Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara tematik ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an yang berhubungan dengan kekerasan dalam rumah tangga serta menganalisis implikasinya terhadap pembentukan pendidikan karakter Islami dalam keluarga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan tafsir maudhu‘i (tematik) yang menelusuri ayat-ayat relevan seperti Q.S. al-Nisā’ [4]:19, al-Rūm [30]:21, dan al-Mā’idah [5]:8. Data diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan dari kitab tafsir klasik dan kontemporer serta literatur pendidikan Islam. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Al-Qur’an menolak segala bentuk kekerasan, baik fisik maupun psikologis, dengan menegaskan nilai rahmah (kasih sayang), ‘adl (keadilan), dan mu‘āsyarah bil ma‘rūf (pergaulan yang baik) sebagai fondasi relasi keluarga. Kekerasan dalam rumah tangga dipandang bukan sekadar persoalan sosial, tetapi kegagalan dalam pendidikan moral dan spiritual. Oleh karena itu, pendidikan Islam memiliki tanggung jawab epistemologis untuk membangun kesadaran nilai dan menanamkan budaya non-kekerasan dalam keluarga. Temuan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa keluarga Qur’ani adalah entitas pendidikan pertama yang harus mencerminkan nilai kasih, kesetaraan, dan penghargaan terhadap martabat manusia. Dengan demikian, pendidikan karakter Islami berbasis Al-Qur’an tidak hanya berfungsi membentuk individu berakhlak, tetapi juga menjadi sarana pencegahan kekerasan dalam rumah tangga melalui penanaman spiritualitas, dialog, dan keteladanan. Abstract

Brotherhood in the Qur'an is a bond of brotherhood caused by similarities in various aspects, such as descent, ethnicity, religion, profession and character, which forms an inner bond so that each other feels close. Even though they are different people and have different beliefs, the Koran explains that all people are brothers. In the Al-Quran there are several types of ukhuwwah, including Ukhuwah 'ubudiyah which states that all who are created as creatures have a sibling relationship. Ukhuwah Insaniyah that all humans are brothers, because all humans originate from one father and mother, namely Adam and Eve. Abstract

Perkawinan beda agama masih saja menjadi topik yang selalu diperbincangkan oleh para pemikir Islam sampai saat ini seiring dengan masih banyaknya umat Islam di Indonesia yang melaksanakannya. Tulisan ini akan mencoba meneliti ulang tentang bagaimana sebenarnya status pernikahan beda agama dalam perspektif ulama tafsir, fatwa Majlis Ulama Indonesia dan hukum keluarga Islam di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan sumber data kepustakaan (library reseaach). Indonesia sendiri, Majelis Ulama Indonesia telah mengeluarkan Fatwa tentang keharaman bagi umat Islam baik laki-laki dan perempuan untuk menikahi wanita dan laki-laki non-muslim baik mereka yang Ahli Kitab maupun tidak. Fatwa MUI ini menyatakan setelah mempertimbangkan bahwa perkawinan beda agama sering menimbulkan keresahan di tengah-tengah masyarakat dan mengundang perdebatan di antara sesama umat Islam. Fatwa MUI ini masih sejalan dengan sumber hukum keluarga Islam di Indonesia yakni UU No. 1 Tahun 1974 Tentang Perkawinan dan Kompilasi Hukum Islam yang juga melarang perkawinan beda agama.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to reveal the relationship between Qiraah and Jurisprudence, the method of Determining the Law of Jurisprudence according to Al-Alusi, and the impact of Qiraah on the Verses of Worship on Determining the Law of Jurisprudence according to Al-Alusi. This research is a qualitative research, the type of research is library research. The data collection method used is literature study. The results showed that; 1). The close relationship between fiqh and qiraah has had a significant impact on the understanding and development of Islamic law. The understanding and expertise in qiraah by the fuqaha provided an additional dimension in the interpretation and application of Islamic law. Thus, the close relationship between fiqh and qiraah became one of the hallmarks of the Islamic tradition of thought. 2) In exploring the verses to find istinbat law, imam al-Alusi uses two main methods, namely bayani and qiyasi methods. 3) The differences in qiraah that affect the istinbat law have given birth to different legal status. This has a significant impact on the process and results of determining the law, such as in the case of worship issues

Abstract

The phenomenon of ecological damage and climate change has developed into a multidimensional crisis that threatens the sustainability of human life on earth. This crisis is not only ecological, but also reflects a moral and spiritual crisis due to the loss of human awareness of the Divine mandate in preserving nature. This research aims to examine the concept of ecological education in the perspective of the Qur'an as an Islamic solution to the global environmental crisis. The focus of research is directed at the values of monotheism, the principle of balance (mīzān), and the prohibition of damage (fasād) as the basis for the development of ecological awareness oriented towards responsibility and sustainability.Using a qualitative approach based on thematic interpretation (maudhu'i), this study analyzes the verses of the Qur'an that discuss the earth (ardh) and the relationship between humans and nature. The results of the study show that the Qur'an places the earth as a Divine mandate that must be maintained through the principles of responsibility, balance, and sustainability. These findings led to the construction of a Qur'anic ecological education model that emphasizes the spiritual and ethical dimensions in human interaction with the environment. The implications of the study affirm the importance of integrating ecotheological education into the Islamic curriculum as well as the formulation of global environmental policies based on Qur'anic values as a preventive step in dealing with contemporary ecological crises.

Abstract

The issue of gender equality in education remains a multidimensional problem encompassing theological, social, and cultural aspects. Although Islam normatively affirms the spiritual and intellectual equality between men and women, empirical realities within many Muslim societies continue to reflect patriarchal biases that restrict women’s access to education. This study aims to analyze the concept of gender equality in education based on the Qur’anic perspective, emphasizing women’s rights to acquire knowledge. Employing a qualitative approach through thematic interpretation (tafsīr maudhū‘ī) and the sociology of education framework, the study finds that the Qur’an regards education as a universal human right, not limited by gender. The persistence of inequality stems not from Islamic teachings but from socio-cultural structures and patriarchal interpretations of religious texts. Within this framework, Islamic education should function as a means of liberation, in line with Paulo Freire’s critical pedagogy, by fostering critical consciousness against social and gender injustices. The findings imply the need for reformulating Islamic education curricula with a gender-equitable perspective, strengthening teachers’ gender awareness, and developing contextual Qur’anic interpretations. Such reforms are essential to transform Islamic education into an instrument for building a civilized, egalitarian, and socially just society.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun kerangka konseptual pendidikan kesehatan yang komprehensif melalui analisis sistematis dan tematik (maudhu'i) terhadap ayat-ayat al-Qur'an tentang perintah menjaga kesehatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis library research. Penelitian ini menganalisis data primer dari al-Qur'an dan kitab tafsir klasik-kontemporer, didukung sumber sekunder dari literatur keislaman dan kesehatan modern. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa al-Qur'an mempresentasikan paradigma kesehatan holistik yang mengintegrasikan empat dimensi: jasad (fisik), nafs (psiko-emosional), aql (intelektual-kognitif), dan ruh (spiritual-transendental). Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi empat prinsip dasar pendidikan kesehatan Qur'ani: pencegahan (al-wiqaayah), keseimbangan (al-tawazun), kemurnian (al-thaharah), dan tanggung jawab (al-mas'uliyyah), yang diimplementasikan melalui metode multidimensi berupa keteladanan (al-qudwah), nasihat tepat (al-mau'izhah), dan pembiasaan (al-ta'wid). Penelitian menunjukkan konvergensi signifikan antara wisdom kesehatan dalam al-Qur'an dengan temuan ilmiah modern, sekaligus meneguhkan landasan spiritual-etika yang melengkapi pendekatan sekuler. Kerangka yang dihasilkan menawarkan model pendidikan kesehatan integratif yang relevan untuk pengembangan strategi promosi kesehatan kultural-sensitif, kurikulum kesehatan berbasis nilai, dan kebijakan kesehatan holistik, khususnya bagi populasi Muslim.

Abstract

This study aims to comprehensively analyze the prospects and challenges of implementing zakat as an instrument of Islamic philanthropy in the modern economic system. Using a literature review method, this article synthesizes findings from various scientific literature. The analysis shows that zakat's prospects lie in its great potential as an economic stabilizer, a tool for wealth distribution, and a driver of inclusive growth, supported by the digitalization of management (Zakat Fintech) and its application to contemporary assets (such as professional zakat and digital assets). However, the main challenges faced include harmonizing Islamic jurisprudence regulations regarding new financial instruments, increasing zakat payer compliance, issues of accountability and institutional governance, and the urgent need for measurable impact measurement. Optimizing the role of zakat requires institutional synergy, technological innovation, and policy reforms that support the transformation of zakat funds from consumptive to productive.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji peran ulama Qur’ani dan implikasinya terhadap penguatan Pendidikan Agama Islam moderatif. Ulama Qur’ani dipahami sebagai figur yang tidak hanya menguasai teks Al-Qur’an secara mendalam, tetapi juga mampu menerjemahkan nilai-nilai ilahiah ke dalam realitas sosial dengan sikap moderat, bijaksana, dan penuh kasih sayang. Melalui metode studi pustaka, penelitian ini menelaah literatur tafsir, karya ulama, serta penelitian kontemporer untuk menggali karakter ulama Qur’ani dan relevansinya bagi pendidikan modern. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ulama Qur’ani berperan sebagai pendidik inklusif yang menjembatani idealitas teks dan kebutuhan masyarakat majemuk. Nilai-nilai Qur’ani seperti tawassuth, tawazun, tasamuh, dan i‘tida?l dapat diintegrasikan ke dalam kurikulum, metode pedagogis, dan kultur lembaga pendidikan untuk membentuk peserta didik yang berakhlak, toleran, dan berwawasan luas. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa penguatan peran ulama Qur’ani merupakan strategi penting dalam membangun pendidikan Islam yang moderatif, adaptif, dan relevan dalam menghadapi tantangan radikalisme serta intoleransi di era global.

Abstract

Background: Postpartum depression (PPD) affects approximately one in seven postpartum mothers and may lead to serious complications, including impaired child growth, psychotic disorders, and infanticide if left untreated. Data regarding PPD and its associated factors in South Sulawesi Province remain limited. Objective: This study aimed to determine the relationship between maternal age, occupation, family income, education level, and religiosity among mothers with postpartum depression. Methods: This study used a quantitative cross-sectional design. A total of 62 postpartum mothers were selected using a random sampling technique. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis. The chi-square test was applied to assess the relationship between independent variables and postpartum depression. Results: The analysis showed a significant relationship between maternal age and postpartum depression (p = 0.048). Religiosity was also significantly associated with postpartum depression (p = 0.037). No significant relationship was found between family income and postpartum depression (p = 0.731) or between education level and postpartum depression (p = 0.620). Conclusion: Maternal age and religiosity were significantly associated with postpartum depression, while education level and family income showed no significant association.
