Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of e-Purchasing Electronic Catalogues and employee competence in the procurement process of goods and services on public service satisfaction at the Lamongan District Education Office. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The research sample consisted of 105 respondents, including procurement officials, school principals, and procurement-related staff at the Lamongan District Education Office, selected using purposive sampling techniques. The research instrument used a closed questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression to test the partial and simultaneous effects between variables. The results showed that, partially, both the implementation of e-Purchasing and employee competence had a significant effect on public service satisfaction. Simultaneously, both independent variables also had a significant effect on public service satisfaction

Abstract

Numerous variables continue to contribute to the reduction in staff performance at Community Health Centers. By using employee job satisfaction interventions as health care interventions, this study seeks to examine the effects of organizational leadership and culture on service performance. A total of 47 respondents were sampled for this quantitative descriptive study. According to the research's findings, job satisfaction is one way that leadership and organizational culture have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Leadership and organizational culture also have a positive and significant impact on employee performance.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of green marketing, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and e-commerce adoption on brand trust and customer loyalty in Indonesian retail businesses. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 150 respondents through a five-point Likert scale questionnaire. Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3) was employed to analyze the relationships among the variables. The results show that green marketing, CSR, and e-commerce adoption significantly and positively affect brand trust, which in turn positively influences customer loyalty. Additionally, brand trust partially mediates the relationship between these independent variables and customer loyalty, highlighting its crucial role in fostering long-term consumer relationships. These findings provide practical insights for retail businesses in Indonesia to enhance sustainability initiatives, socially responsible practices, and digital adoption to strengthen consumer trust and loyalty.

Abstract

This study examines the use of bay leaves (Syzygium polyanthum) as a base ingredient for herbal tea in an effort to improve public health in Garung Village, Sambeng Subdistrict, Lamongan Regency. The programme was implemented through the 2025 Community Service Programme of Muhammadiyah University Lamongan, focusing on education about the benefits of bay leaves and the practice of making herbal tea. The main activities included health seminars and hands-on training in herbal tea production, involving local residents, particularly the PKK group and the elderly, as the primary target audience. Bay leaf tea was introduced not only as a traditional beverage but also as a healthy alternative drink with the potential to support modern lifestyles. Community enthusiasm was evident from the high level of participation in discussions and product-making practices. However, there were constraints in the form of limited tools and materials that hampered the optimisation of activities, necessitating sustainability strategies such as the procurement of simple equipment and more effective utilisation of local resources. The research results show that community empowerment through the use of traditional plants can increase health awareness and open up opportunities for the development of small herbal-based businesses. Overall, this programme has made a positive contribution to improving the quality of life of rural communities, strengthening local potential, and encouraging the creation of healthy lifestyles that can be developed sustainably.

Abstract

Banyak pemerintah desa hanya mampu mendirikan BUMDes tetapi tidak mampu mengembangkannya. Banyak desa juga tidak dapat memanfaatkan dana Desa untuk mendirikan BUMDes. BUMDES harus didirikan dan dikelola oleh profesional yang berpengalaman dan mahir dalam bisnis. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan tujuan memberikan pendampingan tentang manajemen keuangan bagi pengelola Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) dalam rangka mendampingi pengelola BUMDes dalam menerapkan manajemen keuangan. Metode Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini menggunakan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR), pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian dengan pemberian materi secara ceramah, pemberian contoh studi kasus, diskusi, praktek langsung. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa pengelola BUMDes memiliki pemahaman yang kuat tentang penerapan manajemen keuangan. Penemuan ini membantu pengelola BUMDes memahami cara menyusun pelaporan keuangan dan menerapkan tata kelola keuangan yang tepat dan benar.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan tata kelola keuangan dan manajemen operasional Koperasi Merah Putih Desa Karanggeneng, Kabupaten Lamongan, agar koperasi dapat berfungsi secara efektif dan berkelanjutan. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi meliputi pencatatan keuangan manual, belum adanya laporan keuangan periodik, lemahnya kontrol internal, dan keterbatasan kompetensi pengurus dalam bidang akuntansi serta manajemen koperasi. Metode kegiatan meliputi pelatihan, pendampingan, dan perancangan sistem tata kelola keuangan serta penyusunan SOP operasional. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan pengurus menyusun laporan keuangan berbasis akuntansi sederhana, terbentuknya sistem kas dan kontrol internal, serta tersusunnya SOP operasional koperasi. Selain itu, kegiatan ini meningkatkan kesadaran pengurus terhadap pentingnya transparansi dan akuntabilitas. Implikasi dari kegiatan ini adalah terciptanya fondasi tata kelola koperasi yang lebih profesional dan berkelanjutan, sehingga Koperasi Merah Putih dapat berperan optimal dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat desa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana kepuasan pelanggan dari penyedia listrik tunggal di Indonesia berhubungan dengan tingkat pelayanan yang diberikan. Penelitian berangkat dari peran strategis PT PLN (Persero) sebagai penyedia listrik utama di era digital, di mana mereka perlu memberikan layanan yang cepat, konsisten, dan berorientasi pada kepuasan pelanggan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Sistematic Literature Review (SLR). Tiga puluh lima artikel ilmiah nasional yang diterbitkan dari tahun 2020 hingga 2025 membahas variabel kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan dalam industri ketenagalistrikan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa reliabilitas dan responsif merupakan faktor utama dalam kualitas pelayanan yang memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Selain itu, seiring perkembangan layanan digital PLN Mobile, recoveryability dan kualitas layanan e-mail muncul sebagai elemen baru yang sangat penting. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kualitas layanan digital dan konvensional sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan meningkatkan persepsi PT PLN (Persero) sebagai penyedia listrik tunggal. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai dasar untuk membangun rencana untuk meningkatkan pelayanan publik di sektor ketenagalistrikan Indonesia

Abstract

This article discusses the importance of human resource maintenance (HRM) as an organizational strategy to maintain productivity and sustainability. The study focuses on the concepts, objectives, and principles of HRM, workload and job satisfaction analysis, and the role of employee counseling. The research applies theories from Hasibuan, Robbins & Judge, Mathis & Jackson, and previous studies, using a literature review and qualitative analysis. The findings indicate that HRM includes compensation, safety, and welfare, and is based on the principles of benefit, justice, satisfaction, legality, and company capability. A balanced workload positively influences job satisfaction, while counseling supports employees’ mental health and motivation. Therefore, HRM is considered a strategic investment to enhance loyalty, reduce turnover, and develop a productive and adaptive workforce.
