Abstract

Pengetahuan Bantuan Hidup Dasar (BHD) sangat penting bagi masyarakat umum karena keadaan darurat dapat terjadi dimana saja dan kapan saja, terutama pada daerah resiko bencana. Kelurahan Parupuk tabing merupakan daerah rawan bencana karena letaknya dipesisir pantai, sehingga mitigasi bencana sangat diperlukan dalam mengurangi dampak bencana. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengaplikasikan asuhan keperawatan pada kader kampung siaga bencana (K2SB) serta menerapkan teknik BHD di RW 17 Parupuak Tabing. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan dengan pemberian asuhan keperawatan. Jumlah sampel 13 orang anggota K2SB. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara total sampling. Pengukuran tingkat pengetahuan dilakukan sebelum dan setelah pelatihan BHD. Data ditampilkan dalam bentuk distribusi frekwensi. Dari hasil evaluasi didapatkan hasil pre-test pengetahuan kurang pada umumnya (84,6%), pengetahuan cukup sebagian kecil (15,4%), sedangkan hasil post-test pengetahuan baik pada umumnya (92,3%), pengetahuan cukup sebagian kecil (7,7%). Kegiatan lain yang dianjurkan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dasar bantuan hidup, salah satunya adalah menjalani pelatihan secara teratur.

Abstract

The ability to direct nursing managers is very important in improving the performance of subordinates. Briefing should be carried out by an officer who has been given responsibility or who is called a supervisor. Supervisor should be responsible for the performance of staff in the process. Supervision should provide a safe and confidential environment for staff to reflect and discuss their work, which enhances their awareness and clinical skills and leads on increasing competence. Also stated that in providing education and direction a supervisor must have communication skills, psychological understanding and be a good role model. explained that the ability to direct a supervisor consists of the ability to schedule supervision including time and agenda, the ability to provide constructive feedback, the ability to collaborate, respect and provide support and the ability to Boundary or form bonds. The GROW model is one of the most widely used models in training and teaching programs.This model can be modified into the T-GROW model based on the topic of briefing to be given.Purpose: Conduct a literature review to determine the effectiveness of the T-GROW model on the supervisor's directive abilities. A literature search was carried out using the keywords GROW AND Effectiveness AND Nurse supervisor model using the prism method search engine database PubMed, ScienceDirect and Google Scholar and obtained 109 research articles and then checking the completeness of the menu on the research articles with a total of 54 articles. done the separation of criteria and the critical review stage used the Joanna Bringgs Institute (JBI) format with a total of articles that were reviewed in the literature. The ability to direct a nursing supervisor consists of five, namely the ability to communicate, the ability to set schedules, tasks and responsibilities, the ability to bind individuals, the ability to be a role model and the ability to provide feedback. The T-GROW model training is effective in improving teacher skills and behavior in providing direction and learning to students and is also effectively used in organizing leadership training. and effective in teaching, learning and supervision. The T-GROW model is effective in teaching, learning and supervision. The T-GROW model has not been widely applied in clinical services, so it is recommended that future researchers apply the T-GROW model to improve the ability to direct nursing supervisors in supervising.

Abstract

Laju perkembangan teknologi zaman sekarang nampaknya tidak mampu dihentikan. Teknologi mampu menawarkan berbagai platform yang menjadikan media kreasi lebih kreatif inovatif dibidang sastra. Siniar merupakan media baru yang sedang naik daun dan diperkenalkan melalui platform musik Spotify hingga dikenal dengan sebutan podcast. Siniar atau podcast mengemas karya sastra menjadi lebih ringkas dari karya sastra yang tadinya dinikmati dengan cara membaca kini bisa didengar melalui siniar. Terkait kemudahan dalam menikmati sastra apakah siniar bisa menjadi cara yang tepat untuk melestarikan sastra atau justru nantinya akan menurunkan minat baca pembaca karya sastra dan beralih ke siniar. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya kajian tentang perbandingan antara novel Ronggeng Dukuh Paruk dan siniar “Catatan Buat Emak” untuk mengetahui kesesuaian isi antara novel dengan siniar melalui analisis struktural. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan sejauh mana perbedaan siniar dan novel sehingga mampu mengemas novel yang tebal menjadi sandiwara suara yang ringkas dan menarik minat pendengar. Metode yang peneliti digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Peneliti menguraikan hasil kajian bandingan secara naratif yang berisi hasil analisis struktural antara novel dan siniar. Perbandingan kedua karya akan menghasilkan poin-poin pembeda antara novel dan siniar seperti: tema, latar, penokohan, alur, hingga gaya bahasa kedua karya. Selain itu diuraikan juga nilai-nilai perempuan yang terdapat dalam karya sastra seperti (a) Citra Perempuan dalam Keluarga dan Masyarakat, dan (b) Peran Perempuan dalam lingkup sosial masyarakat.

Abstract

Discharge planning is a series of decisions and activities in providing continuous and coordinated nursing care. Discharge planning must be known by the patient before the patient returns home. Discharge planning is related to nurse performance, if the nurse is good, the impact will be felt by the patient. Previous research stated that discharge planning was very influential on motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between motivation with the documentation of Discharge Planning at RSI Siti Rahmah Padang 2018. A quantitative study with cross-sectional design was carried out in this study. The proportional sratified random sampling method has been used with 74 respondent as the sample. The data were collected using questionnaires containing documentation items discharge planning and motivation. The univariate analysis is presented by frequency distribution and bivariate tables using the chi-square test with 95% confidence degree (α=0.05). The results showed a significant relationship between motivation with the documentation of Discharge Planning at RSI Siti Rahmah Padang 2018 (p=0,000). It is recommended for nurse to maintain a good motivation. Keywords : Discharge Planning, Documentation, Motivation

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the type of mushroom on the product quality of mushroom nuggets fortified with moringa leaves with organoleptic and chemical parameters and to determine the level of antioxidant activity. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with one treatment factor (type of mushroom). The mushrooms used are oyster mushrooms, straw mushrooms, and enoki mushrooms. The result showed that all samples of mushroom nuggets were acceptable to the panelists, with levels of preference ranging from neutral to favorable. Mushroom nuggets fortified with Moringa leaves have a protein content of 14.90-15.51% and a fat content of 8.78-9.68%. The results of the data analysis showed that the control nuggets were significantly different from all the nuggets treated with different types of mushrooms in the parameters of aroma, taste, and texture. However, the treatment of the nuggets with different types of mushrooms did not show significant differences in the parameters of aroma, taste, and texture. The effects of different types of mushrooms on the protein and fat content of the nuggets were not significant (p > 0.05). The IC50 value of the antioxidant activity of mushroom nuggets fortified with Moringa leaves ranged from 5,500 ppm–34,547 ppm, with a very active category.

Abstract

The implementation of education in the city of Padang has been carried out online and face-to-face, including at the elementary school level. Face-to-face learning has a high risk of COVID-19 transmission. For this reason, the COVID-19 prevention health protocol is very important that must be implemented by students and schools. From the observations of elementary school students at SD N 21 Lubuk Lintah, Kuranji District, they still do not comply with health protocols such as washing hands, keeping a distance from friends and masks that often hang around their necks. To improve student behavior in implementing health protocols, health literacy can be done. The purpose of this activity is to increase the knowledge of school-age children about the importance of implementing COVID-19 preventive health protocols and implementing COVID-19 prevention health protocols at school and outside the school environment. The activity was carried out at the TPQ of the Al Jadid Mosque, Karang Ganting, Kuranji District because it was not clear when face-to-face learning would be conducted after the online learning was resumed. The activity was carried out with a health literacy approach, namely by providing material about COVID-19 and COVID-19 prevention health protocols to 50 students, demonstrating the implementation of health protocols and motivating students to apply health protocols. The activity continued with the delivery of masks, hand sanitizers, hand soap to the Head of the TPQ of the Al Jadid mosque and attaching posters on how to wash hands and posters of health protocols. The results of the evaluation showed that there was an increase in the behavior of implementing the protocol during the pre-test and post-test. Suggestions for the school and the TPQ to continue to motivate students to carry out health protocols and monitor the implementation of health protocols.

Abstract

The use of technology using the internet during online learning has both positive and negative impacts on children. The positive impact of online learning is that it is easy for children to get information via the internet, while one of the negative impacts of using the internet on children is the occurrence of cyberbullying. Cyberbullying occurs when an individual or group uses electronic media and other technology to harm other parties. Several reports from parents of SD N 03 that their children's schools spend more time with electronic media. So that it can cause children to do cyberbullying. To avoid and prevent cyberbullying in children, knowledge dissemination was held with students and class teachers as well as vice principals for student affairs. The process of dissemination of knowledge runs smoothly, students follow closely. Based on the results of the dissemination of knowledge given to students of SD N 03 Alai padang, the average value of students' knowledge and understanding was obtained before the dissemination of knowledge with a mean value = 67.1 while for the results after dissemination of knowledge with a mean value of 69.3. the test results stated that there was an increase in children's understanding of the results of dissemination of knowledge given to students on the topic of cyberbullying. The evaluation results showed that there was an increase in students' understanding and knowledge in cyberbullying. Understanding process is done by pre-posttest. With this activity the school and parents can work together to provide support to children. Optimum monitoring and assistance, to avoid unwanted behaviors.

Abstract

Fenomena tasyabbuh digital merepresentasikan tantangan kontemporer terhadap identitas keislaman di era media sosial. Budaya pop global yang dikemas dalam format digital telah memengaruhi cara generasi muda Muslim mengekspresikan diri, termasuk dalam aspek gaya berpakaian, gaya hidup, hingga konten dakwah yang menyerupai budaya asing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konsep tasyabbuh dalam Islam dan relevansinya dalam konteks media sosial digital. Dengan menggunakan metode kajian pustaka, data diperoleh dari kitab klasik, literatur kontemporer, serta artikel ilmiah dekade terakhir yang membahas tasyabbuh, budaya populer, dan identitas Muslim. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa tasyabbuh digital tidak hanya terjadi secara visual, tetapi juga ideologis, di mana nilai-nilai luar diadopsi tanpa filter syar’i. Strategi penanggulangan fenomena ini mencakup pendekatan edukatif, penguatan dakwah berbasis nilai, dan literasi budaya Islami. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan pentingnya membangun ekspresi keislaman yang autentik dan bernilai dalam menghadapi dominasi budaya global di ruang digital.

Abstract

Persepsi siswa memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan keterampilan mengajar guru, karena dapat menjadi dasar bagi guru dalam merancang pengalaman belajar yang sesuai kebutuhan serta strategi pembelajaran yang variatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi siswa terhadap keterampilan mengajar guru matematika di SMA Negeri 13 Samarinda, yang meliputi delapan aspek: keterampilan membuka dan menutup pelajaran, menjelaskan, bertanya, memberikan penguatan, menggunakan variasi, mengelola kelas, membimbing diskusi kelompok kecil, serta mengajar kelompok kecil maupun perorangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah enam siswa kelas XI-6 yang dipilih berdasarkan kategori tinggi, sedang, dan rendah. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan didukung dengan tes sebagai penentu subjek, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa pada kategori tinggi memiliki persepsi positif terhadap seluruh keterampilan mengajar guru. Siswa kategori sedang juga memberikan penilaian positif, namun dipengaruhi motivasi dan suasana hati, sehingga keterlibatan mereka masih kurang dibandingkan kategori tinggi. Sementara itu, siswa kategori rendah menunjukkan persepsi lebih pasif; pemahaman materi sangat bergantung pada tingkat kesulitan dan kondisi emosional, serta menilai gaya penyampaian guru yang tegas kurang nyaman. Secara keseluruhan, keterampilan mengajar guru terlaksana dengan baik, tetapi belum sepenuhnya mampu mendorong partisipasi aktif seluruh siswa.
