Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify the obstacles faced by persons with disabilities in exercising their voting rights, evaluate the efforts that have been made to improve the accessibility and inclusion of persons with disabilities in the electoral process, and provide policy recommendations that can improve accessibility and protection of the rights of persons with disabilities in general elections. Researchers use a type of research in the form of qualitative research which is more concerned with forming substantive based on concepts that arise in empirical data. Researchers do not feel they know what they do not know, so the research design developed is always open to the possibility of various changes needed and flexible to the conditions in the field. This research uses interview, observation, and documentation techniques to obtain relevant data. The results of the research The implementation of voting for persons with disabilities in the village is quite good, with the efforts of local election organizers to facilitate accessibility needs. The participation of people with disabilities in the 2024 General Election in Koroha Village is quite high, showing an increase in their awareness and trust. What can be considered is increasing socialization, providing adequate accessibility facilities at all polling stations, and training for KPPS officers to be more sensitive to the needs of persons with disabilities. General elections as a means of popular sovereignty to elect members of the House of Representatives, members of the Regional Representatives Council, the President, and Vice President are a manifestation of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia (UUD NRI)

Abstract

This research examines the philosophical values of the Buton Sultanate heritage in the Buton Palace, Baubau City. The aim of this research is to explore and document the philosophical values contained in the heritage of the Buton Sultanate in the Buton Palace, Baubau City. The method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive-exploratory approach, The data obtained was analyzed using the thematic analysis method, namely interview data and observation. The research results show that Masigi Ogena, Wolio Fort, Popua Rock, Yi Gandangi Rock, and Sultan Murhum's Tomb not only function as historical artifacts, but also as important symbols of spirituality, justice, leadership, and togetherness. These values play a role in shaping the cultural and social identity of the Butonese people and have strong relevance in the modern era, especially in the context of character education, cultural tourism and heritage preservation efforts.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to provide a more profound understanding of the role of pottery in strengthening the collaboration dimension and improving students' understanding of Pancasila values. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study design. The pottery art village in Pagelaran Village, Malang Regency, served as the research site. The data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings of the research are that pottery art has the potential to strengthen the cooperation dimension in the student profile of Pancasila. We expect the implementation of this project to foster collaboration, togetherness, and a caring attitude among students, pottery craftsmen, and the local community. In addition, the art of pottery can also be a means to strengthen the understanding and awareness of Pancasila values in students. Pottery art in Pagelaran Village, Malang Regency, has an important role in strengthening the cooperation dimension in the Pancasila student profile. The Pottery Art Village is a place where pottery artisans gather and work together. They help each other and work collaboratively in the process of making pottery.

Abstract

Pancasila merupakan dasar negara Indonesia yang mengandung nilai-nilai luhur sebagai pedoman dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara. Namun, penyampaian nilai-nilai tersebut dalam pembelajaran formal masih sering dilakukan secara konvensional dan kurang menarik bagi mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis web yang menyajikan materi nilai-nilai Pancasila secara lebih kontekstual dan adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi digital. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan mencakup tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan antarmuka dan basis data, implementasi sistem berbasis PHP dan MySQL, serta pengujian menggunakan teknik black-box. Aplikasi yang dibangun menyediakan fitur unggah materi dalam bentuk teks, gambar, dan video, kuis evaluatif, serta pencatatan riwayat nilai mahasiswa. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran ini mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan mahasiswa, memperkuat pemahaman terhadap nilai-nilai Pancasila, dan memberikan kemudahan bagi admin dalam mengelola konten secara sistematis. Media ini berpotensi menjadi alternatif strategis dalam pendidikan karakter berbasis digital

Abstract

AbstrakKasus pandemi covid-19 mulai menurun pada tahun 2021 yang membuat beberapa institusi pendidikan mengeluarkan kebijakan akademik kepada dosennya untuk melaksanakan proses perkuliahan bisa dilakukan dengan menggunakan model blended learning. Di masa post-pandemi covid-19, perguruan tinggi bisa menggabungkan metode pembelajaran campuran antara tatap muka secara langsung maupun secara daring dalam satu semester perkuliahan dengan tetap memperhatikan protokol kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar efektivitas pembelajaran dengan model blended learning di masa post-pandemi covid-19 pada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan Universitas Sembilanbelas November Kolaka pada tahun akademik 2021/2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui metode survei dengan jenis cross-sectional. Responden pada penelitian ini sebanyak 34 mahasiswa yang tersebar di 4 angkatan yang masih aktif dengan teknik penarikan sampel quota sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 2,9% sangat setuju, 73,5% setuju, 17,6% cukup setuju, dan 5,9% kurang setuju jika model blended learning dari segi efektivitasnya pada proses perkuliahan membuat mahasiswa merasa puas selama pembelajaran berlangsung.Kata Kunci: Model Blended Learning, Post-Pandemi Covid-19, Mahasiswa AbstractThe cases of the covid-19 pandemic began to decline in 2021, which made some educational institutions have issued academic policies to their lecturers to implement a blended learning model in the learning process. In the post-covid-19 period, universities can implement the hybrid learning by blending the face-to-face learning and online learning in one semester but needs to follow the health protocols of Covid-19. The purpose of this study was to find out how effective the blended learning model during the post-covid-19 pandemic for the students of the Pancasila and Citizenship Education Study Program at Universitas Sembilanbelas November Kolaka in the 2021/2022 academic year. This research used quantitative approach and a survey through method with a cross-sectional type. Respondents in this study were 34 active students spread over 4 batches who were using quota sampling technique.  The results showed that 2,9% of respondents strongly agree, 73,5% of respondents agree, 17,6% of respondents quite agree, and 5,9% of respondents disagree if the implementation of blended learning model related to its effectiveness made the students fell satisfied during the learning process.Keywords: blended-learning model, post pandemic of covid-19, students

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh krisis nilai di era globalisasi yang berimplikasi pada melemahnya solidaritas dan kesadaran kebangsaan. Pancasila sebagai dasar negara sering dipahami sebatas dokumen formal, padahal nilai-nilainya telah lama hidup dalam kearifan lokal Nusantara. Salah satu contohnya adalah simbol tujuh ajaran moral masyarakat Wolio yang tersimpan di Keraton Buton, Kota Baubau, Sulawesi Tenggara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis keterkaitan antara ajaran moral Wolio dengan sila-sila Pancasila, serta menggali relevansinya bagi penguatan identitas kebangsaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan etnografis. Data diperoleh melalui observasi langsung di Keraton Buton, dokumentasi simbol ajaran moral, wawancara dengan tokoh adat dan pengelola keraton, serta studi literatur. Analisis dilakukan melalui reduksi data, interpretasi makna sosial- budaya, dan pemetaan nilai Wolio dengan sila Pancasila. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketujuh ajaran moral Wolio: po ma maasiaka, po pia piara, po angka angkataka, po mae-maeaaka, po binci-bincika kuli, man arafah nafsahu wakad arafah rabbahu, dan bolimo karo somanamo lipu memiliki kesesuaian yang kuat dengan sila-sila Pancasila. Nilai kasih sayang, kepedulian, penghormatan, keadilan, religiusitas, dan patriotisme yang terkandung di dalamnya menegaskan bahwa Pancasila berakar dari budaya lokal. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah simbol tujuh ajaran moral Wolio berfungsi tidak hanya sebagai artefak budaya, tetapi juga sebagai cerminan nilai Pancasila yang relevan untuk memperkuat kesadaran kebangsaan. Penelitian ini berimplikasi pada pengembangan pendidikan karakter berbasis kearifan lokal serta pelestarian budaya sebagai bagian dari pembangunan identitas nasional.
