Abstract

Salah satu indikator mutu keselamatan pasien dirumah sakit adalah ketepatan indetifikasi, khususnya indentifikasi pasien risiko jatuh. Pelaksanaan asesmen pencegahan resiko jatuh yang sesuai dengan standar akan dapat membantu meningkatkan mutu serta akreditasi rumah sakit itu sendiri. Pelaksanan identifikasi risiko pasien jatuh dirumah sakit agar lebih optimal perlu adanya pengawasan salah satunya adalah pengawasan kepala ruangan melalui kegiatan supervise keperawatan. tujuan dari kegiatan pengmas ini untuk mengoptimalkan mekanisme dan pelaksanaan supervisi keperawatan khususnya kegiatan identifikasi resiko jatuh dengan metode humpty dumpty. Metode pelaksanaan Pengabdian masyarakat ini berbasiskan House Trainning yang dilaksanakan di Ruang Madinah (Ruang Rawat Inap Anak) rumah sakit Islam Siti Khadijah Palembang. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilaksanakan dari tanggal 12 Oktober sampai dengan 24 November 2017, Kegiatannya terdiri dari menyusun panduan, desiminasis ilmu, menyusun SPO, konsultasi pakar, mensosialisasikan panduan, menyusun jadwal, pendampingan pelaksanaa supervisi keperawatan. Kegiatan tersebut direncanakan dalam bentuk POA (planning of Action). Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masayarakat ini didapatkan kegiatanl desiminasi ilmu dari 60 peserta, pengetahuan peserta dari pretest 50% dan meningkat pada postest 85 %. Adanya draf Kebijakan, Standar Prosedur Operasional (SPO) tentang supervisi keperawatan. Adanya lembar absensi dan format supervisi keperawatan. Adanya dokumentasi hasil supervisi yang dilakukan oleh karu Madinah. Kesimpulan: Pelaksanaan supervise keperawatan pada kegiatan identifikasi resiko jatuh dengan metode humpty dumpty dapat dilaksanakan sesuai dengan target luran yaitu peningkatan pengetahuan, aplikasi langsung kegiatan supervise oleh karu dan perawat pelaksana dengan ditandainya terdapatnya dokuemtasi dan berkas kegiatan supervise keperawatan tersebut

Abstract

Personal hygiene is a person's effort to maintain cleanliness and health. One of the activities during morning care regarding patient personal hygiene that nurses often forget is performing oral hygiene. The results of interviews conducted with the patient's family indicated that oral hygiene treatment was rarely carried out. Therefore, it was necessary to provide education to increase nurses' knowledge about oral hygiene—the activity aimed at helping nurses to understand the importance of performing oral hygiene care. The implementation of the activity was carried out directly by the nurse by conducting a pre-test, giving material, and ending with a post-test. The results of the pre-test were the level of knowledge of nurses about oral hygiene care before being given education; namely, seven families had good knowledge (23%), ten families had sufficient knowledge (33%), and 13 families had poor knowledge (44%). The post-test results were the family knowledge level in the HCU Internal Medicine ward at RSUP Dr M. Djamil Padang after being given education; 25 families had good knowledge (83%), and five families had sufficient knowledge (17%). Based on these results, the educational activity was beneficial, can increase nurses' knowledge about oral hygiene care, and can be applied directly to patients. The suggestion is that nursing managers can control oral hygiene care to optimize nursing services.

Abstract

The use of technology using the internet during online learning has both positive and negative impacts on children. The positive impact of online learning is that it is easy for children to get information via the internet, while one of the negative impacts of using the internet on children is the occurrence of cyberbullying. Cyberbullying occurs when an individual or group uses electronic media and other technology to harm other parties. Several reports from parents of SD N 03 that their children's schools spend more time with electronic media. So that it can cause children to do cyberbullying. To avoid and prevent cyberbullying in children, knowledge dissemination was held with students and class teachers as well as vice principals for student affairs. The process of dissemination of knowledge runs smoothly, students follow closely. Based on the results of the dissemination of knowledge given to students of SD N 03 Alai padang, the average value of students' knowledge and understanding was obtained before the dissemination of knowledge with a mean value = 67.1 while for the results after dissemination of knowledge with a mean value of 69.3. the test results stated that there was an increase in children's understanding of the results of dissemination of knowledge given to students on the topic of cyberbullying. The evaluation results showed that there was an increase in students' understanding and knowledge in cyberbullying. Understanding process is done by pre-posttest. With this activity the school and parents can work together to provide support to children. Optimum monitoring and assistance, to avoid unwanted behaviors.

Abstract

Kepuasan Kerja merupakan hal yang penting bagi perawat, hal ini meningkatkan mutu Rumah sakit. Beberapa penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengarahan ini sangat berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat pelaksana. Terutama Pada Pelaksanaan Delegasi, komunikasi dan motivasi dari Kepala ruangan dan Katim. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak pemberian pengarahan kepala ruangan dan katim dengan tingkat kepuasaan perawat pelaksana. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Quasi Eksperimen dengan pendekatan Non Equivalen Comparison group Prees-postes Design. Sampel adalah perawat pelaksana yang berdinas di Rumah Sakit Umum swasta padang, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 22 orang. Pemilihan subjek penelitian dengan cara proposional random sampling yang telah memenuhi criteria sampel. Kelompok intervensi sebelum pelatihan diberikan pretes-postes. Alat pengumpulan data adalah kusioner yang terdiri atas pertanyaan tentang pengarahan dan kusioner kepuasan kerja. Data dianalisis yang digunakan uji t Test dengan derajat kepercayaan 95% atau tingkat kemaknaan yang digunakan dengan batasan nilai 0,05. Kegiatan di mulai dari tahap persipan, tahap pelaksanaan, Branstorming dengan beberapa pimpinan di rumah sakit seperti kepala ruangan dan katim. Hasil dari kegiatan adalah  berdampak positif pada perawat terutama peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman terkait dengan peran dan fungsi kepala ruangan terhadapa kepuasan kerja perawat. Pengarahan manajer dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja pearwat.Kata Kunci : Pengarahan, Karu dan katim, kepuasan kerja

Abstract

It is still rare to provide counselling to students regarding handling health problems in Islamic boarding schools, so there is still much incorrect knowledge among students about handling health problems that often occur in Islamic boarding schools. This service aims to form a Poskestren (Islamic boarding school health post) at the Salafiyah Tarbiyah Islamiyah Islamic Boarding School in Batang Kabung, accompanied by the formation of a cadre of students. The method for carrying out this activity was the socialization of the formation of the Poskestren, which was carried out for teachers at Islamic boarding schools which was carried out on June 21, 2022, followed by training of Poskestren cadres and providing Poskestren rooms and helping to provide simple tools and medicines on July 19, 2022. Poskestren cadre training activities were carried out for 30 students and female students related to first aid handling, fever management, PHBS, and several infectious diseases that often occur in Islamic boarding schools. This training should be carried out continuously so the Poskestren can perform its functions properly.

Abstract

In a measurement of  rainfall data, not all points are gauges because of a limitation. So the Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) only builds rain gauge posts in areas considered to have potential and can represent the surrounding area. Given these limitations, a method is needed to estimate rainfall data outside the observation post area, namely a geostatistical method called ordinary kriging. Ordinary Kriging is a method for estimating a non-sampled value based on the sampled values around it. By using an experimental semivariogram model compared to several theoretical semivariograms (Exponential, Gaussian, and Spherical) and selecting one of the best semivariogram models to estimate the value to be searched, so that optimal estimation results are obtained. In this study, estimated rainfall in Kuantan Singingi Regency in February 2023 where the results obtained are the average rainfall in each sub-district, which is 220.3827 mm, while the estimated rainfall in each village is 217.180. So that Kuantan Singingi Regency is an area with moderate rainfall.

Abstract

Background: The documentation is everything that is written or printed which relies on as evidence for the authorities. Effective documentation ensures continuity of service, saves time, and minimizes the risk of errors. The implementing of nurse’s documentation is the one way of knowing, monitoring, and concluding for a nursing care process service which are managed by the hospital. Based on those data, it shows the nursing care process in this hospital (49.5%) is lower than the hospital regulation (65%) and Indonesia Health Department (80%). The performance by nurse in implementing nursing care is influenced by organizational factors. Purpose: To look at the factors associated with the performance of nurses in the implementation of nursing care in hospitals. Method: This study uses cross-sectional design. Population and samples in this study were nurses in hospitals with sample as many as 89 people, with simple random sampling. Instrument that was used is questionnaires. Result: Test results of the bivariate chi-square statistic indicates that there is no significant Psychological Factors (Motivation) (p = 0.095. Conclusion: Results of this study recommend to the Director of Hospitals to motivate and provide reward the nurses

Abstract

Background: Nurse job satisfaction is an important component of a nurse's life because it will have an impact on patient safety, productivity, performance and service quality. Job satisfaction felt by nurses appears with the motivation. The development carried out can help novice nurses become experts. This is also a process of maintaining the quality and increasing the competence of nurses. Objective: To analyze the work motivation of nurses on job satisfaction in providing nursing services during the pandemic. Method: This descriptive correlational study was conducted using Cross Sectional approach involving 55 nurses. NonProbability Sampling and Purposive Sampling. This research instrument uses a questionnaire Application Needs A. Maslow - Nursalam. Data collection with frequency distribution analysis and SEM PLS 3.0 analysis. Results: The final analysis showed This study illustrates that prehospital nurses obtained a positive mean value of 0.414 end obtained a development value the mean has a positive value of 0.517. The results showed that there were 2 dimensions of nurse motivation that were significantly related to job satisfaction, namely the Recognition of Job Satisfaction (p 0.007) and the Development Dimension of Job Satisfaction (p 0.000), meaning (sig value) < 0.05. Achievement (p 0.638), Nature of Work (p 0.621) and Responsibility (p 0.951) sig value > 0.05. Conclusion: Focus on the development of education and knowledge, and make a planned schedule related to nurse development. the existence of full managerial support for nurses to be able to improve their performance so that nurses can achieve success in their careers. Abstract

ABSTRACT Documentation is a means of affective communication between health professions. The low quality of integrated record documentation in Indonesia includes incomplete CPPT where patient identity, date and time of visit are not filled in, PPA's signature and full name, and lack of discipline in filling out medical records by PPA. Supervision is carried out in stages in the preparation, implementation and evaluation phases. The preparation phase contains the planning of the supervision program that will be carried out. The implementation phase is the nurse's assessment by the supervisor while the last phase is the evaluation of the supervision assessment (from the results of direct and indirect observations from the CPPT. The purpose of the thesis is to analyze the relationship between the implementation of supervision on CPPT at the Riau University General Hospital. This study was conducted with a cross sectional approach and is a quantitative study. The research sample is 33 people with total sampling sampling technique. The study uses questionnaires and observation sheets that have been tested for validity and reliability. Through statistics there is a relationship between the preparation phase (p value 0.000), the implementation phase (p value 0.001) and the evaluation (p value 0.000) clinical supervision model 4S with CPPT. Researchers recommend the role of supervision to improve service quality and completeness of integrated recording documentation, carried out by increasing the frequency of supervision and assessment of the implementation of the document integrated logging entity. Keywords: Supervisor Characteristics, Supervision 4S model   ABSTRAK Dokumentasi adalah sarana komunikasi afektif antar profesi kesehatan. Rendahnya kualitas pendokumentasian catatan terintegrasi di Indonesia   meliputi tidak lengkapnya CPPT dimana tidak terisinya identitas pasien, tanggal dan jam visite, tanda tangan PPA serta nama dengan lengkap, serta kurangnya kedisiplinan pengisian rekam medis oleh PPA. Supervisi dilakukan bertahap dalam fase persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Fase persiapan berisi perencanaan program supervisi yang dijalankan. Fase pelaksanaan merupakan penilaian perawat oleh supervisor sedangkan fase terakhir adalah evaluasi dari penilaian supervisi (dari hasil observasi langsung dan tidak langsung dari CPPT. Tujuan tesis adalah menganalisis hubungan pelaksanaan supervisi terhadap CPPT di Rumah Sakit Umum Universitas Riau. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan cross sectional dan merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 33 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel total sampling. Penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dan lembar observasi yang sudah teruji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Melalui statistik terdapat hubungan fase persiapan (p value 0,000), fase pelaksanaan (p value 0,001) dan fase evaluasi (p value 0,000) supervisi klinik model 4S dengan CPPT. Peneliti merekomendasikan peran supervisi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan kelengkapan pendokumentasian pencatatan terintegrasi, dilakukan dengan cara peningkatan  frekuensi pengawasan dan penilaian terhadap pelaksanaan pendokumentasian pencatatan terintegrasi. Kata Kunci: Karakteristik Supervisor, Supervisi model 4S

Abstract

Masalah dan karakter interpersonal 52% menimbulkan keberagaman dalam kualitas pelayanan keperawatan. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran karakteristik karakteristik interpersonal perawat supervisor berdasarkan persepsi supervisee. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat supervesee di rumah sakit. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah total sampling yaitu seluruh perawat atau supervisee sebanyak 205 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuisioner data demografi, terdiri dari jenis kelamin, umur, pendidikan, pengalaman kerja, jabatan, dan karakteristik interpersonal. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus 2022 s/d Juli 2023. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisa univariat. Hasil Penelitian: Dari 205 responden didapatkan hampir seluruhnya responden berjenis kelamin perempuan sebanyak (90,2%), hampir separuhnya berada pada rentang usia 36 – 45 sebanyak (48,8%), lebih dari separuhnya dengan tingkat pendidikan vokasi sebanyak (70,7%), Hampir seluruhnya memiliki pengalaman menjadi supervisor >10 tahun sebanyak (80,9%) dan lebih dari separuhnya memiliki jabatan sebagai kepala ruangan (59,6%). Karakteristik interpersonal responden yang terdiri dari 4 dimensi antara lain supportif, clinical skill, role model, dan good listener. Diketahui bahwa seluruh responden memiliki dimensi supportif, role model dan good listener kurang baik sebanyak (100%) dan hampir seluruhnya memiliki dimensi clinical skill kurang baik (95,6%). Perlu dilakukan program-program untuk meningkatkan karakteristik interpersonal perawat supervisor
