Abstract

The PPDB ONLINE website is one of the applications of information technology that is used to make it easier for users to obtain information related to New Student Admission (PPDB), with services provided by the Jambi Provincial Education Office. The researcher analyzes the success rate of the PPDB ONLINE website in Jambi Provincial Education Office using the Delone and Mclean methods and finds out the effect of the independent variables (quality of the system, quality of information, quality of services provided) on the dependent variable (usage, user satisfaction, net benefits) using the SEM method. and SmartPLS software. This study resulted in 6 accepted hypotheses from 9 proposed.

Abstract

Jambi Muhammadiyah University participates in evaluating lecturers. However, the evaluation process carried out was still manual, namely using paper, where the paper containing the questionnaire was circulated to students and not all students filled out and collected the questionnaire again. Assessment procedures in this way are considered less effective and efficient. This procedure has many weaknesses including the use of a lot of paper in each questionnaire distribution, the calculation of the assessment requires a longer time, and the possibility of calculation errors due to human error. Therefore an information system is needed that can overcome this problem so as to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the process of assessing and evaluating lecturer performance. The system is built using the PHP programming language and as a database using MySQL. The method used in this study uses the waterfall method with the stages of needs analysis, system design, system implementation and system testing. The design of this system uses data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and document review. The expected results in this study are a website-based Lecturer Evaluation Information System that can facilitate related parties in measuring the quality standards of lecturer quality at the University of Muhammadiyah Jambi.

Abstract

Sistem informasi rekam medis merupakan sistem untuk mengelola data pasien dan dokumen. Adapun sistem rekam medis dan pembuatan laporan pada Puskesmas tersebut pengolahannya masih manual dan masih menggunakan media pembukuan dan memakan banyak tempat. Oleh karena itu pelayanan pasien di Puskesmas menjadi kurang efektif dan efisien. Dengan adanya aplikasi rekam medis sebagai alat bantu dalam pengolahan data dapat mempermudah pengolahan data rekam medis dan membuat laporan. Data yang di maksudkan adalah data pasien, data petugas, data pendaftaran, data pembayaran, data pemeriksaan, data dokter, data resep, data obat, database yang digunakan adalah MySql dan menggunakan alat bantu Visual Basic.Net untuk membangun sistem aplikasinya , sistem yang dibuat bersifat Desktop dan pemodelan yng digunakan adalah Data Flow Diagram (DFD).

Abstract

The debates on the application of Islamic criminal law in various Muslim-majority countries are still ongoing. This is because these countries still adhere to a positive legal system. This phenomenon has spread to many things including implementing the punishment of cutting off the hands of corruptors as is the punishment for thieves in the provisions of Islamic criminal law. One of the obstacles, in this case, is due to differences of opinion on the use of the term "thief" to be applied to "corruptor". This article aims to analyze the punishment provisions for thieves as regulated in Surah al-Maidah verse 38 to be applied to perpetrators of corruption. This article is the result of qualitative research with a linguistic approach. The primary data source in this study is the Qur'an, whereas, the secondary data sources are articles, books, and other relevant documents. Data were collected through a literature study method which was then processed, analyzed, and concluded. This study found that the crime of corruption, seen from a linguistic perspective, has the same meaning as thievery; the perpetrator, therefore, can be sentenced to the same punishment (cutting off the hand). The punishment here is the most severe type that can be imposed on perpetrators of corruption, considering that the impact it causes is heavier and wider than the impact that arises in the crime of thievery. Certainly, this punishment is applied if it has met all the elements and legal requirements and is applied in a very strict manner.

Abstract

Archives for organizations are supporting operational activities. Through archives, information and authentic can be obtained quickly and accurately. The organization's journey can be seen from the archived data stored. Therefore, good archives must be implemented, Realizing the importance of archives as a center of memory and a source of information. Service quality can be used as one of the agency's strategies to achieve customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine Archives Management in Improving the Quality of Administrative Services at the Library and Archives Service of Central Aceh Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research approach. By using qualitative research, researchers can investigate archive management and archive service systems at the Central Aceh District Library and Archives Service. The results showed that archive management at the Central Aceh District Library and Archives Service had been going well, judging from the archival planning that had been running according to established procedures, the implementation of archives at the Central Aceh District Library and Archives Service could be said to be good, and supervision of The Central Aceh Regency Library and Archives Service is carried out twice a week, if an error occurs in the filing of the archive, it is quickly transferred to the specified place. The quality of archival services and the obstacles in improving the quality of archival services at the Central Aceh Regency Library and Archives Service can be said to be still not optimal due to the lack of available reading media such as historical books and digital services such as wifi networks that cannot be reached by the archives and so it is difficult to upgrade and upload the latest info or activities.

Abstract

Information technology in the world today is developing very rapidly. This development has resulted in an information and communication system that has given birth to new innovations, one of which is online attendance using QR Code. Currently, lecturers' attendance control in teaching courses is still done manually, that is, lecturers sign absences according to the lecture schedule and courses given at the academy. Where there is a problem in this case, namely that they often forget to sign the lecturer's absence which has an impact on the lecturer's teaching honorarium. Because teaching honorarium is calculated based on the absence of control. Therefore, it is hoped that the implementation of web-based attendance using QR Code will make it easier for lecturers to take absences and help academics in recording lecturers' controlled absences which will be handed over to the finance department, thereby reducing the occurrence of errors in paying lecturers' teaching honorariums. The data collection method in this research is observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. System design uses DFD (Data Flow Diagram), as well as system design using HTML and PHP, while for databases using MySQL.

Abstract

RT 39 Jelutung Village, Jambi City is currently facing challenges in terms of disseminating information to its citizens. Conventional methods that have been used, such as announcements on information boards, regular meetings, and distributing leaflets, are often ineffective in reaching all residents. This research seeks to create a website for sharing information for disseminating information in RT. 39, Jelutung Village, Jambi City, using the Waterfall method and UML modeling to describe the system flow. This website is designed to facilitate effective communication between RT administrators and residents and provide fast and accurate access to information regarding activities, announcements and public services. The Waterfall methodology includes the phases of needs analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance. UML modeling is used to visually describe the structure and flow of a system, including use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. The finding is a website with main features such as Information Portal, Website Dashboard, Manage Mail. Evaluation was carried out through a survey of RT residents. 39 to assess the effectiveness and satisfaction with the use of this website. The evaluation results show that this website has succeeded in increasing information accessibility and citizen participation in RT activities. 39. Thus, it is hoped that the development of this website can become a model that can be applied in other RTs To enhance the caliber of communication and informational offerings.

Abstract

This study highlights the knowledge of students at the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business (FEBI) regarding the lack of information about LKS products labelled as sharia-compliant, so that this knowledge can later be applied in daily life in accordance with Islamic law. This study aims to determine the opinions, views, or perceptions of students at the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business (FEBI) at one of the State Islamic Universities regarding sharia labels on various products offered by Sharia Financial Institutions (LKS). The study uses a qualitative research method. The data sources included primary sources from interviews with several FEBI students and secondary data from reference materials such as scientific articles (journals), books, and so on related to the research topic. The data collection methods used included interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used were data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings of this study indicate that due to their status as academics in the field of Islamic economics and finance, students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business (FEBI) have views on the sharia label on goods sold by Sharia Financial Institutions (SFIs). The use of sharia principles in the entire operating system and in the creation of SFI products is indicated by the sharia label on sharia products.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and understand the process of buying and selling goods online and to explain the legal protection of consumers against broken promises in the online sale and purchase of goods according to the Compilation of Sharia Economic Law (KHES). The type of research used in this study is qualitative research. The researcher concludes that the Compilation of Sharia Economic Law also provides legal protection for consumers who enter into sale and purchase agreements, although it does not specifically explain the legal force, but in book II KHES explains that if there is a default If the promise in a contract is confirmed by Article 38, the party who breaks the promise will be subject to sanctions.

Abstract

This community service aims to enhance the information systems project management skills of students through website development training. The methods employed include initial study, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the community service demonstrate the successful improvement of students' information systems project management skills through the training and website development activities. Evaluation using questionnaires reveals that all students rated the training as "good". Moreover, the community service proved to be effective in achieving the goal of enhancing students' skills. Recommendations include the continuation of sustained training, further exploration of theoretical concepts, collaboration with industry partners, and ongoing evaluation. The theoretical implications highlight the applicability of information systems project management concepts in website development.
