Abstract

AbstrakLingkungan abad ke-21 adalah salah satu dari kompleksitas, ambiguitas, kecepatan, dan perubahan organisasi yang belum pernah terjadi sebelumnya. Keterampilan konseptual memberikan kapasitas untuk tampil efektif dalam kondisi ini. Kepemimpinan di Organisasi militer di berbagai negara memiliki tujuan yang sama yaitu untuk mewujudkan visi dan misi organisasi sesuai tugas, wewenang dan tanggung jawabnya berdasar hasil keputusan politik negara. Artikel ini disusun berdasarkan studi literatur dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif sebagai pendekatan penulisan utama. Para pemimpin dihadapkan pada lingkungan yang terus berubah, kompleks, dan menantang. Untuk dapat memimpin secara efektif di dunia saat ini, pemimpin perlu meningkatkan pemahaman dan praktik kepemimpinan mereka untuk memenuhi tantangan baru yang menghadang dari segala arah dengan perubahan yang sangat cepat. Pemimpin Militer dari atas ke bawah harus mampu menghadapi peningkatan kompleksitas politik dan budaya dari perang proxy, operasi perdamaian, kehadiran dan keterlibatan ke depan, keamanan internal dan manajemen bencana. Di era Masyarakat 5.0, pengawasan bukan hanya menjadi milik Pemimpin namun juga dilakukan oleh seluruh anggota organisasi. Kemudahan teknologi dan juga tantangan good governance menjadikan transparansi dan keterbukaan menjadi instrument. Perkembangan era industri menjadi tantangan tersendiri, sebagaimana hal tersebut para pengambil kebijakan mau tidak mau harus mampu menyaipkan diri dalam menghadapi tantangan yang semakin kompleks.Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Society 5.0, Kompetensi Kepemimpinan AbstractThe environment of the 21st century is one of unprecedented complexity, ambiguity, speed, and organizational change. Conceptual skills provide the capacity to perform effectively in these conditions. Leadership in military organizations in various countries has the same goal, namely to realize the vision and mission of the organization according to its duties, authorities and responsibilities based on the results of state political decisions. This article is compiled on the basis of a literature study using a descriptive qualitative approach as the main writing approach. Leaders are faced with an ever-changing, complex, and challenging environment. To be able to lead effectively in today's world, leaders need to improve their understanding and leadership practices to meet the new challenges that come their way with rapid change. Military leaders from top to bottom must be able to deal with the increasing political and cultural complexity of proxy wars, peace operations, forward presence and engagement, internal security and disaster management. In the era of Society 5.0, supervision not only belongs to the Leader but is also carried out by all members of the organization. The ease of technology and also the challenges of good governance make transparency and openness an instrument. The development of the industrial era is a challenge in itself, as policy makers inevitably have to be able to anticipate themselves in the face of increasingly complex challenges.Keywords: Leadership, Society 5.0, Leadership Competencies

Abstract

Purpose – This article aim For develop approach new in management source Power strategic human resources with integrate dimensions adaptive and cognitive in context digital transformation of organizations . Research This based on synthesis theoretical from works Prihantoro et al . (2022–2023), in order to review return the role of HR as driver main superiority competitive based knowledge in the era of disruption technology . Design/ methodology / approach – This article use method studies library conceptual with approach qualitative- descriptive analysis done to six work main topic that discusses strategic HR topics , digitalization organization and learning organization . Synthesis done For building an integrative model that emphasizes influence digital transformation towards performance and development of organizational human resources . Findings – Results of analysis show that approach adaptive-cognitive can strengthening HR strategy in face change environment business . Merger digital competence , ability Study organization , as well as leadership transformative proven become key in optimize HR functions in general strategic . HR is not Again only nature administrative , but is driving force main innovation and efficiency . Implications practical – Organization need designing repeat digital learning- based HR policies , building ecosystem management knowledge , as well as push culture Innovation . Data- driven and intelligence-driven HR practices artificial is also recommended For taking decision strategic . Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of work flexibility on the work-life balance of generation Z. The phenomenon of increasing the number of workers from generation Z who demand freedom in time management and workplace is an important background for this research. The approach used is quantitative with the survey method. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires to Generation Z respondents who have worked in various industrial sectors, then analyzed using simple linear regression analysis to test the influence of independent variables on dependent variables. The results of the study show that work flexibility has a positive and significant effect on the life balance of generation Z. This means that the higher the level of flexibility provided by the company both in terms of time, location, and work system the better the balance between personal and work life felt by generation Z employees. young people in the environment of modern organizations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh green marketing dan pengetahuan konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian produk ramah lingkungan. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap isu lingkungan yang mendorong perusahaan untuk menerapkan strategi pemasaran hijau. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada konsumen yang telah membeli produk berorientasi lingkungan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa green marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, yang berarti semakin baik penerapan strategi pemasaran hijau, semakin tinggi kecenderungan konsumen untuk membeli produk tersebut. Selain itu, pengetahuan konsumen juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi pemahaman konsumen mengenai produk ramah lingkungan, semakin besar keinginan untuk membelinya. Secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya strategi pemasaran hijau dan edukasi konsumen dalam meningkatkan keputusan pembelian produk berkelanjutan.
