Abstract

Sosialisasi yang bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan siswa kepada kehidupan kampus. Perguruan tinggi, yang juga disebut universitas, institut, atau akademi, adalah tahap akhir dari pendidikan formal. Mahasiswa di perguruan tinggi berkonsentrasi pada satu bidang yang mereka sukai dan berharap dapat diterapkan di tempat kerja. Siswa SMA selalu ingin memiliki karir yang sukses untuk masa depan mereka, itulah sebabnya ada persaingan yang ketat di seluruh Indonesia untuk masuk ke perguruan tinggi dan jurusan yang mereka inginkan. Metode penyuluhan atau sosialisasi digunakan untuk menyelesaikan masalah kurangnya pengetahuan siswa tentang perguruan tinggi. Materi pengenalan dunia kampus disampaikan dengan cara yang diikuti oleh diskusi. Semua siswa, terutama siswa SMA yang akan melanjutkan ke perguruan tinggi, diberikan informasi melalui kegiatan sosialisasi ini. Dengan demikian, mereka akan mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang kampus, yang merupakan tempat di mana proses pendidikan berlangsung dan tempat tujuan dan fungsi perguruan tinggi terwujud. Mereka juga akan mendapatkan pemahaman tentang etika hidup di kampus, termasuk tata tertib dan tata krama yang harus mereka taati. Abstract

Technological advances bring positive and negative currents to the way students and the younger generation learn. Students can search for information and even the answers they need by utilizing technological advances. Unfortunately, the easy access to information received by students through technology without proper filtering or control will give rise to inequality in the younger generation, and negative foreign cultures sometimes affect our character as Indonesians. If bad habits are carried out continuously, they will stick and become bad character. Student character is a very important concern, and it is the homework of teachers and parents to complete it. Character will be the character, character, and behavior shown by the habits they carry out. Habits can grow through the environment in which they are formed, including family, school, and society. This community service has the aim of optimizing youth organizations as an environment for students to learn so that awareness grows in learning while at the same time embedding character values through the environment in which they are formed. Community service activities are carried out by forming study groups and utilizing existing facilities in the living environment, such as village halls, mosques, and parks. It is hoped that good habits in learning will stick with students and will increase awareness of learning.

Abstract

Guru berperan dalam membentuk kepribadian siswa, untuk menjadi seorang guru harus menyelesaikan pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan di jenjang perguruan tinggi. Tantangan guru saat ini bukan hanya sekedar transfer ilmu pengetahuan saja, akan tetapi nilai karakter dan perilaku sosial yang baik juga penting dan tidak boleh diabaikan. Perilaku sosial akan memberikan dampak yang positif jika diwujudkan melalui perbuatan yang baik dan begitu pula sebaliknya. Aspek dalam membentuk perilaku sosial siswa sekolah dasar dapat dilakukan melalui permainan dan olah raga yang dikonseptualisasikan sedemikian rupa sehingga mampu menciptakan komunikasi dan interaksi yang baik. Nilai-nilai sosial yang ada dapat dijadikan sebagai sarana pembentukan perilaku siswa sekaligus penanaman nilai-nilai karakter. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang diberikan kepada mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar adalah karena mereka adalah calon guru yang nantinya akan mengemban tugas penting dalam menciptakan siswa yang berakhlak mulia dan berbudi luhur, oleh karena itu sangat penting untuk menambah pengetahuan siswa salah satunya dapat dilakukan melalui bentuk permainan dan olah raga yang dijadikan sebagai sarana pendidikan dalam mengimplementasikan aspek perilaku sosial yang baik.

Abstract

Based on the results of the survey, there are still many educators who use traditional methods of teaching during the pandemic. The choice of using Power Point soft media in the learning process is considered more effective and easy to apply by PAUD educators who are married and have inadequate thinking power when given more detailed graphic visual media. The purpose of this service activity is to broaden the horizons of PAUD educators in understanding the importance of using interactive media in Early Childhood learning and to determine the ability of PAUD educators to create interactive visual media using Power Point software in the learning process for Early Childhood. The methods used in the implementation of this service are presentation, question and answer, mentoring and training in making interactive visual media in the learning process in the Covid 19 pandemic era. This service activity provides the benefit of adding insight into the importance of using interactive visual media in learning in the pandemic era and increasing the ability of educators to hone creativity through power point software. This service activity is carried out within a period of 4 months and is carried out online, in order to measure the success of the service program, continuous observation is carried out.

Abstract

This community service aims to optimize digital promotion and financial report preparation for MSMEs through the utilization of the Buku Warung application in the By Mamanat business. Many MSMEs face challenges in adopting technology to enhance visibility and operational efficiency in the digital era. This program provides training to partners on utilizing social media as a promotional tool and using the Buku Warung application for more accurate financial record-keeping. The method used in this program begins with identifying the problems faced by the partners, followed by assistance in using financial applications and digital marketing strategies. The training results indicate an improvement in partners' managerial capabilities, as reflected in more organized financial reports and more effective business promotion. Thus, this community service is expected to contribute positively to the sustainability of MSMEs and serve as a reference for similar programs in the future.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are a crucial pillar of regional economic development, including in Caruban Village, Ringinarum District. One growing MSME is Abon Buana, which faces challenges in expanding its product promotional reach to compete in an increasingly competitive market. Utilizing digital marketing is a strategic solution to increase promotional effectiveness while expanding its target market. This study aims to analyze the role of digital marketing in developing promotional activities for Abon Buana. The method used was descriptive qualitative through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the implementation of digital marketing, particularly through social media (Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business) and marketplace platforms, contributes significantly to introducing products to the wider public, increasing interaction with consumers, and strengthening brand image. Creative content strategies tailored to local and global consumer trends have proven effective in attracting buyers. However, challenges include limited technology management capabilities, consistent content creation, and the need for ongoing mentoring. Thus, digital marketing plays a crucial role in strengthening the promotion of Abon Buana's MSMEs in Caruban Village, Ringinarum District, while also opening up opportunities to increase competitiveness in a broader market

Abstract

The research aims to examine the implementation of character education in shaping students’ noble character and moral behavior at SD Muhammadiyah Sukorejo. The research is motivated by the decline in students’ character values influenced by globalization, digital culture, and the weakening of moral habituation in the school environment. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation involving the principal, class teachers, and fifth grade students. Data analysis techniques used interactive analysis consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Results indicate that character values instilled include social responsibility and spiritual responsibility, which are implemented through daily habituation activities, teacher role modeling, Integrating Islamic principles into educational activities and school culture. Supporting factors include a religious school environment, consistent teacher exemplification, and strong institutional commitment, while Factors hindering progress include disparities in students' family conditions and a lack of parental participation. In general, the implementation of moral education at Muhammadiyah Sukorejo Elementary School contributes positively to shaping students who demonstrate discipline, responsibility, religiosity, and noble character.

Abstract

Preserving local wisdom in the field of health, particularly traditional health therapy tools, has become a challenge in the era of modernisation due to the declining interest of the younger generation in learning about and applying them. This community service activity aims to empower senior high school students through education, practical training, and participatory empowerment so that they are able to understand, use, and preserve traditional health therapy tools as cultural heritage. The methods used include needs identification, educational socialisation, guided practical training, empowerment of students as agents of preservation, and periodic monitoring and evaluation. The results of the community service show an increase in students' knowledge, attitudes, and skills in using traditional therapy tools, as well as an increase in their enthusiasm to play an active role in preserving local wisdom. This activity also fostered students' awareness of cultural and health values based on local wisdom, while shaping the character of the younger generation to care about culture and community welfare. Thus, empowering students through community service can be an effective strategy for maintaining the sustainability of traditional health therapy tools and strengthening the nation's cultural identity.

Abstract

This research explores students’ mathematical connection skills at the second-grade level, which represent a crucial component of meaningful mathematics learning. The study was designed to strengthen the ability of Grade 2 students at MI Islamiyah Rowosari to establish mathematical connections in division topics through the application of a role-playing instructional model, while also examining the stages of its implementation in classroom practice. The investigation was structured within a Classroom Action Research (CAR) methodology and executed across two iterative stages, engaging 21 students as research subjects, comprising 11 female and 10 male participants. Each cycle followed a systematic “sequence of planning, instructional action, observation, and reflection”. Data were gathered through multiple techniques, including classroom observations, learning achievement tests, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Quantitative analysis was applied to evaluate improvements in learning outcomes and mastery levels, whereas qualitative analysis was used to examine the dynamics of the learning process. Implementation of the role-playing learning model led to a pronounced improvement in students’ ability to establish mathematical connections, demonstrated by the substantial growth in average achievement from 47.2% in the first cycle to 88.0% in the second cycle. The findings indicate that students became increasingly capable of linking division concepts with real-world contexts. Consequently, the role-playing learning model can be regarded as an effective alternative approach for enhancing mathematical connection skills in division instruction for Grade 2 students at MI Islamiyah Rowosari. Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the determinants contributing to the development of student discipline, encompassing both internal and external dimensions. A qualitative research design was applied, utilizing interviews with homeroom teachers, parents, and fourth-grade students as key informants. Data collection involved structured interview procedures supported by relevant documentation. The collected data were subsequently analyzed using descriptive techniques to identify the most influential factors shaping students’ disciplinary behavior. The findings reveal that the development of students’ disciplinary behavior emerges from the combined influence of internal and external factors. Internal aspects encompass learning motivation, levels of self-awareness, and students’ capacity to control and manage their own behavior. Meanwhile, external factors consist of teachers’ role modeling, the implementation of school rules, parental support, and the influence of the social environment. The findings reveal that external factors, particularly family support and consistency in the implementation of school rules, are the most dominant factors in shaping students’ discipline. Therefore, the development of students’ discipline requires cooperation among schools, families, and students to ensure that disciplined behavior can develop optimally and sustainably.
