can predict the dependent variable. The results show that all hypotheses are accepted. Research finds that discipline, creativity and responsibility have a significant impact on employee work performance, either partially or simultaneously. Abstract

This study aims to identify green management adoption patterns by local communities in Asinan Village for Rawa Pening conservation, analyze influencing factors, evaluate impacts on environmental conservation and socio-economic conditions, and formulate effective adoption models. The research employed a mixed-method approach through in-depth interviews with 20 key informants, focus group discussions, participatory observation, surveys of 100 respondents, and document studies. Results revealed four adoption stages: awareness (85%), interest (68%), evaluation (45%), and trial/adoption (32%). Five significant factors influencing adoption were education level (β = 0.285), information access (β = 0.312), community social capital (β = 0.267), institutional support (β = 0.245), and perceived economic benefits (β = 0.198). Adoption demonstrated positive environmental impacts with 15% COD reduction, 12% BOD reduction, and 25% income increase for organic farmers. The developed Integrated Green Management Adoption Model incorporates four main components: community capacity building, information and communication system development, local institutional strengthening, and sustainable incentive systems.

Abstract

Study This digs into factors influencing the interpersonal communication of students studying in the hotel industry. Students face various challenges in communicating with colleagues, guests, and superiors in an environment often full of diverse cultures And demands Work tall. Studies This identifies several factors that play a role key in the interpersonal interactions of students, including different cultures, lack of experience in Work, skills, poor communication, level of stress And pressure work, role, And not quite enough answers that are not clear, ability to settle the conflict, and awareness of self. Study This demonstrates the need for a deep understanding of factors. This helps students overcome constraints in interpersonal communication. Results study. This can give educators an outlook and institutional training. For designing a suitable program, use increased skills in interpersonal communication for students studying the hotel industry field. With a better understanding of the factors that influence interpersonal communication, the expected students can build effective relationships in the environment, improve their trust in themselves, contribute positively to the hotel industry, and develop their careers in the past.

Abstract

This research was conducted between December and January 2024 at PT XYZ is a company that provides electrical equipment in the Semarang area and services various types of customers, from large shops to smaller ones around the area. The company's organizational structure consists of 43 team members with various positions, including one director, three managers, seven accountants, twelve marketing staff, nine warehouse staff, and eleven drivers. Data was collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale distributed to employees in various company departments. Data collection aims to obtain their views on the work environment, workload, career development and employee performance. Data analysis uses the path analysis method with the SMART PLS 4 application to test correlation patterns between variables. This research indicates that an employee's career growth is significantly influenced by their work environment. Workload has been shown to have a major impact on professional progress. Additionally, career growth has a major positive impact on worker performance.
