Abstract

This research was structured to find out about Coordinating the Formats of Da'wah Events, the results of this research are organizing, controlling, supervising the effective and efficient arrangement of da'wah programs, so that in carrying out a da'wah program it can be well controlled and acceptable to mad'u. As we know, at this point, many people are not interested in a da'wah program due to the lack of ways to coordinate various formats of da'wah events so that mad'u are not interested in the da'wah program. Abstract

Artikel ini menjelaskan tentang cara beristidlal ketika terjadi pertentangan antara 2 dalil. Dalam sebagaian kitab usul fiqih, memang dijelaskan dalam judul pembahasan “taarudl”, namun keduanya merujuk pada makna yang sama. Hanya saja istilah ta’adul digunakan Ketika dua dalil yang berbenturan berkekuatan sama dan saling sebanding. Sedangkan tarjih adalah ketika dalam sebuah kasus baru tidak ditemukan pendapat seorang mujtahid mengenai status hukumnya, akan tetapi ada nash atau teks pendapat dari mujtahid tersebut mengenai kasus lain yang serupa, kemudian para pengikutnya mencabangkan atau mengembangkan status hukum kasus baru tersebut berpijak pada putusan hukum imamnya dalam kasus lain yang serupa. Maksud pencabangan semacam inilah disebut takhrij.

Abstract

This article is a normative study of the determination of the Sidoarjo Religious Court in case No.1913 / Pdt.G / 2015 / PA. regarding the receipt of a polygamy permit application because the husband wants to educate and help the second prospective wives. This study is interesting considering that this reason is not at all listed in Law No. 1 of 1974 concerning marriage. The judge has three considerations. First, the condition of the applicant's second wife is mentally traumatized because she has experienced domestic violence in a previous marriage. second, in the Koran are required only fair. Third, there has been an agreement from the first wife, fulfilled materially and non materially by the applicant and able to be fair by making a statement. Even though the judge ignored the law in this matter, however, the value of benefit would be greater if he received the polygamy permit application. The judge may give a different verdict, but if it continues to do so the limitation of polygamy regulations will be weak. What did the judges were in accordance with article 4, paragraph 2 of Law No. 1 of 1974 and Law No. 48 Year 2009 concerning Judicial Authority Article 1 Paragraph 1. [Artikel ini adalah kajian normatif terhadap penetapan Pengadilan Agama Sidoarjo dalam perkara No.1913/Pdt.G/2015/PA.Sda. tentang diterimanya permohonan izin poligami karena ingin mendidik dan menolong calon istri. Kajian ini menarik mengingat bahwa alasan tersebut sama sekali tidak tercantum dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 Tentang perkawinan. Hakim memiliki tiga pertimbangan, Pertama, kondisi calon istri kedua pemohon secara mental trauma karena pernah mengalami KDRT pada perkawinan sebelumnya. Kedua, dalam al-Quran hanya disyaratkan adil. Ketiga, sudah adanya persetujuan dari istri pertama, terpenuhi secara materi maupun non materi oleh pemohon dan sanggup adil dengan membuat surat pernyataan. Walaupun hakim mengabaikan undang-undang dalam hal ini, akan tetapi, nilai kemaslahatan akan lebih banyak jika menerima permohonan izin poligami tersebut. Hakim boleh memberikan putusan yang berbeda, akan tetapi jika itu terus dilakukan maka pembatasan peraturan poligami secara ketat akan terjadi lemah. Apa yang dilakukan hakim sudah sesuai pasal 4 ayat 2 Undang-Undang Nomor1 Tahun 1974 dan Undang-Undang Nomor 48 Tahun 2009 Tentang Kekuasaan Kehakiman Pasal 1 Ayat 1.]

Abstract

Pendidik dituntut untuk inovatif dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran, menyesuaikan diri dengan perkembangan zaman, oleh karena itu perlu memanfaatkan berbagai aplikasi pembelajaran daring yang sebagai alternatif pembelajaran. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui analisis pemanfaatan pembelajaran daring pada proses pembelajaran. Kemudian metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu studi literature review yang bersumber dari data sekunder yang berasal dari laporan hasil penelitian yang tertuang dalam artikel, buku teks, prosiding dan website serta sumber-sumber lain yang dianggap relevan dengan topik kajian ini. Selanjutnya peneliti melakukan tabulasi dan melakukan analisis untuk mendapatkan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa terdapat beberapa aplikasi pembelajaran daring yang digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran yaitu 1) Sway digunakan untuk membuat media pembelajaran interaktif 2) Wordwall berisi fitur kuis, menjodohkan atau memasangkan pasangan, pencarian kata, dan kata acak. 3) Quizizz.  memiliki fitur yang menarik, seperti karakter tema yang berbeda-beda,4) Google Classroom, dapat diakses kapan saja dan di mana saja, tidak membutuhkan banyak bandwidth atau kuota akses; 5) Zoom, memudahkan interaksi dengan siswa, memberikan variasi dalam pembelajaran online, 6) Kahoot, menggabungkan elemen pembelajaran dan hiburan dalam format kuis interaktif. Beberapa aplikasi ini efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar, motivasi belajar serta berpikir kritis siswa baik yang dilaksanakan pada sekolah dasar, sekolah menengah dan perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

Pura Mangkunegaran Solo is one of the cultural heritage sites in Indonesia which has high historical and cultural value. Efforts to preserve culture through education and cultural tourism are one of the focuses of the management of Mangkunegaran Temple. This research aims to analyze interpersonal communication between tour guides and visitors in building a sense of cultural love at Pura Mangkunegaran Solo. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The research results show that interpersonal communication between tour guides and visitors at Pura Mangkunegaran Solo plays an important role in building a sense of cultural love. This research also found that there are several factors that influence the quality of interpersonal communication between tour guides and visitors. Tour guides apply several dimensions of communication patterns, including Openness, Trust, Empathy, Caring, Self-Awareness, Clarity, Accuracy, Relevance, Efficiency and Flexibility, to convey information about the history, culture and traditions of Mangkunegaran Temple to visitors.

Abstract

This present study intends to analysis the influence of ownership structure and firm size on stock price, while considering profitability acting a moderating variable focusing on banking firms registed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) while 2021-2023 observation year. In this research, the ownership structure includes both institutional and managerial ownership, while firm size is evaluated based on total assets. Profitability is represented by ROA, and stock cost is determined by annual closing stock cost. The study applies quantitative panel regression analysis with EViews 13 software. The outcomes indicated that neither managerial nor institutional ownership significantly influenced stock prices. Meanwhile, firm size significantly impacts stock prices. Furthermore, profitability does not appear to enhance the correlation between ownership structure and the company size regarding stock price, highlighting the crucial role of financial performance in attracting investor interest. These findings provide insights for banking management and investors in gaining insight into the key elements that affect a firm’s stock market valution.

Abstract

Patient satisfaction with the services provided in a prosthetics and orthotics (P&O) facility has rarely been studied. This study aimed to analyze patient satisfaction regarding the services provided by seven prosthetic & orthotic (P&O) facilities at PIPOS Rehabilitation Services Program (PRSP) Peshawar. One hundred fifty patients from P&O facilities who were fitted with a prosthesis, an orthosis, or another device, were asked to rate the overall services provided and whether they were satisfied with the device provided and its delivery time by answering the questions according to their experience, provided in the questionnaire. In total, 72% of the consumers were satisfied with the service provided and with the delivery time, and 28% were not satisfied because of much time consumption. The overall consumer rating of the service provided by P&O facilities is high and mainly depends on the delivery time. The outcomes on the Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire were moderate. In the future, it is essential to study patient satisfaction more extensively to improve the quality of P&O services in daily practice. Additionally, specific questionnaires need to be developed to measure all prosthetic and orthotic care aspects to improve the services.

Abstract

Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu dan Perencanaan (LPMP) Institut Agama Islam (IAI) Tasikmalaya memiliki peran penting dalam memastikan kualitas akademik dan administrasi di lingkungan perguruan tinggi. Namun, dalam pelaksanaannya, LPMP masih menghadapi kendala dalam pengelolaan dan pendokumentasian informasi secara sistematis. Proses manual yang digunakan menyebabkan kurangnya efisiensi dalam pencarian, penyimpanan, dan penyebaran informasi, sehingga dapat menghambat transparansi dan akuntabilitas lembaga.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sebuah website sebagai sarana digital yang dapat mengoptimalkan manajemen informasi LPMP. aplikasi ini dibuat dengan metode Waterfall dengan pemrograman Bahasa HTML, PHP, CSS, javascriprt, Framework Laravel serta Database MySQL yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi studi literatur, analisis kebutuhan, serta perancangan sistem berbasis web yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Website yang dirancang akan menyediakan fitur utama seperti pengelolaan dokumen, publikasi informasi, serta akses mudah bagi pihak terkait dalam memperoleh data secara real-time. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi inovatif dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kerja LPMP IAI Tasikmalaya. Dengan adanya website ini, diharapkan proses dokumentasi dan penyebaran informasi menjadi lebih cepat, transparan, dan terstruktur, sehingga dapat mendukung visi dan misi institusi dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan secara berkelanjutan. Abstract

Religious radicalism remains a significant challenge for Islamic education institutions, including pesantren (Islamic boarding schools). This study explores the de-radicalization strategies employed by Pesantren Al-Mujahidin in Samarinda to prevent radical ideologies among santri (students). A qualitative approach with a case study design was adopted. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis, and were subsequently analyzed thematically. The findings reveal three key strategies: (1) the internalization of national values through the Tausiah Kebangsaan (national sermon) program, (2) the reinforcement of Ahlussunnah wal Jama'ah (Aswaja) ideology to foster a moderate and inclusive religious mindset, and (3) the preservation of Nusantara Islamic traditions as a culturally rooted approach. These efforts are reinforced by the leadership of the kiai (Islamic clerics), the continuity of religious traditions, and the availability of educational infrastructure. However, the pesantren faces several challenges, including limited human resources, the lack of integration between the de-radicalization efforts and the formal curriculum, and resistance from external actors. The study suggests that pesantren possess strategic potential as agents of culture-based de-radicalization. Therefore, it is recommended to enhance institutional capacity, improve the competencies of religious educators, and develop pesantren-based nationalism modules as part of broader national Islamic education policies.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the application of Indoka Batik's accountability principles as an instrument for assessing cost center performance. The research method used was a qualitative case study approach. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and document management to obtain valid and relevant data. The results showed that the implementation of accountability obligations at Indoka Batik was successful. This was illustrated by a clear organizational structure, a planned budget preparation process, appropriate cost classification, and a transparent cost reporting system. These four aspects are indicators that accountability is used as a basis for performance assessment and management decisions. Accountability accounting emphasizes the responsibility of each unit within the organization and manages activities and resources under control. Furthermore, this principle also provides financial performance measures as the primary instrument for assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of administrative task implementation. However, this study also revealed operational inefficiencies, as measured by a 5°C budget deviation during the 2020-2023 period. This statement has indicated the importance of assessing and improving budgeting and management processes for future cost management.
