Abstract

This research was based on a field finding that students' learning achievement had not been optimal. The lack of implementation of problem-based learning (PBL) was one of the contributing factors. The purpose of this study was to describe how the problem-based learning (PBL) model could be used to improve students' learning outcomes in Pancasila education for fifth-grade students at SDN 20 Kurao Pagang, Padang City. This research employed Classroom Action Research (CAR) which combined both qualitative and quantitative approaches. The research was conducted in stages in two cycles consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. This study was carried out in the odd semester involving all fifth-grade students of SDN 20 Kurao Pagang, Padang City, totaling 26 students, and the classroom teacher as research subjects. The research findings indicate that the implementation of problem-based learning (PBL) has successfully improved students' learning outcomes in Pancasila education. This is evident from: (1) The teaching module initially achieved an average of 89.55% (B) in Cycle I, and then increased to 100% (AB) in Cycle II. (2) Teacher activity in implementing learning achieved an average of 91% (AB) in Cycle I and increased to 96.4% (AB) in Cycle II. (3) Student activity during learning achieved an average of 91% (AB) in Cycle I and increased to 96.4% (AB) in Cycle II. (4) Students' learning outcomes in Cycle I obtained an average of 81.6 (B), increasing to 93.3 (AB) in Cycle II.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Example Non Example. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila di kelas IV SDN 04 Talaok Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan, serta rendahnya keaktifan dan partisipasi peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus, dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru dan peserta didik kelas IV SDN 04 Talaok, Pesisir Selatan pada semester II tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Dengan jumlah peserta didik yaitu 12 orang, yang terdiri dari 9 orang peserta didik perempuan dan 3 orang peserta didik laki-laki. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan evaluasi hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan rata-rata nilai hasil belajar peserta didik dari 59,91 (pra tindakan) menjadi 74,46 (B) pada siklus I, dan meningkat lagi menjadi 87,50 (SB) pada siklus II. Selain itu, aktivitas guru dan peserta didik juga menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dengan predikat sangat baik. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Example Non Example efektif dalam meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila di kelas IV SDN 04 Talaok Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of grade II students in the subject of Pancasila Education. Students tend to be passive, lack critical thinking, and have difficulty understanding the material because the learning method does not actively involve them. The purpose of this study is to describe the improvement of learning quality through the optimization of teaching modules, learning implementation, and student learning outcomes. This research is a Class Action Research (PTK) with a qualitative and quantitative approach, carried out in two cycles which include the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of the study are teachers and 15 students of grade II for the January-June 2024/2025 semester. The results of the study showed a significant improvement in all aspects. In Cycle I, the achievement of the teaching module was 85.93% at the first meeting and increased to 90.25% at the second meeting. The activity of teachers and students increased from 82.14% to 89.28%. The average learning outcomes of students in the first cycle reached 77.80% (category B). In Cycle II, the achievement of teaching modules increased to 96.42%, teacher and student activities reached 92.85%, and learning outcomes increased to 90.28% (category A). Thus, the actions taken have proven to be effective in improving the quality of the learning process and outcomes of Pancasila Education in grade II of SDN 04 Talaok.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya partisipasi aktif dalam proses pembelajaran serta kemampuan berpikir kritis yang masih rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Numbered Heads Together (NHT) dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif, yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah seorang guru dan 27 peserta didik kelas IV SDN 10 Bandar Buat pada semester Januari–Juni tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, tes, dan nontes, meliputi penilaian modul ajar, aktivitas guru dan peserta didik, serta hasil belajar peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II. Rata-rata penilaian modul ajar meningkat dari 89,58% (Baik) menjadi 95,83% (Sangat Baik). Aktivitas guru meningkat dari 87,49% menjadi 95,83%, dan aktivitas peserta didik dari 81,24% menjadi 91,66%. Hasil belajar peserta didik juga meningkat dari rata-rata 71,94 (Cukup) menjadi 84,25 (Baik), atau naik sebesar 12,31%. Dengan demikian, model kooperatif tipe Numbered Heads Together terbukti dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Pendidikan Pancasila pada peserta didik kelas IV.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low level of narrative writing skills because teachers have not fully used innovative learning models. This research aims to describe how to improve narrative writing skills using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in class IV of SDN 15 Ulu Gadut, Pauh District, Padang City. This type of research is classroom action research, using qualitative and quantitative approaches. Implemented in two cycles, namely cycle I consisting of two meetings and cycle II consisting of one meeting. The subjects of this research were class teachers and students in class IV of SDN 15 Ulu Gadut, Pauh District, Padang City, with a total of 25 students consisting of 13 boys and 12 girls.The results of the research showed that there was an increase: a) the teaching module in cycle I obtained an average of 89.58 with a good predicate, an increase in cycle II obtained an average of 95.83 with a very good predicate; b) teacher activity in cycle I obtained an average of 83.92 with a good predicate, increasing in cycle II to an average of 92.85 with a very good predicate; c) student activity in cycle I obtained an average of 83.92 with a good predicate, increasing in cycle II to an average of 92.85 with a very good predicate; d) the results of improving narrative writing skills in cycle I obtained an average of 68.4 with a poor predicate, increasing in cycle II obtained an average of 88.8 with a good predicate. From the research results, it can be concluded that the Problem Based Leaning (PBL) model can improve narrative writing skills in class IV of SDN 15 Ulu Gadut, Pauh District, Padang City.

Abstract

This research was motivated by findings from initial identification through interviews and observations at SDN 18 V Koto Timur, which revealed that fifth grade students faced difficulties in science and technology subjects, especially regarding low enthusiasm and active participation in learning. The type of research used is Research and Development with the ADDIE development model. In this development research, the research subjects were 30 class V students and the research object was the development of DL-based teaching materials to improve students' critical thinking skills. Data collection techniques use validation sheets, practicality questionnaires and learning outcomes tests. Based on the results of the development research carried out, the validity results of the Merdeka Curriculum teaching module obtained an average of 89% (very valid), the material expert validator obtained a result of 90.6% (very valid), the results for the language expert were 93.3% (very valid). ), and media expert acquisition was 85.4% (valid). The practicality of the module was tested through individual trials on 8 students at SDN 18 V Koto Timur and 8 students at SDN 01 V Koto Timur resulting in an average total score of 88.96% and 86.46%, which was categorized as "very practical." In small group trials with 10 students in each school, average scores reached 93.17% and 88.17%, also in the "very practical" category. Limited group trials with 15 students in each school showed average scores of 92.11% and 91.67%, remaining in the "very practical" category. These results confirm that the module was well received and demonstrated consistent practicality across different groups of learners, proving its effectiveness and usefulness as a teaching material.

Abstract

Dalam bidang pendidikan, pendekatan evaluasi pembelajaran yang menggunakan teknologi digital semakin menjadi hal yang penting karena kemajuan dalam bidang teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan bagaimana evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis digital diterapkan di sekolah dasar. Ini mencakup proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan, serta kelebihan dan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh guru dan siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan observasi lapangan di sepuluh sekolah dasar yang berada di Sumatera Barat dan DKI Jakarta. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung, wawancara dengan para guru, dan dokumentasi tentang penggunaan media evaluasi yang berbasis digital. Temuan dari penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa guru telah memanfaatkan berbagai platform digital seperti Wordwall, Educaplay, Quizizz, Kahoot, Blooket, dan Google Form di dalam proses evaluasi belajar. Penggunaan media digital terbukti mampu mendorong motivasi, partisipasi, dan keterlibatan siswa dalam kegiatan evaluasi tersebut. Namun, pelaksanaan evaluasi yang berbasis digital masih mengalami beberapa kendala, termasuk keterbatasan perangkat, masalah jaringan internet, serta kebutuhan dukungan awal bagi siswa yang belum terbiasa dengan teknologi digital. Oleh karena itu, untuk memastikan evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis digital berjalan efektif, perlu adanya dukungan dari kesiapan guru, akses pada teknologi yang memadai, dan pendekatan pendampingan yang sesuai.

Abstract

Penerapan evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis digital di sekolah dasar masih menunjukkan perbedaan tingkat pemanfaatan dan efektivitas antar satuan pendidikan, sehingga perlu dikaji secara empiris melalui observasi lapangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan efektivitas evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis digital di sekolah dasar serta mengidentifikasi kendala yang dihadapi dalam implementasinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek penelitian meliputi guru dan peserta didik pada sembilan sekolah dasar di beberapa kabupaten/kota, sedangkan objek penelitian adalah penggunaan media evaluasi digital seperti Quizizz, Google Form, Kahoot, Wordwall, Educaplay, dan Gimkit. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media evaluasi digital mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik, mempercepat proses penilaian, serta membantu guru dalam pengolahan hasil evaluasi pembelajaran. Namun, kendala masih ditemukan berupa keterbatasan akses internet, kesiapan sarana dan prasarana, serta literasi digital guru dan peserta didik yang belum merata. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis digital efektif diterapkan di sekolah dasar apabila didukung oleh infrastruktur yang memadai dan peningkatan kompetensi digital guru secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the results of field observations, namely the still low cursive writing skills of grade IIIA students at SDN 07 Talamau. These problems are shown by students in understanding the direction and sequence of cursive strokes, letter shapes that do not conform to the rules of cursive, non-uniform letter sizes and inconsistent letter spacing. In addition, the writing learning process is still centered on the teacher so that students still do not play an active role in the learning process. This study aims to describe the improvement of students' cursive writing skills through the guided writing method. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) using qualitative and quantitative approaches. This study was carried out in two cycles, with research procedures consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The research data obtained are related to cursive writing skills through the guided writing method. Data collection techniques include observation analysis, tests and non-tests. The subjects of this study were the class teacher as observer, the researcher as practitioner, and 14 grade IIIA students of SDN 07 Talamau. The results of the study showed an improvement in students' cursive writing skills. The average cursive writing skill in cycle I was 73.85%, which then increased to 84.27% in cycle II. Therefore, it can be concluded that the guided writing method can improve students' cursive writing skills in Indonesian language learning in third grade at SDN 07 Talamau. Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the relationship between reading interest and summary writing skills of fifth-grade students at SDN 16 Padang Besi in the 2025/2026 academic year. The study used a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The research sample consisted of 27 students. Data were collected using a reading interest questionnaire and a summary writing test. Data analysis used descriptive statistics and the Spearman correlation test. The results showed a positive and significant relationship between reading interest and summary writing skills with a correlation coefficient value of 0.952 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05. This value indicates a relationship in the very strong category with a contribution of 90.6%. The higher the students' reading interest, the better their summary writing skills.
