Abstract

Family as the first educational institution for children has an important role in instilling child independence. Through activities to educate, guide, and provide care to children, the cultivation of independence can be done in the family. The study aims to find out, discover, and explain the role of working mothers as domestic helpers in instilling early childhood independence in the family environment. This research is field research or field research using qualitative descriptive methods. Data is obtained through observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is done by reducing, presenting, and verifying data. The results of this study are mothers who work as domestic helpers in carrying out the role of early childhood independence in the family environment is done by taking the best time for the child, applying habits and discipline to the child, applying responsibility to the child, and providing rewards as motivation for children to continue to be encouraged to do independence.

Abstract

Raudhatul Athfal Institution occupies a unique position in the community along with the increasing attention and interest of the community in religious educational institutions, but effective marketing strategies have not been widely implemented by many RA institutions. This article examines in more depth the strategy of RA Masyitoh 32 Pasinggangan in marketing its institution. The research approach used is qualitative with the type of case study research, data obtained through interviews, observations and documentation. The results of the study found that 1) RA Masyitoh 3 Pasinggangan formulated market conditions through 3 activities, namely micro-environmental analysis, marketing orientation and competitor analysis, 2) Marketing strategies for competitive advantage used are cost strategy and differentiation strategy. 3) Market segmentation is carried out based on demographics and behavior, Targeting is carried out based on customer orientation and specific market strategy (Single segment concentration) and positioning is carried out with the characteristics of superior Islamic learning program quality. 4) The market mix utilized for market advantage is programs, human resources and effective promotions.

Abstract

Parents as the main caregiver have a very important role in the process of growth of Nanak, the reason the foster pattern given by parents to will determine the future of the child. Increasingly, the era of foster pattern that is done by people in the child is increasingly berfariasi, this can be seen in the safety of family companions provided by the Ministry of Education and Culture. In some occasions we may encounter some authors who share personal and field experiences related to foster patterns applied to early childhood. Ann Research conducted by researchers classified as research librarary research by collecting primary data and sekundere related to articles about parenting patterns that are contained on the Family Friends page. This research uses a qualitative approach, to interpret and explain the research object, which is an analysis of parents ' parenting pattern of early childhood in the Family friends page. The results of this research indicate that from articles written by parents on the Friends of the family page describes the parenting process that is recorded by parents in children. Where the caregiving is given to the children aims to optimize the child's growth and instill positive values in the child. In addition, some articles also explain the impact of the parenting process in children, both positive and negative impacts, so that this article can be one of the learning materials for parents in the care of children

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam dunia pendidikan, khususnya dalam proses pembelajaran. Media digital menawarkan berbagai solusi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Namun, di sisi lain, pemanfaatan media digital juga menimbulkan tantangan dan gangguan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengekspolarsi pemanfaatan media digital dalam pembelajaran, menimbang antara manfaat dan gangguan yang dihadapi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa media digital dapat menjadi solusi efektif jika digunakan secara bijaksana, namun juga berpotensi menjadi gangguan jika tidak dikelola dengan baik. Artikel ini menyimpulkan perlunya pendekatan yang seimbang dan strategi yang tepat untuk memaksimalkan manfaat media digital sambil meminimalkan dampak negatifnya. Penelitian ini mengusulkan lima komponen penting yang perlu diperhatikan dalam memaksimalkan manfaat media digital serta meminimalkan dampak negatif media digital pada proses pembelajaran yaitu Sistem pembelajaran yang difasilitasi, Pelatihan Keterampilan digital, Kesesuaikan penggunaan media digital dengan tingkat pertumbuhan dan pekembangan siswa, Kolaborasi berbagai pihak dan Praktik sukses dari model sekolah waldorf.

Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi, anak-anak semakin terpapar nilai-nilai yang tidak selalu sejalan dengan budaya lokal, sehingga penting untuk memperkuat identitas kebangsaan sejak dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dampak rekonstruksi dan kontestasi cerita rakyat Banyumas dalam dua bahasa (Jawa-Indonesia) terhadap karakter cinta tanah air anak usia dini. Menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) berbasis model Borg and Gall, penelitian ini melibatkan anak-anak dari lima lembaga Raudhlatul Athfal (RA) di Kabupaten Banyumas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dampak positif yang signifikan dari cerita rakyat dwi bahasa terhadap pengembangan karakter cinta tanah air. Di berbagai lembaga yang diteliti, uji statistik menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan rasa cinta tanah air yang lebih kuat pada hasil post-test dibandingkan pre-test. Pendekatan ini efektif dalam menumbuhkan nilai-nilai kebangsaan pada anak-anak melalui adaptasi cerita rakyat dalam bahasa daerah.

Abstract

Maria Montessori's thoughts on early childhood education have had a tremendous impact on educators and observers of early childhood development. Maria Montessori developed many theories from various experiences she had while running Casa Dei Bambini, or the children's house, at that time. One of the theories she put forward from her experience was the theory of children's social development. The purpose of this study is to examine the results of Maria Montessori's thoughts related to aspects of social development that she has put forward in her book entitled The Absorbent Mind. This research is library research. The data source in this study is a book by Maria Montessori entitled The Absorbent Mind. The data collection technique used by the researcher in this study is documentation in the form of previous literature, both research and theory. The data analysis technique used is content analysis, where the researcher will reveal the contents of a book that describes the situation of the researcher and his community at the time the book was written. The results of this study show that the aspects of social development developed by Maria Montessori, as stated in her book The Absorbent Mind, are respect, patience, friendship and mutual affection, independence, mutual respect, helping each other, and a sense of togetherness.
