Abstract

Hybrid learning during the Covid-19 pandemic was also applied to clinical practice of undergraduate nursing students. The policy of limiting practice hours and the guidance process is mostly done online. With these changes, it is necessary to measure student satisfaction. Student satisfaction in clinical practice is important to achieve optimal learning objectives. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of satisfaction of undergraduate nursing students during clinical learning in the Covid-19 pandemic. Quantitative design was used with descriptive study. The research sample was undergraduate nursing students who were taken using the total population technique, the number of samples was 81. Data were collected using the CLES+T questionnaire. Data analysis was performed univariately. The level of satisfaction of undergraduate nursing students during clinical learning in the Covid-19 pandemic was 49.4 % satisfied and 40.7 % very satisfied, leadership style of The ward manager dimension was 53.1 % very satisfied, role of the Nurse teacher dimension was 48.1 % very satisfied, premises of nursing on The Ward was 43.2 % very satisfied, supervisory relationship was 40.7 % very satisfied, pedagogical atmosphere was 35.8 % very satisfied. The majority of the satisfaction levels of undergraduate nursing students during clinical learning in the Covid-19 pandemic are satisfied and very satisfied. The leadership style of the ward manager dimension is the most very satisfied.

Abstract

The implementation of education in the city of Padang has been carried out online and face-to-face, including at the elementary school level. Face-to-face learning has a high risk of COVID-19 transmission. For this reason, the COVID-19 prevention health protocol is very important that must be implemented by students and schools. From the observations of elementary school students at SD N 21 Lubuk Lintah, Kuranji District, they still do not comply with health protocols such as washing hands, keeping a distance from friends and masks that often hang around their necks. To improve student behavior in implementing health protocols, health literacy can be done. The purpose of this activity is to increase the knowledge of school-age children about the importance of implementing COVID-19 preventive health protocols and implementing COVID-19 prevention health protocols at school and outside the school environment. The activity was carried out at the TPQ of the Al Jadid Mosque, Karang Ganting, Kuranji District because it was not clear when face-to-face learning would be conducted after the online learning was resumed. The activity was carried out with a health literacy approach, namely by providing material about COVID-19 and COVID-19 prevention health protocols to 50 students, demonstrating the implementation of health protocols and motivating students to apply health protocols. The activity continued with the delivery of masks, hand sanitizers, hand soap to the Head of the TPQ of the Al Jadid mosque and attaching posters on how to wash hands and posters of health protocols. The results of the evaluation showed that there was an increase in the behavior of implementing the protocol during the pre-test and post-test. Suggestions for the school and the TPQ to continue to motivate students to carry out health protocols and monitor the implementation of health protocols.

Abstract

Abstract –– The Problem of birth is one of the unresolved issues in West Sumatra. The birth rate in western Sumatra in the high category, where a mother gives birth to an average of three to four childrens. Increasing the number of births means that population growth will affect the welfare of society. It required effort to see birth control factors affecting birth. To find out which factors that affect the number of births in the province of West Sumatra is used by factor analysis. Base on the results obtained the data analysis three factors that affect the number of births in the province of West Sumatra that women with low education or undergraduate, women who married at the end of adolescence, and women who are married under-age and use contraceptive.   Keywords –– Factor analysis, Problem of birth, and Number of birth.

Abstract

The teaching and learning process is changed from offline learning became online learning due to Covid-19 outbreaks. The aimed of this study was to describe how is the pedagogical competence of English teachers at SMPN 7 Tanjungpinang. This research used qualitative research method which means that the researcher describes the result of the data about teacher’s pedagogical competence consists of understanding of the students, designing of the material, developing students’ potential and evaluation. Observation and interview were used as the instruments of this research. The result showed that the pedagogical competence of English teachers in online learning is on good categories with keep regard and adjust to the needs of students during online learning. Moreover, the teachers must always improve their pedagogical competence especially in online learning. Key Words: Pedagogic Competence, Online Learning, Google Classroom

Abstract

Perubahan kondisi krisis kesehatan saat ini telah merubah kondisi yang dialami oleh tenaga kesehatan khususnya perawat. Dampak yang terjadi pada perawat mulai dari kondisi fisik yang mudah lelah setelah bekerja, stress atas resiko tinggi penularan penyakit, stress. Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh suport Kerja Perawat dan Kualitas Hidup Perawat yang Bekerja Selama Krisis Kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Indonesia. Desain penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan teknik proporsional random sampling, dengan jumlah sampel 74 perawat praktik yang telah memenuhi kriteria sampel. Penelitian tersebut dilakukan oleh sebuah rumah sakit swasta di Kota Padang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang berisi item, support (dukungan dan lingkungan yang kondusif), dan instrumen kualitas hidup WHOQOL-BREF (World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF). Data diolah menggunakan SPSS, dengan analisis univariat dan bivariat. Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja dengan kualitas hidup perawat (p<0,005). suport perawat dengan kualitas hidup sebesar 78,6%, support (OR=5,70; 95% CI=2,07-15,67). Suport atau dukungan dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup perawat pada saat krisis kesehatan. suport yang baik dari semua sistem dapat mengurangi kelelahan fisik dan stress yang dialami perawat dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan di rumah sakit.

Abstract

ABSTRAK  Dokumentasi merupakan sarana komunikasi afektif antar profesi kesehatan. Rendahnya kualitas pendokumentasian catatan terintegrasi di Indonesia  meliputi tidak lengkapnya pengisian form CPPT dimana didapatkan tidak terisinya identitas pasien, tanggal dan jam visit, serta nama dan tanda-tangan PA secara lengkap, serta kurangnya kedisiplinan pengisian rekam medis oleh PPA. Karakteristik perawat merupakan faktor individu yang mempengaruhi kinerja pendokumentasian. Form tindakan perawat merupakan media komunikasi  perawat dalam melakukan asuhan keperawatan berupa tanggal, waktu dan uraian kegiatan yang dilakukan. Tujuan tesis adalah menganalisis hubungan pelaksanaan supervisi klinik model 4S dengan indikator pendokumentasian terintegrasi di RSU Universitas Riau. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 33 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel total sampling. Penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dan lembar observasi yang sudah teruji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Melalui statistik terdapat hubungan karakter (p value=0,000), kooperatif (p value =0,008), kompeten (p value=0,000) dan komunikatif (p value=0,000) terhadap pelaksanaan supervise klinik model 4S. Terdapat hubungan pelaksanaan persiapan (p value= 0,000), pelaksanaan (p value = 0,001) dan evaluasi (p value = 0,000) terhadap supervisi terhadap CPPT di RSU Universitas Riau. Peneliti merekomendasikan peran supervisi untuk peningkatan kompetensi dan kepatuhan perawat dalam pelaksanaan pendokumetasian keperawatan RS. ABSTRACT Documentation is a means of affective communication between health professions. The characteristics of nurses are individual factors that affect the performance of documentation. The nurse's action form is a communication medium for nurses in carrying out nursing care in the form of date, time and description of the activities carried out. The purpose of the thesis is to analyze the relationship between the implementation of clinical supervision of the 4S model with integrated documentation indicators at the Riau University General Hospital. This research is a quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. The research sample amounted to 33 people with a total sampling technique of sampling. The research uses questionnaires and observation sheets that have been tested for validity and reliability. Through statistics, there is a character relationship (p value = 0.000), cooperative (p value = 0.008), competent (p value = 0.000) and communicative (p value = 0.000) on the implementation of 4S model clinical supervision, there is a relationship between the implementation of preparation (p value = 0.000), implementation (p value = 0.001) and evaluation (p value = 0.000) on the supervision of CPPT at RSU Riau University. The researcher recommends the role of supervision to increase the competence and compliance of nurses in the implementation of hospital nursing documentation.

Abstract

Nursing services are often used as a benchmark for the image and quality of a hospital in the eyes of the public. One indicator of service quality is nursing documentation. Nursing documentation is a nursing care process for patients that must be carried out by nurses. The results of interviews conducted with nurses in the Men's Internal Room at RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang found that nursing documentation through IDHS, SLKI, and SIKI had not run optimally. Therefore, it is necessary to provide education on the application of the SDKI, SLKI, and SIKI in carrying out nursing documentation. The purpose of this activity is that nurses can apply nursing documentation with SDKI, SLKI, SIKI to patients. The implementation of the activity was carried out directly to the nurses with a total of 30 respondents starting with the pretest, giving material, and ending with the post test. The results of the pre test were the level of knowledge of nurses in the Men's Internal Room of Dr. M. Djamil Hospital Padang regarding the application of SDKI, SLKI, and SIKI in nursing documentation before being given education, namely 7 nurses had good knowledge (23%), 10 nurses had sufficient knowledge (33%), 13 nurses have less knowledge (44%). The results of the post test were the level of knowledge of nurses in the Men's Internal Room Dr. M. Djamil Hospital Padang regarding the application of SDKI, SLKI, and SIKI in nursing documentation after being given education, namely 25 nurses had good knowledge (83%), 5 nurses had sufficient knowledge (17%). Based on these results it can be concluded that this educational activity is very useful and can increase nurses' knowledge about documentation and can be applied directly to patients. The suggestion is that nursing managers can control the nursing documentation process so that the quality of nursing services can be optimal.

Abstract

Documentation is a means of affective communication between health professions. The low quality of integrated record documentation in Indonesia includes incomplete CPPT where patient identity, date and time of visit are not filled in, PPA's signature and full name, and lack of discipline in filling out medical records by PPA. Supervision is carried out in stages in the preparation, implementation and evaluation phases. The preparation phase contains the planning of the supervision program that will be carried out. The implementation phase is the nurse's assessment by the supervisor while the last phase is the evaluation of the supervision assessment (from the results of direct and indirect observations from the CPPT. The purpose of the thesis is to analyze the relationship between the implementation of supervision on CPPT at the Riau University General Hospital. This study was conducted with a cross sectional approach and is a quantitative study. The research sample is 33 people with total sampling sampling technique. The study uses questionnaires and observation sheets that have been tested for validity and reliability. Through statistics there is a relationship between the preparation phase (p value 0.000), the implementation phase (p value 0.001) and the evaluation (p value 0.000) clinical supervision model 4S with CPPT. Researchers recommend the role of supervision to improve service quality and completeness of integrated recording documentation, carried out by increasing the frequency of supervision and assessment of the implementation of the document integrated logging entity.

Abstract

Permasalahan mahasiswa yang gagal dalam perkuliahan ( mahasiswa yang mendapat nilai E, D dan C-) merupakan permasalahan yang harus menjadi perhatian khusus. Karena kegagalan mahasiswa tersebut tidak hanya merugikan mahasiswa itu sendiri tetapi juga merugikan institusi. Fenomena yang terjadi meskipun mahasiswa mengulang mata kuliah namun tetap tidak bisa mendapatkan nilai terbaik. Oleh karena itu perlu diketahui apa penyebab dan fenomena apa yang terjadi pada siswa. Artikel ini membahas berbagai penyebab kegagalan siswa seperti: dari aspek kebiasaan belajar dan cara belajarnya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis fenomenologi sosial. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi dan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyebab kegagalan siswa antara lain: metode pembelajaran yang kurang baik yaitu tidak mengulang pelajaran, tidak membaca buku pelajaran sebagai sumber belajar, tidak disiplin dalam menggunakan waktu belajar, jarang mengikuti kelompok diskusi belajar. Dari pengamatan diketahui bahwa meskipun sudah berulang kali mengikuti perkuliahan, sebagian besar mahasiswa tidak banyak berubah dalam cara belajarnya. Dari hasil wawancara diketahui bahwa sebagian besar penyebab kegagalan adalah siswa tidak menguasai materi prasyarat.. Kata Kunci: Kebiasaan belajar, gagal dalam perkuliahan,.Aljabar Linear Elementer

Abstract

Understanding the concept is one of the fundamental goals in learning mathematics. This study aims to determine the effect of learning motivation on students' understanding of mathematical concepts in class XI MIPA at a public high school in Pariaman. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative. Sampling was done by simple random sampling technique. The research instruments used were motivational questionnaires and tests of understanding mathematical concepts that have been tested valid and reliable. The results of the study, learning motivation is in the medium and high categories, affecting the level of understanding of students' mathematical concepts.
