Abstract

Retirement is a significant life transition often accompanied by psychological stress due to the loss of role, routine, and identity. However, many retirees lack effective strategies to manage this stress, leading to decreased well-being. This study aims to interpret the self-care strategies employed by the character Ben Whittaker in the film The Intern (2015) to cope with post-retirement stress, analyzed through the lens of Lazarus & Folkman's coping theory. Using a qualitative descriptive case study design, the data from the film were analyzed through thematic analysis based on Lazarus & Folkman's coding framework (primary appraisal, secondary appraisal, problem-focused coping, emotion-focused coping). The results show that Ben's self-care process begins with an honest primary appraisal of his losses as a threat, triggering reflective emotion-focused coping. He then proactively engages in problem-focused coping by creating new routines and seeking challenging roles, while simultaneously maintaining emotional balance through social connectivity and positive nostalgia. The pinnacle of his adaptation is the mature integration of both coping strategies to navigate complex interpersonal dilemmas. Theoretically, this study enriches the transactional model by illustrating the dynamic, non-linear integration of coping strategies in later life. Practically, it offers a narrative model for developing psychosocial interventions that emphasize agency, social reconnection, and holistic self-care for retirees, suggesting that educational modules based on this film could facilitate healthy coping discussions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah web manajemen tugas bernama Dailido yang dirancang untuk membantu pengguna dalam mengatur tugas harian secara lebih efektif. Permasalahan yang sering muncul adalah kurangnya aplikasi manajemen tugas yang sederhana, cepat, dan mudah digunakan. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, penelitian menggunakan teknologi MERN Stack, yang terdiri dari MongoDB, ExpressJS, ReactJS, dan NodeJS, yang dikenal mampu membuat aplikasi web yang dinamis dan responsif. Proses pengembangan dilakukan dengan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) untuk mempercepat pembuatan aplikasi, serta pengujian fungsionalitas menggunakan Black Box Testing guna memastikan aplikasi bekerja sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Dailido berhasil dikembangkan dengan fitur-fitur utama seperti pembuatan, pengeditan, dan penghapusan tugas, serta menampilkan daftar tugas. Pengujian dengan metode Black Box membuktikan bahwa aplikasi berfungsi sesuai dengan yang diharapkan tanpa adanya kesalahan yang signifikan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa kombinasi MERN Stack dan metode RAD dapat membuat aplikasi manajemen tugas yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna dan efektif.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore government and community efforts in overcoming the challenges of intolerance, radicalism, and terrorism in Indonesia. Mosques, prayer rooms, Islamic boarding schools, and madrasahs have a strategic role in shaping the character of society and preserving Islamic culture. This study aims to examine the role of these four institutions as centers for community empowerment and cultural preservation in historical and contemporary contexts. Using library research methods, this study analyzes classical and modern literature to explore the relevance of their roles. The findings reveal that mosques and prayer rooms not only function as places of worship but also as centers for education, moral development, and social activities. Islamic boarding schools play an important role in preserving Islamic traditions through the teaching of classical Islamic texts (kitab kuning) and promoting an Islamic way of life, while also acting as agents of social change by supporting the economic empowerment of the community. Madrasahs, through the integration of religious and general curricula, foster a generation that is academically competitive and has character in the global era. The four institutions complement each other in strengthening Islamic values ​​and fostering a harmonious, independent, and competitive society. This study highlights the importance of collaboration between these religious institutions and elements of society to maintain their relevance amidst modernization and globalization. By optimizing the role of mosques, prayer rooms, Islamic boarding schools, and madrasahs, Islamic culture can continue to be preserved as an integral part of community life now and in the future.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools have a role in education, especially studying religious sciences among students. Also development in the knowledge aspect. Attention to soft skills which include students' personal and interpersonal abilities is also carried out. Soft skills are skills such as communication, leadership, teamwork, critical thinking, negotiation, persuasion, time management and adaptation. This ability is very important in everyday life for students. Learning soft skills for students to improve mentality in the form of character and humanism in the Islamic boarding school environment. The Tahfidz Wadil Quran Islamic boarding school uses direct practice, in daily activities and tahfidz learning at the Islamic boarding school.

Abstract

Background: Nurul Amanah Islamic boarding school has adequate catfish production facilities, including 12 biofloc catfish ponds, plenty of water, seed and feed wholesalers near the pesantren, and fish collectors ready to sell the catfish harvest. The facilities are still not being used properly. Objective: To establish the economic potential of catfish culture, as well as how to manage and spawn catfish in order to carry out catfish cultivation sustainably. Method: Education is provided by presenting maintenance procedures, feed management that uses maggots as feed support, and proper spawning techniques that identify catfish gonads based on maturity level. The practice of catfish cultivation is carried out by forming the organizational structure of the catfish cultivation board, as well as a rotating picket schedule, the practice of spawning mature catfish by separating them in a concrete pool and giving fibers as a place for catfish to lay eggs later, and after laying eggs within 24 hours, the fibers are taken and separated from the mother to avoid the mother eating eggs. The next practice is to feed catfish on a regular basis in the morning and evening, using maggot as a mixture. Results: The training of freshwater catfish cultivation, it can re-optimize the function of the facilities that are already available. Conclusion: The initiative has been effectively implemented at Pondok Pesantren Nurul Amanah.

Abstract

This study aims to improve fine motor skills through writing activities using trigonal pencil media in group A RA Tunas Bangsa Sidogemah Sayung Demak. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research. This research was conducted collaboratively between researchers and teachers. The subjects of this study were group A children, totaling 27 children, consisting of 10 boys and 17 girls. Data collection techniques with observation. The results showed that: The implementation of children's learning in fine motor writing can increase after being given action through writing activities using trigonal pencil media. Improvement of children's fine motor skills in writing using a trigonal pencil so that it is easier for children to hold a pencil in learning. This is shown by the results of the pre-cycle of children's fine motor skills classically on the BSB criteria, which is 26%. In the first cycle increased to 33% of children with good criteria and in the second cycle increased to 45% of children with good criteria. In the BSH criteria, which is 37%, in the first cycle it increases to 41% and in the second cycle it becomes 33%. The MB criteria are 26%, in the first cycle it becomes 19% and in the second cycle it becomes 15%. The MB criteria are 11%, in the first cycle it becomes 7% and in the second cycle it remains 7%.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis penjualan Tupperware berbasis arisan dalam perspektif akuntansi sebagai upaya pencapaian target poin member Tupperware. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang dilakukan di Kabupaten Pamekasan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa pendapatan arisan bisa berupa finansial dan non finansial. Pendapatan finansial berupa uang tunai sedangkan pendapatan non finansial berupa poin member. Poin member yang terkumpul dapat ditukar dengan produk serta peningkatan level keanggotaan. Piutang dalam sistem arisan adalah iuran dari setiap anggota arisan. Biaya dalam sistem arisan adalah biaya yang di keluarkan oleh member tupperware ketika hadir dalam arisan seperti transportasi, konsumsi, serta dana talangan uang arisan ketika ada anggota arisan yang telat atau tidak membayar. Keterbaruan ada beberapa penelitian yang memiliki relevansi topik, namun belum ditemukan topik yang menyatakan bahwa arisan dapat meningkatkan poin member keanggotaan. Dari kegiatan tersebut, member dapat menaikkan level karena penjualan melalui arisan. Oleh karenanya, penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi pada bidang ilmu ekonomi, khususnya akuntansi.

Abstract

An organization can never be separated from administrative activities. Archivesare an activity that cannot be separated from administrative activities. Archives playan important role for organizations because archives are used to store and maintainimportant records or documents related to the organization's activities. Apart fromthat, archives also help organizations to avoid the risk of losing information ordocuments that could be considered valuable. By having well-organized archives,organizations will find it easier to access the information they need. In the past,archives were managed manually, such as notebooks and documents which werestill in the form of paper, which required storage space and required time in the search process. Therefore, nowadays many organizations choose to switch to digitalarchiving, which is an easier and faster process than manual archiving. Archivesmanagement at BRIDA East Java Province has not been carried out using a digitalsystem. To minimize risks in archival storage, it is better to change the manualrecords management system to a digital archive. The preparation of this finalassignment used qualitative research methods. Qualitative research usually collectsdata by conducting observations, interviews, and documenting research activities.Because archiving in BRIDA East Java Province is still done manually, in thisresearch a website-based design idea called Electronic Archives (E-SIP) wasdesigned to simplify the digital archiving process. With the creation of this design,it is hoped that it will facilitate the management of archives at BRIDA East JavaProvince and that archiving can be carried out digital.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mendekskripsikan dan menganalisis data tentang produk supervisi Pendidikan. Salah satu pemasalahan dalam dunia Pendidikan yaitu kurangannya keberadaan pengawas di sekolah. Metode yang digunakan termasuk dalam jenis penelitian study literatur dan studi kepustakaan melalui jurnal online dan buku. Produk supervisi pada pada dasarnya memperbaiki kegiatan belajar dan mengajar. Sehingga program yang telah terlaksana dan dapat berhasil apabila peran supervisor memiliki keahlian dan cara kerja yang efisien dalam kerjasama dengan guru dan petugas pendidikan lainnya. Abstract

Islamic teachings emphasize the importance of environmental management. However, many preachers or religious teachers who regularly interact with the surrounding community have not actively promoted environmental awareness in their sermons. To address this gap, a structured program was developed to support and strengthen the role of preachers in conveying the importance of environmental awareness as a core Islamic value. This initiative was carried out in collaboration with the East Jakarta branch of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) in the form of training featuring academic experts who addressed environmental issues from an Islamic perspective. A total of 26 participants attended the training, consisting of dai and ustaz who participated in the MUI Ulama Cadre Education Program from 17 sub-district representatives. The training used lectures, interactive discussions, and pre- and post-training surveys. The results of 23 questionnaires filled out by 26 participants revealed a significant increase in participants' understanding of Islamic teachings that promote environmental responsibility from the perspectives of eco-theology and fiqh al bi'ah, as well as a stronger commitment to incorporating environmental advocacy into their lectures and designing more extensive green da'wah development. Abstrak Ajaran Islam menekankan pentingnya pengelolaan lingkungan. Namun, banyak da'i atau ustaz yang secara rutin berinteraksi dengan masyarakat di sekitar belum secara aktif mempromosikan kesadaran lingkungan dalam ceramah mereka. Untuk mengatasi kesenjangan ini, sebuah program terstruktur dikembangkan untuk mendukung dan memperkuat peran para da'i dalam menyampaikan pentingnya kepedulian lingkungan sebagai nilai inti Islam. Inisiatif ini dilakukan bekerja sama dengan cabang Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) Jakarta Timur, berbentuk pelatihan yang menampilkan para pakar akademis yang menyuarakan isu-isu lingkungan dalam perspektif Islam. Sebanyak 26 peserta menghadiri pelatihan tersebut, yang merupakan dai dan ustaz yang mengikuti Program Pendidikan Kader Ulama MUI dari 17 perwakilan kecamatan. Pelatihan ini menggunakan ceramah, diskusi interaktif, dan survei pra dan pasca pelatihan. Hasil dari 23 kuesioner yang diisi dari 26 peserta mengungkapkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta tentang perspektif Islam yang mengajarkan tanggung jawab lingkungan, konsep ekoteologi, fiqh al-bi’ah dan komitmen yang lebih kuat untuk memasukkan advokasi lingkungan ke dalam kegiatan ceramah dan merancang pengembangan green dakwah secara lebih luas.
