Abstract

This study aims to instill the maturity level of information technology governance at RRI Banjarmasin using the COBIT 5 framework, focusing on two domains, namely EDM03 (Ensure Risk Optimization) and APO13 (Manage Security). This second domain was chosen because it is directly related to risk management and information security of Publishing. The research method used is a qualitative approach through interviews and documentation analysis. The evaluation results show that the current maturity level value for EDM03 is 3.5 and APO13 is 3.6, which is at level 4 (Predictable) after rounding. Although the process has been running consistently, there is still an average gap of 1.45 towards level 5 (Optimizing). This finding indicates the need for continuous improvement so that IT governance at RRI Banjarmasin can achieve optimal conditions and support the quality of safe and reliable broadcasting services.

Abstract

Manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam kesuksesan usaha, terutama pada sektor Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Karyawan merupakan aset utama bagi perusahaan, sehingga pengelolaan SDM yang baik akan memberikan dampak besar terhadap keberlanjutan dan kemajuan usaha. Salah satu tantangan utama yang dihadapi UMKM, terutama di Bojongsari, adalah keterbatasan sumber daya yang memadai. Oleh karena itu, pengusaha perlu memperlakukan karyawan dengan tepat agar tetap termotivasi, produktif, dan loyal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pentingnya kebijakan upah yang kompetitif serta pelatihan dan penyuluhan berkelanjutan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan dan retensi karyawan di UMKM Klinik Bisnis Pondok Petir Sejahtera (PONSERA) Bojongsari. Salah satu elemen penting dalam manajemen SDM adalah kebijakan upah, yang berfungsi sebagai faktor pendorong motivasi dan loyalitas karyawan. Namun, menentukan kebijakan upah yang kompetitif menjadi tantangan tersendiri, terutama bagi UMKM yang berlokasi di daerah dengan keterbatasan sumber daya. Selain itu, pelatihan yang berfokus pada peningkatan keterampilan teknis dan soft skills juga sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas kerja karyawan dan mendukung efisiensi operasional perusahaan. Melalui penyuluhan dan pelatihan yang tepat, karyawan tidak hanya merasa dihargai, tetapi juga memiliki kesempatan untuk berkembang, yang pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan kinerja dan daya saing usaha.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the species composition and community structure of Echinodermata and their relationship with seagrass cover and oceanographic parameters in the Puntondo Coastal Area. The study was carried out from October to November 2021. Seagrass observations and samples of Echinodermata used the random sampling method at three stations representing natural zones, near settlements, and ecotourism. The observations used the line transect method by stretching the transect line perpendicular to the sea for 100 meters with a distance between transects of 50 meters. The results showed that the number of echinoderm species composition identified was 15 species from 4 classes. The community structure of Echinodermata at three stations indicates a moderate level of diversity, a high uniformity index indicates an even distribution and a dominance index indicates that no species dominates. The percentage area of seagrass cover at three station points in the Puntondo Coastal Area belongs to the medium cover category. The condition of the waters on the coast of the Puntondo area at three station points meets the quality standard requirements for marine biota. The relationship between dominance, seagrass cover, and pH showed a positive relationship while abundance, diversity, uniformity, temperature, salinity, brightness, and currents showed a negative relationship.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disposisi matematis dan literasi matematika terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Majene. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian ex post facto yang bersifat Causal Comparative Research dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 42 siswa yaitu kelas VIII A dan VIII D yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen: (1) angket disposisi matematis, (2) tes kemampuan literasi matematika, dan (3) tes hasil belajar matematika. Analisis data dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan analisis inferensial. Hasil pengujian deskriptif data menunjukkan bahwa: (1) disposisi matematis berada pada kategori rendah, (2) literasi matematika berada pada kategori cukup, dan (3) hasil belajar matematika berada pada kategori sedang. Adapun hipotesis dalam penelitian ini ada 3 dengan hasil pegujian menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana dan regresi linear berganda, yaitu: (1) disposisi matematis berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika, (2) literasi matematika berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika, dan (3) disposisi matematis dan literasi matematika secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh manajemen waktu (X1) dan motivasi (X2) terhadap prestasi akademik (Y) mahasiswa yang berkuliah sambil bekerja penuh waktu di Universitas Universal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, di mana data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner melalui Google Form. Sampel penelitian dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 189 mahasiswa aktif yang belajar sambil bekerja. Melalui analisis regresi linier berganda, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel menunjukkan arah hubungan yang positif, tetapi keduanya tidak memberikan pengaruh signifikan secara statistik. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pencapaian akademik mahasiswa pekerja seringkali lebih bergantung pada tingkat usaha, dedikasi, dan faktor kontekstual terkait peran ganda, di mana fokus mahasiswa cenderung pada pemenuhan kebutuhan finansial atau mendapatkan gelar untuk kenaikan jabatan. Tantangan utama yang menghambat adalah ketegangan peran (role strain) akibat konflik antara tuntutan kerja dan kuliah yang intens yang memicu kelelahan fisik dan mental. Selain itu, kurangnya keterampilan self-management dan perilaku prokrastinasi juga menjadi faktor penghambat. Studi ini memberikan wawasan bahwa bagi mahasiswa zaman sekarang yang pragmatis, pencapaian prestasi akademik mungkin lebih ditentukan oleh efisiensi pemanfaatan teknologi digital dan Kecerdasan Buatan (AI) daripada dorongan motivasi intrinsik. Untuk memperdalam pemahaman, penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk menggunakan pendekatan campuran (mixed methods) guna mengeksplorasi persepsi subjektif dan meneliti peran variabel lain seperti self-management, prokrastinasi, dan dampak AI.

Abstract

This research examines the relationship between Islamic values and the unique gender system in Bugis society in South Sulawesi, Indonesia, which recognizes five gender identities: makkunrai, urané, calalai, calabai, and bissu. Using a descriptive qualitative approach and literature study methods, this research analyzes the cultural, spiritual, and religious aspects of non-binary gender roles in Muslim society. Data were obtained from scientific journals, books, reports, and relevant digital sources related to the topic. The findings indicate that the Bugis community negotiates between Islamic teachings and local traditions, resulting in contextual interpretations that embrace gender diversity. The bissu figure is viewed as a sacred entity and plays an important role in customary ceremonies and the spirituality of the community. Gender identity in Bugis society is understood not only from a biological perspective but as a result of the dynamic interaction between religion, culture, and evolving social roles. This research contributes to the discourse on Islam regarding gender diversity and emphasizes the importance of preserving local wisdom amid the pressures of globalization and conservative religious ideologies. The study recommends a more contextual and humanistic Islamic approach to understanding the diverse social realities.

Abstract

Sports injuries are a common risk faced by high school students, especially in sports-focused schools, due to high training and competition intensity. The main problem is the lack of knowledge and practical skills in providing appropriate first aid, which can potentially worsen injuries and delay recovery. This Community Service (PkM) activity aims to enhance the competence of students at SMA Olahraga Pekanbaru through education and practical training in sports injury first aid. The method used is an interactive workshop combining theoretical presentation (covering RICE/POLICE principles, identification of common injuries) with hands-on simulation practice (such as bandaging and immobilization techniques) using props. The target participants are 20 students from various sports. Expected outcomes include increased participant knowledge and skills (measured through pre-test and post-test), as well as supporting products such as training modules, documentation videos, and a scientific article. This activity is expected to foster a culture of sports safety and reduce the negative impact of improperly managed injuries.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis perbandingan penerapan perhitungan Pajak Penghasilan pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 23 Tahun 2018 dan Undang-Undang Nomor 36 Tahun 2008 Pasal 31E. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan konsultan pajak serta pegawai KPP Pratama Makassar Utara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketentuan PP Nomor 23 Tahun 2018 lebih sederhana dan praktis dalam penerapannya, namun belum sepenuhnya mencerminkan asas keadilan fiskal, khususnya bagi UMKM yang memiliki margin keuntungan rendah. Sebaliknya, penerapan Pasal 31E lebih mencerminkan keadilan ekonomi karena berbasis laba kena pajak, tetapi hanya efektif bagi UMKM yang telah memiliki kemampuan administrasi dan pembukuan yang memadai.

Abstract

Background: Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is a non-invasive method that is crucial for diagnosing various medical conditions, including cervical MRI. However, one of the challenges often encountered in MRI image analysis is the presence of noise, which can compromise image quality. Noise in MRI images can suppress important details, impede diagnostic accuracy, and increase the likelihood of misinterpretation. One technique that has been proven effective in reducing image noise is the Weighted Median Filter (WMF). This research is crucial for improving the diagnostic quality of MRI images. The aim of this research is to determine the differences and assess the image quality between before and after applying the Weighted Median Filter (WMF) denoising technique to Cervical MRI images. Methods: In Cervical MRI images, image information was improved using the Weighted Median Filter (WMF) denoising technique to produce images with better quality. Each image was measured for image information before and after the denoising technique. Image information was assessed in two ways: image quality (SNR and CNR), and filter performance (PSNR and MSE). Results: Based on the results of the difference test, there is a difference in the quality of the SNR and CNR images between before and after the WMF denoising technique. And the results of the filter performance test produce good values that are still within standard limits. Conclusions: that there is a significant difference between the image before reduction and the image after reduction with WMF denoising technique. In this research, the MRI Cervical image of T1 GRE axial slice sequence produces a good filter performance assessment (PSNR and MSE) and also for the image quality before and after the denoising technique produces SNR and CNR that are in line, namely there is an increase in image quality between before and after WMF technoising.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of ERP implementation on PT Mayora Indah Tbk. A qualitative approach and internet search method were used in this research to collect as much data as possible related to the topic under study, including data from the internet and related journals. Data analysis was conducted to evaluate the effect of ERP on the performance of PT Mayora Indah Tbk, especially in improving production levels and product quality, as well as delivery accuracy supported by the ERP system implemented in the company. The research findings show that ERP implementation has a significant influence in improving the performance of PT Mayora Indah Tbk. Suggestions that can be given to the results of this study are that researchers can include a more detailed analysis of the effect of ERP systems on supply chain management. This research contributes to the academic study of ERP and provides important insights for business practitioners. The implications of this research can be used by other companies that want to improve performance through ERP implementation.
