Abstract

The primary objective of this study was to examine the performance of BPRs in Indonesia before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The focus was on assessing financial performance variables, including Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Non-Performing Loan (NPL), Return on Asset (ROA), and Credit Disbursement. To achieve the study's objectives, a Descriptive Statistical Analysis was employed to provide a detailed overview of BPR performance during the two distinct periods. Additionally, a Difference Test, utilizing the Wilcoxon Test, was conducted to assess the significance of the differences observed between the pre-pandemic and pandemic periods. The results of the analysis revealed notable differences in the condition of BPRs before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. Significant changes were observed in financial performance variables such as NPL, ROA, and Credit Disbursement. However, LDR exhibited a tendency to be insignificant during this comparative analysis. It is crucial to acknowledge certain limitations in this study. The analysis focused primarily on financial performance variables, and other relevant factors may need consideration for a comprehensive understanding. Additionally, the study's findings are specific to the given time frame and may not account for potential longer-term effects. The identified differences in BPR performance provide valuable insights for policymakers and industry stakeholders. These findings can serve as a foundation for designing effective policies and strategies to address the economic impact of the pandemic. Moreover, the study offers essential insights for the banking industry, guiding them in adapting and building resilience in response to unexpected external changes.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how work life balance, work stress and job satisfaction affect the performance of nurse at the Undaan eye Hospital in the city of Surabaya. This research method is quantitative by taking sample of 73 respondents. The collection techinique uses purposive sampling. The sample consisted of the performance of nurses at the Undaan eye Hospital. The analysis technique used in this research is (PLS) with validity testing, reliability testing and hypothesis testing. The result of this research prove that: (1) work life balance has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance. (2) work stress has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance. (3) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of fintech peer-to-peer (P2P) lending on community well-being in Indonesia by analyzing its role in promoting Sharia financial inclusion. Using a quantitative approach, the research analyzes secondary data from 33 provinces in Indonesia spanning 2021-2022. The study employs panel data regression to assess the effects of fintech P2P lending borrower accounts and Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) on Sharia financial inclusion. Additionally, Pearson's correlation analysis examines the relationship between Sharia financial inclusion and the Human Development Index (HDI). The findings reveal that both the number of borrower accounts and GRDP positively and significantly influence Sharia financial inclusion. Furthermore, the study demonstrates a positive correlation between Sharia financial inclusion and HDI. These results suggest that fintech P2P lending in Indonesia, by directing funds towards productive businesses, contributes to the improvement of community well-being through enhanced Sharia financial inclusion.========================================================================================================ABSTRAK – Peran Fintech Lending dalam Memperluas Inklusi Keuangan Syariah dan Pembangunan Manusia di Indonesia. Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh fintech peer-to-peer (P2P lending) terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat di Indonesia dengan menganalisis perannya dalam mendorong inklusi keuangan syariah. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian ini menganalisis data sekunder dari 33 provinsi di Indonesia selama periode 2021-2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi data panel untuk menilai pengaruh jumlah akun peminjam fintech P2P lending dan Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) terhadap inklusi keuangan syariah. Selain itu, analisis korelasi Pearson digunakan untuk menguji hubungan antara inklusi keuangan syariah dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah akun peminjam dan PDRB berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap inklusi keuangan syariah. Lebih lanjut, penelitian ini menunjukkan korelasi positif antara inklusi keuangan syariah dan IPM. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa fintech P2P lending di Indonesia, dengan menyalurkan dana ke bisnis produktif, berkontribusi pada peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui peningkatan inklusi keuangan syariah.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of using the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model in teaching the Circulatory System material on the learning outcomes and creative thinking abilities of 11th-grade students at SMA Negeri 8 Banjarmasin. The objectives of the research include: (1) assessing the influence of implementing the PjBL model on students' learning outcomes, (2) evaluating the impact of applying the PjBL model on students' creative thinking abilities. The research employed a quasi-experimental method with a posttest nonequivalent control group design. Class XI 8 was selected as the experimental group implementing the PjBL model, while Class XI 10 served as the control group using the Direct Instruction model. Data were collected through test and non-test techniques, and data analysis utilized the Mann-Whitney nonparametric test and descriptive analysis. The findings of the study reveal that: (1) There is no significant influence of implementing the PjBL model on the Circulatory System material on the learning outcomes of 11th-grade students at SMA Negeri 8 Banjarmasin, with an Asymp.Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.335. (2) There is a significant impact of applying the PjBL model on the Circulatory System material on the creative thinking abilities of the students, with an Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000.

Abstract

The importance of reflective thinking skills in mathematics learning stems from in their demand for students to analyze, evaluate, and reconsider problem-solving strategies. The objectives of this study are: (1) to describe students' mathematical reflective thinking abilities based on discovery learning activities, and (2) to identify the factors that influence students' mathematical reflective thinking abilities. This study employed a mixed-method approach with an explanatory sequential design. Quantitative data were obtained through observations of the implementation of discovery learning, while qualitative data were gathered through tests and interviews with two students. The results show that students who effectively followed the stages of discovery learning tended to demonstrate a high level of mathematical reflective thinking. The research subjects were able to exhibit all three indicators of reflective thinking (reacting, comparing, and contemplating). Factors influencing students’ reflective thinking skills include cognitive aspects based on Bloom's taxonomy: knowledge (C1), comprehension (C2), application (C3), analysis (C4), and evaluation (C5).

Abstract

Village-level development disparities remain a persistent challenge in Indonesia's broader economic progress. This study aimed to map and analyze regional disparities in village development across 33 provinces in Indonesia from 2018 to 2022, using the Village Development Index (VDI) as a proxy. Employing descriptive statistical analysis and spatial mapping, the study examined the roles of two key factors: human capital, measured by the Human Development Index (HDI), and fiscal transfers, proxied by the Village Fund. The findings revealed that provinces in Java generally achieved higher VDI scores compared to those outside Java, with Bali as a notable exception. The disparities were influenced by the quality of human resources, accessibility to basic services, proximity to economic centers, and the effectiveness of Village Fund management. The study underscored the importance of strengthening human capital, improving governance in fund allocation, and addressing structural inequalities to promote more equitable and sustainable village development. These insights offer valuable implications for national policy and contribute to broader discussions on inclusive development strategies in emerging economies.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan kembali kue rasidah sebagai salah satu kuliner tradisional Melayu kepada generasi muda serta mendorong pemanfaatannya sebagai peluang usaha dalam ekonomi kreatif. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 28 Februari 2026 pukul 16.00 WIB di Dusun I Kenang Tani, Desa Kwala Pesilam. Permasalahan yang dihadapi masyarakat adalah masih rendahnya pemahaman dan pemanfaatan kuliner tradisional sebagai peluang usaha ekonomi kreatif, khususnya di kalangan generasi muda. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah sosialisasi dan edukasi mengenai sejarah, nilai budaya, serta potensi ekonomi dari kue rasidah. Kegiatan ini melibatkan masyarakat setempat dengan fokus pada generasi Z sebagai sasaran utama. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta memperoleh pengetahuan baru mengenai kuliner tradisional Melayu serta meningkatnya kesadaran akan pentingnya melestarikan warisan budaya lokal. Selain itu, peserta juga mulai memahami bahwa kuliner tradisional dapat dikembangkan menjadi peluang kewirausahaan di era Society 5.0. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat mendorong generasi muda untuk berperan aktif dalam pelestarian budaya sekaligus memanfaatkan potensi kuliner tradisional sebagai sumber ekonomi kreatif yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Kemajuan AI dalam pendidikan membawa perubahan dan tantangan, serta menuntut kemampuan berpikir kritis untuk menghindari kesalahan informasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan ChatGPT terhadap berpikir kritis dalam menyelesaikan masalah geometri analitik ruang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek terdiri dari 2 dari 24 mahasiswa yang dipilih untuk dideskripsikan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen masalah untuk mengeksplor berpikir kritis mahasiswa. Analisis data terdiri 4 tahap yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian, hingga penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ChatGPT dapat mendorong berpikir kritis mahasiswa dilihat dari peningkatan skor berpikir kritis sebanyak 12,63. Lebih lanjut, mahasiswa merasakan manfaat ChatGPT dalam membantu mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan masalah matematika serta membuat mereka untuk menggunakan pemikiran kritisnya. Penggunaan ChatGPT akan dimanfaatkan dengan baik oleh mahasiswa yang berpikir kritisnya tinggi. Namun sebaliknya akan menjadi kekhawatiran pada mahasiswa yang berpikir kritisnya rendah. Mahasiswa dengan kemampuan berpikir kritis tinggi akan memanfaatkan ChatGPT dengan baik, mengevaluasi jawaban yang salah dan menyempurnakan yang benar. Sebaliknya, mahasiswa dengan pemikiran kritis rendah cenderung meniru jawaban tanpa verifikasi.

Abstract

Mathematical creative thinking is an essential skill that needs to be developed in pre-service mathematics teachers. This skill is needed for them to be able to compose or propose problems that make students think creatively as well. The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of number sense and working memory on creative thinking of pre-service mathematics teachers when conducting problem posing activities. This research was a quantitative research through ex post facto approach. The subjects in the study were 121 Mathematics Education students at one of the Central Kalimantan Universities. This study used ordinal logistic regression data analysis techniques. The results of this study showed that the average number sense and working memory were 27.17 and 46.26 out of 100, respectively. Descriptively, the average number sense and working memory of students were very low which was far below the maximum range. Furthermore, there were 4 people in the very creative category, 10 people in the creative category, 62 people in the less creative category, and 45 people in the uncreative category. The majority of prospective teachers were in the less creative category, indicating their low creative thinking ability descriptively. Furthermore, number sense had a significant effect on the creative thinking of pre-service mathematics teachers in problem posing activities, while working memory did not show a significant effect.
