Abstract

The outbound-based icebreaking innovation was motivated by boredom carried out by PAUD/TK/RA teachers because educating children of developmental age requires a lot of emotional patience in a closed classroom, so if it is done outside the outbound-based classroom, emotional relaxation will be felt. , making the participant's condition relaxed and comfortable. This research aims to create a book product about outbound-based icebreaking innovations for PAUD teachers, such as: guessing the name of the prophet, guessing short letters in the Koran, and guessing prayers in everyday life but done outside the classroom. The method for using ADDIE development includes analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research results show that the validator of one attraction received a score of 80 in the good category, effectiveness received a score of 75 in the good category, and practicality obtained a score of 80 in the good category. The second validator of attractiveness got a score of 85 in the good category, effectiveness got a score of 80 in the good category, and practicality got a score of 80 in the good category. Validators of three material understanding abilities obtained a score of 85 in the good category. Conclusion Outbound-based icebreaking innovation is suitable for use by PAUD/TK/RA teacher participants.

Abstract

The background of this research is the problem of children's gross motor skills that are not well developed. Based on observations, it shows that 70% of children's ability to follow the teacher's simple movements is still not developed. It can be seen from (1) children are less enthusiastic about following movements and songs when exercising, (2) the lack of children's gross motor activities every day, (3) children rarely use gross motor game tools. This study used a classroom action research design (CAR) with 19 students in the B2 group of the Pembina State Kindergarten in Semarang City as the research subject. The data collection used is observation and documentation. This study used two cycles with 4 treatments in each cycle. The results showed that the teacher's activities in Musical Chair game obtained an average of 82.64 with very good criteria and children's activities reached 82.80% with very good qualifications. The level of enthusiasm of children in playing musical chair is 84.21%. Hence, it can be concluded that musical chair games can be an alternative for teachers to improve children's gross motor skills.

Abstract

Early childhood citizenship education in Indonesia with Arab countries in the background of state and citizen challenges globalization affects the growth, physical and spiritual development of children such as norms, behaviours and life values have an impact on the progress of the country. Research is used to improve the life of the Indonesian state while Arab countries master 21st-century skills. The research method uses literature studies with the aim of exploring early childhood citizenship education in the two countries. The results of the study stated that the country's vision and mission have a golden Indonesia target in 2045, while the Arab country has a target of superior education services in 2030. Education uses the independent learning curriculum and the student profile of Pancasila, the country of Indonesia.In contrast, the Arab country uses superior services equitable and inclusive quality education to increase lifelong learning opportunities. The focus of achieving early childhood development in Indonesia includes religion and morals, Pancasila, physical motor, cognitive, language, and social-emotional, while the Arab country achieves standards: knowledge, behaviour, skills, making citizens suitable, productive, and effective—Indonesian citizenship education, consisting of Pancasila values and Pancasila student profiles. While Arab citizenship education contains citizenship, national identity and culture, exploration of the interaction between the state and society makes a good citizen. In conclusion, the education of early childhood citizenship of the Indonesian state with Arabs can make citizens of character and citizenship.
