Abstract

This research objective to describe and analyze the Principal Coaching Strategies in improving the quality of education. This research was carried out in Private Aliyah Madrasa Al-Amin District Labokeo Southern Wowoni island with the informant's research is the principal and the teachers in the school. The approach used is descriptive qualitative in-depth interview by (deep interview) and documentation, to the informant as the primary data collection techniques. Through the technique of determination of informants in snowball obtained the main informant the principal and teachers at Private schools. While secondary data on Madrasah Aliyah documents obtained from the private Al-Amin Wowoni Island Regency, South Labokeo at the relevant point of view. The research result found that strategy done by a principal in improving education covering coaching academical or supervision academic covering design program of instruction, learning, carry out commitment to work, evaluate learning, during tutoring hours to students, manage class, using media and source of learning, as well as training discipline the teacher then administrative guidance management includes teaching, management kepegawaian, management student, management facilities and infrastructures, and financial management.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify the obstacles faced by persons with disabilities in exercising their voting rights, evaluate the efforts that have been made to improve the accessibility and inclusion of persons with disabilities in the electoral process, and provide policy recommendations that can improve accessibility and protection of the rights of persons with disabilities in general elections. Researchers use a type of research in the form of qualitative research which is more concerned with forming substantive based on concepts that arise in empirical data. Researchers do not feel they know what they do not know, so the research design developed is always open to the possibility of various changes needed and flexible to the conditions in the field. This research uses interview, observation, and documentation techniques to obtain relevant data. The results of the research The implementation of voting for persons with disabilities in the village is quite good, with the efforts of local election organizers to facilitate accessibility needs. The participation of people with disabilities in the 2024 General Election in Koroha Village is quite high, showing an increase in their awareness and trust. What can be considered is increasing socialization, providing adequate accessibility facilities at all polling stations, and training for KPPS officers to be more sensitive to the needs of persons with disabilities. General elections as a means of popular sovereignty to elect members of the House of Representatives, members of the Regional Representatives Council, the President, and Vice President are a manifestation of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia (UUD NRI)

Abstract

The Kamali Baadia Museum in Bau-Bau City serves as a key institution in the preservation of cultural heritage and public education. This study aims to analyze the physical preservation of the museum's buildings and collections and highlight the philosophical values contained in its history. Data collection methods used in this study include interviews with museum managers, direct observation of collections and buildings, and review of related documentation. The study results indicate that this museum serves as a place to store artifacts and as an educational vehicle that encourages public awareness of the importance of cultural and historical identity. The concept of Martabat Tujuh reflects the harmony between Islamic teachings and the local culture of the Buton community. Martabat Tujuh emphasizes universal values such as justice, humanity, and local wisdom, which are the basis for social and cultural interactions in the region. Community involvement in the process of preserving cultural heritage is the key to success in maintaining the authenticity of local culture. Through the promotion of the values of Martabat Tujuh, the Kamali Baadia Museum strengthens the community's sense of ownership of their cultural heritage and supports the balance between worldly and afterlife needs. This study provides important insights into the role of museums in educating the public and internalizing cultural values as part of a broader national identity

Abstract

This research aims to explore the revitalisation of Kasukano Inare, a health-focused zacar or covenant among the Muna Tribe. Within a cultural and religious context, the research analyses how this tradition serves as an instrument to maintain community health and strengthen social ties. This research uses a qualitative approach with ethnographic methods. Data collection was conducted through observation, in-depth interviews, and document studies. Observations were conducted to observe the implementation of the Kasukano Inare ritual, in-depth interviews were conducted with traditional leaders, religious leaders, and the Muna people, and document studies were conducted to analyse written sources related to Kasukano Inare. The collected data was then analysed qualitatively with the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that Kasukano Inare not only plays a role in physical health aspects, but also as a spiritual tool that connects individuals to the community and ancestral traditions. In addition, there are dynamics between modern and traditional values that influence the implementation of this agreement. The findings are expected to provide new insights into the importance of cultural and religious integration in public health practices, as well as encourage efforts to preserve local traditions amidst modernisation. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to provide a more profound understanding of the role of pottery in strengthening the collaboration dimension and improving students' understanding of Pancasila values. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study design. The pottery art village in Pagelaran Village, Malang Regency, served as the research site. The data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings of the research are that pottery art has the potential to strengthen the cooperation dimension in the student profile of Pancasila. We expect the implementation of this project to foster collaboration, togetherness, and a caring attitude among students, pottery craftsmen, and the local community. In addition, the art of pottery can also be a means to strengthen the understanding and awareness of Pancasila values in students. Pottery art in Pagelaran Village, Malang Regency, has an important role in strengthening the cooperation dimension in the Pancasila student profile. The Pottery Art Village is a place where pottery artisans gather and work together. They help each other and work collaboratively in the process of making pottery.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan rendahnya partisipasi aktif siswa dalam pembelajaran PPKn serta dampaknya terhadap hasil belajar di SMK Negeri 2 Kolaka. Menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap siswa kelas XI Teknik Permesinan serta guru mata pelajaran PPKn. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi siswa yang rendah disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor internal seperti rendahnya minat belajar, kurangnya konsentrasi, dan hambatan psikologis (malu, takut salah, rendah percaya diri), serta faktor eksternal seperti metode ceramah yang monoton, lingkungan kelas yang tidak mendukung, dan kurangnya fasilitas. Kondisi ini berdampak langsung pada pencapaian hasil belajar yang kurang optimal. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan pembelajaran yang kontekstual dan partisipatif, seperti model Problem Based Learning dan Student Teams Achievement Division. Kontribusi dari studi ini terletak pada fokusnya terhadap konteks pendidikan kejuruan di daerah, yang masih jarang dikaji,serta memberikan rekomendasi strategis untuk peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran PPKn di SMK.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebebasan penggunaan handphone terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn) pada siswa kelas XI di SMK Negeri 1 Kolaka. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap siswa, guru PPKn, dan wali kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan handphone yang tidak terkontrol secara signifikan mengganggu konsentrasi siswa dan berdampak negatif pada hasil belajar, terutama dalam mata pelajaran PPKn yang menuntut pemahaman nilai dan pemikiran kritis. Temuan ini diperkuat oleh pernyataan guru dan wakil kepala sekolah yang mencatat penurunan partisipasi dan nilai siswa akibat penggunaan handphone di jam pelajaran. Meskipun handphone memiliki sisi positif dalam mendukung pembelajaran dan komunikasi, tanpa regulasi yang jelas, perangkat ini lebih sering menjadi sumber distraksi. Sebagai respons, sekolah menerapkan kebijakan pembatasan penggunaan handphone melalui aturan baru dan edukasi literasi digital. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam konteks lokal dan mendorong pengembangan kebijakan berbasis bukti dalam manajemen teknologi pendidikan.

Abstract

Abstrak   Kekerasan adalah setiap perbuatan yang berakibat kesengsaraan dan penderitaan baik fisik, psikis, seksual, psikologis dan termasuk penelantaran, ancaman serta tindakan tertentu yang merupakan pemaksaan atau perampasan kemerdekaan secara sewenang-wenang baik yang dilakukan di depan umum atau dalam kehidupan pribadi. Pada berbagai kasus kekerasan yang terjadi, pada umumnya korbannya lebih banyak menimpa kalangan perempuan dan anak karena di pandang lemah (tidak berdaya/mampu melawan). Adapun metode pemecahan yaitu dengan melakukan pelatihan ke instansi pemerintahan dan sekolah-sekolah yang berada di Buton Tengah (Buteng). Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah memberikan penyampaian mengenai keberadaan lembaga Pusat Pelayanan Terpadu Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Anak (P2TP2PA) yang bertujuan memberikan pelayanan bagi perempuan dan anak korban kekerasan serta berupaya memberikan kontribusi terhadap pemberdayaan perempuan dan anak dalam rangka terwujudnya  kesetaraan dan keadilan gender. Bentuk dari manajemen dan penanganan yaitu dengan proses pengelolaan tindakan penanganan kasus yang meliputi asesment, perencanaan, pelaksanaan pelayanan, pemantauan/monitoring dan evaluasi untuk menangani secara sistematis dengan berkoordinasi dan melibatkan sumber-sumber yang dibutuhkan. Kata Kunci:   Manajemen dan penanganan, kasus kekerasan, perempuan, anak.

Abstract

This study developed an environment-based learning model for Pancasila and Civic Education (PPKn) by utilizing coastal areas as educational tools to increase student awareness and participation in protecting the environment. This study adopts a participatory action research method that integrates experiential learning and place-based education approaches through a series of educational activities in the form of games and community service to clean up the beach. These activities not only enrich theoretical understanding of civic values but also encourage the application of these values through concrete, environment-based actions. The results of the study show that these activities successfully increased students' ecological awareness, social involvement, and responsibility as environmentally conscious citizens. These findings contribute to the development of more contextual and applicable Civic Education learning, while also opening up opportunities for replicating similar learning models in other institutions.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini mengembangkan model pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn) berbasis lingkungan dengan memanfaatkan kawasan pantai sebagai sarana edukatif untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan partisipasi mahasiswa dalam melindungi lingkungan. Penelitian ini mengadopsi metode penelitian tindakan partisipatif yang mengintegrasikan pendekatan experiential learning dan place-based education melalui rangkaian kegiatan edukatif berupa permainan dan kerja bakti membersihkan pantai. kegiatan ini tidak hanya memperkaya pemahaman teoretis tentang nilai-nilai kewarganegaraan, tetapi juga mendorong penerapan nilai tersebut melalui aksi nyata yang berbasis lingkungan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran ekologis, keterlibatan sosial, dan tanggung jawab mahasiswa sebagai warga negara yang peduli lingkungan. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan pembelajaran PPKn yang lebih kontekstual dan aplikatif, sekaligus membuka peluang bagi replikasi model pembelajaran serupa di institusi lain.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi berbasis animaker sebagai media pembelajaran di mata kuliah pendidikan nilai serta kepribadian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bahwa penggunaan video pembelajaran dapat menaikkan yang akan terjadi belajar mahasiswa dan menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Animaker bisa mempertinggi minat belajar serta motivasi mahasiswa. menggunakan digunakan untuk mengilustrasikan konsep kompleks melalui animasi sederhana. Animaker bisa membantu mahasiswa berpikir out of the box dan melampaui batas metode pengajaran tradisional. menggunakan memakai Animaker, peserta didik dapat mengkaji etika sosial dan moral melalui pengalaman dan pengenalan. Animaker pula dapat membantu Siswa mengembangkan kreativitas, komunikasi dan keterampilan berpikir kritis. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian akademik ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Penentuan tema penelitian dengan teknik target sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi digunakan untuk mendapatkan data yang komprehensif dan valid tentang pertempuran yang tercakup dalam penelitian ini. Jumlah subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 23 orang. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan naratif kualitatif. Pemanfaatan teknologi berbasis Animaker menjadi media pembelajaran mata pelajaran Pendidikan Nilai dan Kepribadian dapat membantu mahasiswa lebih mudah dalam tahu materi serta menghasilkan proses pembelajaran sebagai lebih menarik. Pemanfaatan teknologi berbasis Animaker menjadi media pembelajaran dapat memberikan pengalaman belajar yang aktif, menyenangkan dan meningkatkan kualitas belajar mengajar pada mata kuliah pendidikan nilai dan kepribadian.
