Abstract

Supporting the Company's business activities, CSR must be implemented not only as an implementation of responsibility but also as an obligation for the business world. CSR can be said to be future savings for companies to gain profits. The benefits obtained are not just financial benefits but more on the trust of the surrounding community and stakeholders based on the principles of volunteerism and partnership. The formulation of the problem in this research is how to enforce the law for Limited Liability Companies that do not implement Corporate Social Responsibility. This research uses a normative type of research. The results of this research are that Limited Liability Companies have an obligation to implement CSR. However, if a Limited Liability Company does not implement CSR, there are no legal sanctions related to Limited Liability Companies that do not implement CSR. If there are no regulations that enforce it, many companies will ignore CSR provisions and this will become an obstacle in the future in implementing CSR.

Abstract

Abstract

Indigenous peoples are the ones most capable of determining whether a culture changes. Whether these communities can maintain their customs and traditions in an increasingly modern era will determine if that culture continues to survive. Despite this, in practice, Indigenous peoples are often treated as objects of tourism rather than as subjects or main actors. To address this challenge, an approach that respects participation and collective rights is needed to help Indigenous communities become successful participants in tourism. This research uses a normative legal method to explore possible solutions. Furthermore, tourism development must be grounded in a strong legal foundation, such as Law No. 39 of 1999 on Human Rights, Article 18B, paragraph (2), of the 1945 Constitution, and international principles such as UNDRIP, to protect the rights of Indigenous peoples. With these legal protections and if implemented properly, tourism can serve as a tool for empowerment and cultural preservation through harmonized regulations, meaningful participation, and the active role of Indigenous communities.

Abstract

Transportation models consist of various types, of these transportation models motorbikes are included in the classification of types of private vehicles, but in Indonesia there are many motorcycles that also function as public transportation, namely transporting people and charging agreed fees. This type of transportation model is known as a motorcycle taxi. In the current era of globalization, there is an online transportation application model that has caught the attention of the public, namely online applicationbased transportation providers. The names that are known in the community are like gojek, grab, and so on. In the concept of a rule of law, both Continental Europe and Anglo Saxon, it is known that there is an element of protection of human rights and equality before the law, but regarding the operational area for online-based transportation service providers there are no national rules that regulate it so that it often creates legal problems between conventional transportation with online-based transportation.
