Abstract

Abstrack : This study aims to determine how big the Implementation of Motion and songs in order to improve gross motor skills Childhood 4-5 years. This study consists of two variables: Motion and Song and gross motor. The hypothesis of this study is the adoption of Motion and Song Can Improve gross motor development Childhood 4-5 Years at SPS Az-Zahra, Village Sukamulia, District Sail, Pekanbaru ". Methods of data collection in this study using observation and documentation. Data collection techniques in this research using descriptive qualitative data. The results showed there was a significant positive relationship between the adoption of the Motion and the song of the gross motor skills of children aged 4-5 years in early childhood in gross motor ability of children aged 4-5 years in the Az-Zahra SPS sub Sukamulia District of Sail Pekanbaru increased in each cycle. This is evident from the average acquisition value amounted to 44.2% of pre cycle, the first cycle of 54.3%, and in the second cycle of 79.6%.Keywords: Motion and Song, Motor Rough

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the correlation between teacher’s work discipline and classroom management skills in kindergarten at the districts Rambah Hilir, district Rokan Hulu. The study population was all kindergarten teachers in the district Rambah Hilir with as many as 73 people. Determination of the number of subjects in this study using saturated sampling technique is sampling technique when the members of the population used as a sample in this study as many as 73 people. The method used is the technique of Pearson Chi Square to see t the correlation between teacher’s work discipline and classroom management skills in kindergarten at the districts Rambah Hilir, district Rokan Hulu. The data collection techniques used is through a scale in the form of a questionnaire. Based on test results obtained by the hypothesis that there is a significant positive the correlation between teacher’s work discipline and classroom management skills in kindergarten at the districts Rambah Hilir, district Rokan Hulu. It can be seen from the results of Chi Square coefficient between labor discipline teachers with classroom management skills of x2 count = 45,792a and x2 table = 3.841. Then the x2 count > x2 table (45.792> 3.841), then h0 is rejected and ha accepted. It means there is a positive and significant the correlation between teacher’s work discipline and classroom management skills in kindergarten at the districts Rambah Hilir, district Rokan Hulu.Key word : Discipline Work, Classroom Management Skills

Abstract

Abstract: This research is aimed (1) to find out the writing letters ability of children age 4-5 years in PAUD Terpadu Kasih Ibu District Gunung Toar of Kuantan Singing before were given use rainbow salt tray media, (2) to find out the writing letters ability of children age 4-5 years in PAUD Terpadu Kasih Ibu District Gunung Toar of Kuantan Singing after were given use rainbow salt tray media,(3) to find out whether the rainbow salt tray media affected on the age 4-5 years in PAUD Terpadu Kasih Ibu District Gunung Toar of Kuantan Singing. The population in this study that children age 4-5 years totaling 15 children and sample in this study amounted to 15 children. The method used pre-experimental design with one group pretest posttest design that experiments conducted on one group alone with no comparison group. This type of instrument used in this study is to use the observation and documentation. So the result of this research were (1) the the writing letters ability of children age 4-5 years in PAUD Terpadu Kasih Ibu District Gunung Toar of Kuantan Singing before were given use rainbow salt tray media is in developing category, (2) the writing letters ability of children age 4-5 years in PAUD Terpadu Kasih Ibu District Gunung Toar of Kuantan Singing after were given use rainbow salt tray media is in developing category as expected, (3) there is a significant effect on the rainbow salt tray media to the writing letters ability of children age 4-5 years in PAUD Terpadu Kasih Ibu District Gunung Toar of Kuantan Singing. It is known that there is difference that an improving of writing letters ability to children before and after treatment. Rainbow salt tray media has an effect as 56,07% on the children age 4-5 years in PAUD Terpadu Kasih Ibu District Gunung Toar of Kuantan Singing.Keywords: Writing letters, Rainbow salt tray media

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research is to know whether there is a relation between psychological well-being andthe resilience of PAUD teachers in Tampan District, Pekanbaru. The population in this study were PAUD teachers in Tampan Subdistrict, Pekanbaru, amounting to 76 teachers, this sample was used as many as 20 PAUD teachers taken using simple random sampling technique. The method used is Product Moment correlation to see the relationship between variables of psychological well-being and resilience of PAUD teachers. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires in the form of a likert scale. The data analysis technique uses scale trials and statistical method analysis with the SPSS program for Windows Ver. 25. Based on the results of hypothesis testing obtained there is a positive and significant relationship between psychological well-being and resilience of PAUD teachers in Tampan District, Pekanbaru. This can be seen from the correlation coefficient of rxy => 0.558 and a significant level of 0,000 <0.05. The level of relationship between psychological well-being and resilience of PAUD teachers is included in the strong category with a determinant coefficient value of 31.2%, meaning that PAUD teachers on psychological well-being have an effect of 31.2% on resilience.Key Words: Psychological Well-being, Resilience, Reaching out.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is aimed 1) to find out the ability of rough motorik of the children in TK bakti ibu pekanbaru before were given treatment like boy boyan traditional game, 2) to find out the ability of rough motorik of the children in TK bakti ibu pekanbaru after were given treatment like boy boyan traditional game, to find out whether the boy boyn traditional game affected on the children in TK bakti ibu pekanbaru. This research was an experimental research that was a research that aimed to know the effect of one variable to other variable in a strictly controlled condition. The sample of this research were all the students that 4-5 th years old in class B2 that consist of 15 children, that was 7 male and 8 female. The collective data technique was an observation and documentation. So the result of this research were 1) the rough motorik ability of the 4-5 th years old children before given treatment like boy boyan traditional game is in developing category, 2) the rough motorik ability of the 4-5 th years old children after were given treatment like boy boyan traditional game is in developing category as expected, 3) there is a significant effect on the boy boyan traditional game to the ability of rough motorik of the children in TK bakti ibu pekanbaru. It is known that there is difference that an improving ability of rough motorik to children before and after treatment. Traditional boy boyan game has an effect as 66,66% on the 4-5 th years old children in TK bakti ibu pekanbaru.Key words: Boy boyan traditional game, rough motorik

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to determine the relationship between Attachment with self confidence kids 4-6 years at Tunas Karya kinderganten District Kampar. This type of corelation. Sampling tools using sampling tecninique saturated sampling that amounted to 40 children. Data collections in this research is primary data, using observatio sheet. The results obtained from this study note that the relationship attachment with self confidence kids 4-6 years at Tunas Karya Kindergarten district Bangkinang Kampar regency is in the category of being. Based on chi square corelations value between attachment with self confidence obtained value 0,033 or <0,05. Because probability value <0,05 (0,033<0,05) hence Ho rejected thus can be interpreted that there is significant relation between both variables. While this diraction of the relationship is positive, meaning the better the attachment of the child the better the confidence of the child. Result of research from coefficient value determinant that yielded is KD =r2x100%= 0,4562x 100%= 20,79 % hence can be seen that attachment correlation equal to 20,79 % to confedence. To find out how significant attachment to be confidence of children obtained the value of tarithmetic amounted to 10,476 with a significance of 0,033 obtained ttable of value 9,488 with dk= n-2 = 40-2 =38 at 5% significance level equal to 9,488 thus known tcount (10,476)> ttable (9,488). Can be interpreted that attachment affects the confidence of children. Which means the better the attachment of the child the better his self-confidence.Keyword: Attachment, Confidence, children

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe the role of the principal as an educator and what are the obstacles in implementing it. To reveal the research focus, using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. In this study using data triangulation which was carried out simultaneously by researchers when conducting interviews, observations, and documentation of the selected data sources, the subjects of this study were: the principal. While the technique used in data analysis is interactive data analysis, through data reduction steps, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study and the conclusions of the study indicate that: the role of the principal as an educator plays a role in its performance in the form of the principal always guiding, directing, and advising the teachers in the school. For school principals teaching and learning activities are the core of the education process and teachers are the main implementers and developers of the curriculum in schools, for that principals will pay attention to the level of competence of teachers, and principals always facilitate and encourage teachers to continuously improve their competencies. So that teaching and learning activities can run effectively and efficiently. The obstacles for now are in the form of health conditions, unstable networks and indirect training for teachers, because during the pandemic everything is online.Key Words: Principal, role, educator

Abstract

Kesiapan belajar anak adanya pemberlakuan sistem pembelajaran daring sangatlah penting karena adanya perubahan yang sangat spontan terjadi dari sistem luring menjadi daring. Kesiapan belajar anak usia dini yang kurang akan mempengaruhi proses interaksi dan kegiatan belajar. Sehingga, semakin siap anak dalam belajar akan semakin baik proses pembelajaran yang berlangsung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kesiapan belajar belajar anak TK Islam An-Nur Bastari Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru selama pembelajaran daring. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif yang dilaksanakan di TK Islam An-Nur Bastari Pekanbaru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 20 orang tua anak TK Islam An-Nur Bastari Pekanbaru dengan teknik pengambilan sampel sensus sehingga semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner kesiapan belajar anak dengan skala likert. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kesiapan belajar anak selama pembelajaran daring di TK Islam An-Nur Bastari Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru sebanyak 45% berada pada kategori “sedang”. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi kepada orang tua untuk meningkatkan perhatian dan pengawasan serta pendampingan dalam kebutuhan anak khususnya dalam proses belajar mengajar, baik saat pembelajaran daring maupun tidak.

Abstract

Literasi Digital suatu kemampuan yang perlu dimiliki oleh orang tua, untuk memahami dan menggunakan informasi dari berbagai sumber digital yang ada. Pada masa pandemi seperti saat ini, keharusan anak untuk melakukan pembelajaran dari rumah mau tidak mau mengharuskan orang tua untuk ikut terjun langsung dalam proses belajar mengajar anak-anaknya dirumah, namun pada kenyataanya tidak semua orang tua memiliki kemampuan literasi digital yang baik, bahkan beberapa diantaranya mengakui bahwa anak lebih bisa menggunakan teknologi digital terutama gadget selangkah lebih maju dari orang tua. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan literasi digital orang tua anak usia dini di Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru Riau. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif yang dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru Riau. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 40 orang tua yang memiliki anak usia dini di Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru yang dipilih secara acak. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner kemampuan literasi digital orang tua dengan menggunakan Teori Instant Digital Competence Assessment (Idca) sebagai instrumen yang dapat diukur dengan menggunakan skala likert. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan literasi digital orang tua anak usia dini di Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru Provinsi Riau berada pada kategori “Rendah” yaitu dengan persentase 31%. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi kepada orang tua agar dapat lebih memperhatikan betapa pentingnya kemampuan literasi digital bagi diri sendiri maupun orang lain terutama anak usia dini di zaman modern ini.
