Abstract

Job satisfaction is an individual’s general attitude towards the work he does. Nurses’ job satisfaction will reflect the level where a nurse has responsibility and likes work. Selecting the work given or assigned will positively impact both the nurse herself and the patient. Job satisfaction is (job satisfaction) an affective or emotional response to various aspects of one's work. The factors that influence the job satisfaction of nurses are motivation, environment, and the role of the manager. This type of research is quantitative with a cross-sectional model approach. The population of this study was all nurses who served in the inpatient room of RSI Siti Rahmah Padang, with a total sample of 50 nurses. The sampling technique used is proportional stratified random sampling, which meets the sample criteria. Data was taken using a questionnaire containing the item, job satisfaction of nurses. The motivation variable is the dominant factor that affects the job satisfaction of nurses, with a value of = 0.007. It is hoped that the hospital will review the motivations that can increase the job satisfaction of nurses and the policies taken and make decisions.

Abstract

Nursing care documentation is a record and report in nursing setting that is useful for patients, nurse and medical team in providing services on communication accurately and completely in writing as nurse’s responsibility. An effective documentation could ensure the continuity of service, saving time and minimizing the risk of error. The implementation of nursing documentation is one way to measure , determine, monitor and conclude a nursing care service in a hospital. The implementation of nursing documentation in Pariaman Public Hospital shows are still low (49.5%) than their own limit 65%, while, according to the Ministry of Health, 80% as the limit. Nurse’s performance in the nursing care implementation was influenced by organizational factors (Leadership of head nurse, remuneration, supervision and coaching). The purpose of this study was to find out whether organizational factors related to nurses' performance in the implementation of nursing care in hospitals Pariaman. This study used cross sectional design. Population and sample in this study were 89 nurses in hospitals Pariaman, with simple random sampling. Instrument used questionnaire. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between leadership (p = 0.000), rewards (p = 0.005), supervision (p = 0.000) and coaching (p = 0.003). This study recommended to the head of Pariaman Public Hospital to improve supervision in each room, leadership, rewards and guidance on the implementation of nursing care to nurses.

Abstract

Dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan merupakan bukti pencatatan dan pelaporan yang dimiliki perawat dalam asuhan keperawatan yang berguna bagi pasien, perawat dan tim serta tanggung jawab perawat. Dokumentasi yang efektif menjamin kesinambungan pelayanan, menghemat waktu, dan meminimalisasi resiko kesalahan. Pelaksanaan dokumentasi keperawatan sebagai salah satu alat ukur untuk mengetahui, memantau dan menyimpulkan suatu pelayanan asuhan keperawatan yang diselenggarakan oleh Rumah Sakit. Data menunjukkan pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan masih rendah (49,5%), dengan ketentuan RSUD Pariaman mengunakan asuhan keperawatan adalah 65% sedangkan, menurut Depkes 80%. Kinerja Perawat dalam pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan dipengaruhi oleh faktor organisasi (Kepemimpinan kepala ruangan, imbalan, supervisi dan pembinaan). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat factor organisasi yang berhubungan dengan kinerja perawat dalam pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan di RSUD Pariaman. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah perawat pelaksana di RSUD Pariaman dengan jumlah sampel 89 orang, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel Simpel random sampling. Instrument yang digunakan angket. Hasil uji statistik bivariat chi-square menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang bermakna antara kepemimpinan (p = 0,000), imbalan (p = 0,005), supervisi (p = 0,000) dan pembinaan (p = 0,003). Rekomendasi bagi Direktur RSUD Pariaman untuk meningkatkan supervisi di setiap ruangan, kepemimpinan, imbalan dan pembinaan terhadap pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan kepada perawat pelaksana.

Abstract

Pembuktian matematis merupakan elemen kunci dalam pendidikan matematika tingkat lanjut dan menjadi fokus utama dalam perkuliahan Pengantar Analisis Real. Namun, banyak mahasiswa mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami konsep dasar, menghubungkan definisi dengan teorema, serta menyusun pembuktian secara runtut, sehingga memengaruhi penguasaan mereka terhadap mata kuliah ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan menelusuri kesulitan mahasiswa dalam memahami soal pembuktian, melaksanakan proses pembuktian, dan menarik kesimpulan dari hasil pembuktian. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode campuran (mixed methods), yang menggabungkan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah satu kelas mahasiswa Jurusan Matematika, Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika, FMIPA, Universitas Negeri Padang yang menempuh mata kuliah Pengantar Analisis Real pada semester Januari–Juni 2024, dengan jumlah 35 mahasiswa. Dari jumlah tersebut, enam orang mahasiswa dipilih sebagai responden wawancara. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes soal pembuktian dan lembar wawancara. Data tes (rentang 1-100) dikategorikan dengan nilai 1 sampai dengan 4 berdasarkan rubrik penilaian yang terdapat dalam standar operasional prosedur penilaian UNP. Data wawancara dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada proses pembuktian diperoleh kesulitan mahasiswa: dalam memahami soal pembuktian sebanyak 44,83%, dalam melaksanakan pembuktian sebanyak 52,49%, dan dalam membuat kesimpulan hasil pembuktian sebanyak 65,52%. Analisis jawaban mahasiswa menunjukkan bahwa kesulitan utama terletak pada: kesalahan memahami premis soal, penggunaan definisi irisan yang tidak benar, penyusunan argumen pembuktian yang tidak sistematis, serta penarikan kesimpulan yang tidak didasarkan pada langkah-langkah yang benar. Kata kunci: pembuktian matematis, analisis real, kesulitan mahasiswa. Abstract: Mathematical proof is a key element in advanced mathematics education and is the main focus of the Introduction to Real Analysis course. However, many students experience difficulties in understanding basic concepts, connecting definitions to theorems, and constructing proofs coherently, thus affecting their mastery of this course. This study aims to explore students' difficulties in understanding proof problems, carrying out the proof process, and drawing conclusions from the proof results. The type of research used is a mixed methods study, combining quantitative and qualitative approaches. The subjects were a class of 35 students from the Mathematics Department, Mathematics Education Study Program, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Padang State University, who took the Introduction to Real Analysis course in the January–June 2024 semester. Of these, six students were selected as interview respondents. The instruments used were a proof test and an interview sheet. Test data (range 1–100) were categorized with a score of 1 to 4 based on the assessment rubric contained in the UNP assessment standard operating procedures. Interview data were analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed that in the proof process, students found difficulties: in understanding the proof questions as much as 44.83%, in carrying out the proof as much as 52.49%, and in drawing conclusions from the proof results as much as 65.52%. Analysis of student answers showed that the main difficulties lay in: misunderstanding the question premise, using incorrect intersection definitions, compiling unsystematic proof arguments, and drawing conclusions that were not based on correct steps. Keywords: mathematical proff; real analysis; student struggles; proof construction
