Abstract

The implementation of village policies to improve student morals through religious programs is a vital topic in the effort to improve student morals and ethics. This research discusses the strategies and effects of village policies on student morals through religious programs. Qualitative methods were applied with case studies in villages that actively run diniyah programs. The findings show that village policies have been successful in raising awareness of religious values and student morality. The role of religious leaders, local communities, and local government support are key factors in the success of the program. However, challenges such as limited resources and resistance to change still exist. It is recommended to adopt strategic measures such as expanding access to resources and raising public awareness about the importance of religious education. This research emphasizes the importance of the proactive role of village governments in the moral and spiritual development of the younger generation.

Abstract

The research conducted on experiential education in the context of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) offers an in-depth perspective on how Western pragmatic approaches can be integrated in education rooted in Islamic values. Using phenomenological methods, the research successfully illustrates that experience-oriented education not only enriches the teaching and learning process but also facilitates students' intellectual and spiritual growth. Through deductive and inductive approaches, this study reveals that teachers play a key role as facilitators in designing dialogic and interactive learning experiences, which ultimately shape students' character and critical thinking skills. The implementation of experiential education in PAI is expected to create a dynamic learning environment where science and Islamic values are combined, ensuring that education is not only limited to the transfer of knowledge but also the formation of a complete and mature person.

Abstract

This research analyzes and describes the intimate and formal language styles used in the fifth scene of the drama script Dewi Anjani, focusing on the interactions between Raden Nuna Putra Janjak, Dewi Anjani, and Datu Tuan. Drawing on Martin Joos's (1967) language style theory, this qualitative study employs a coding technique to identify and interpret relevant dialogues. The analysis of 22 key data points reveals that language style serves not only as a communicative tool but also as a powerful indicator of evolving character relationships. Initially, formal language dominates, signifying the absence of personal ties, hostility, and the assertion of authority. However, a significant shift to an intimate style occurs, reflecting a transformation from conflict to reconciliation and familial recognition. This transition enriches the dramatic meaning and narrative, illustrating how stylistic choices contribute to character development and the overall dramatic arc. The findings offer a deeper analytical framework for understanding the interplay of intimate and formal language in literary works and contribute to the theories on the function and impact of stylistic choices in dramatic narrative.

Abstract

The amendment to the State-Owned Enterprises (SOE) Law introduces a new paradigm regarding the financial status of SOEs. As a result, this change creates a normative misalignment with the concept of state finances, particularly in determining state losses related to acts of corruption. This study analyzes how Law Number 1 of 2025, the Third Amendment to Law Number 19 of 2003 on State-Owned Enterprises, regulates the status of state finances within SOEs and the liability of directors for state losses. The research adopts a normative legal method, guided by legal principles, norms, rules found in legislation, court decisions, agreements, and legal doctrines. The study finds that the state's capital invested in SOEs is now considered the responsibility of the enterprise itself and is no longer regarded as state property. Following the amendment, SOEs are classified as private legal entities; however, they still retain a public dimension in terms of financial accountability due to their management of public assets. Although SOE directors are protected by the Business Judgment Rule, losses resulting from unlawful acts are still considered state losses and are subject to the public law regime governing state financial accountability.
