Abstract

The conventional marketing system for agricultural products has not been able to increase sales of products produced by farmer groups. This community service activity intervention aims to empower the Sejati Farmers Group through the socialization of branding management and digital marketing strategies for organic fertilizer products. This activity was carried out in July 2024 at the Sejati Farmers Group, Lendang Nangka Utara Village, Masbagik District, East Lombok Regency, with 18 participants. The service method used participatory and personal communication. This training resulted in a 25% increase in knowledge and a 15% increase in organic fertilizer sales in the three months after the training. In addition, this activity provides alternative solutions to environmental and social problems, as well as improving the welfare of the local community.

Abstract

Islamic finance is an important instrument in offering crucial support for the resilience of global economy after the failure of the capitalist economic system in 1998. The institutions showed good ability and sustainability during a period marked by negative trends in conventional banks. The halal industry, as an aspect with a major influence on the growth of Islamic finance, was considered inseparable from the role of digitalization. This was evidenced by the achievement of a world economic output of USD 193 billion through job creation to drive global growth. In addition, important instruments in digitalization with a major impact on the economy played a significant role in the growth of the sector. Therefore, this research aimed to determine the influence of the determining factors shaping the relationship between digital economy and Islamic finance. A quantitative approach was adopted through panel data regression analysis to examine digital instruments within 11 of the world's highest halal industrial countries. The results showed that valuable input for the government and financial institutions in developing strategies and policies for the growth of Islamic finance was provided through digital economy. In this context, appropriate policies were designed to facilitate innovation and growth by understanding the influence of the digital economy.

Abstract

Muara sungai merupakan daerah percampuran antara air sungai dengan air laut. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi, pola dan parameter pertumbuhan; laju eksploitasi dan status perikanan pada ikan ekonomis yang tertangkap dengan lampara dasar di Perairan Estuari Kahayan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan November 2022- Maret 2023. Penelitian menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi dengan pengambilan sampel sebanyak 6 kali/minggu selama satu bulan dari hasil tangkapan nelayan lampara dasar di Perairan Estuari Kahayan. Pengolahan data yang digunakan diantaranya identifikasi jenis, pola dan parameter pertumbuhan, faktor kondisi, laju eksploitasi dan status perikanan. Keragaman ikan terdapat 37 famili dengan 48 genus dan 57 spesies. Salah satu ikan ekonomis tinggi ialah Ikan Kurau Jenggot (Polynemus melanochir). Ikan memiliki pola allometrik positif (nilai b = 3.1319). Hasil estimasi parameter pertumbuhan ikan terdapat nilai L∞ = 31.98, K = 2.51 dan t0 = 0.060. Angka rata-rata faktor kondisi pada ikan sebesar 1.0083 menyatakan badan ikan pipih. Angka mortalitas keseluruhan (Z) = 14.17, mortalitas natural (M) = 3.20, mortalitas penangkapan (F) = 10.97, Laju eksploitasi (E) = 0.77 dan status perikanan menyatakan Over Fishing.

Abstract

Kemajuan AI dalam pendidikan membawa perubahan dan tantangan, serta menuntut kemampuan berpikir kritis untuk menghindari kesalahan informasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan ChatGPT terhadap berpikir kritis dalam menyelesaikan masalah geometri analitik ruang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek terdiri dari 2 dari 24 mahasiswa yang dipilih untuk dideskripsikan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen masalah untuk mengeksplor berpikir kritis mahasiswa. Analisis data terdiri 4 tahap yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian, hingga penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ChatGPT dapat mendorong berpikir kritis mahasiswa dilihat dari peningkatan skor berpikir kritis sebanyak 12,63. Lebih lanjut, mahasiswa merasakan manfaat ChatGPT dalam membantu mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan masalah matematika serta membuat mereka untuk menggunakan pemikiran kritisnya. Penggunaan ChatGPT akan dimanfaatkan dengan baik oleh mahasiswa yang berpikir kritisnya tinggi. Namun sebaliknya akan menjadi kekhawatiran pada mahasiswa yang berpikir kritisnya rendah. Mahasiswa dengan kemampuan berpikir kritis tinggi akan memanfaatkan ChatGPT dengan baik, mengevaluasi jawaban yang salah dan menyempurnakan yang benar. Sebaliknya, mahasiswa dengan pemikiran kritis rendah cenderung meniru jawaban tanpa verifikasi.

Abstract

The development of increasingly advanced technology, several new sports branches have emerged that utilize the latest model, namely electronic media which is often called E-Sport. Then there are many students of SMK Negeri 1 Pugaan who play online games. The purpose of this study was to determine how students' achievement interests are in E-Sport Mobile Legends Bang-Bang Division at SMK Negeri 1 Pugaan. Quantitative descriptive research using survey methods. The research variables are students' achievement interests using the population of SMK Negeri 1 Pugaan. A sample of 41 students using the proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Data collection using observation, documentation and questionnaires. With instruments in the form of questionnaires. Descriptive statistical data analysis percentage as a data analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that the interest in e-sport sports achievements at SMK Negeri 1 Pugaan, Tabalong Regency in internal factors (interest, needs, willingness, attention, activities, hobbies/recreation) affects the high interest of students by producing the largest value of 70.73% in the attention sub-indicator. Meanwhile, in external factors (environment/social, facilities) the results showed that 60.97% influenced the high interest of students in the facilities sub-indicator, in this case influencing the interest in e-sports achievements at Pugaan 1 State Vocational School, Tabalong Regency.

Abstract

The socialization of the introduction and use of the Canva application aims to improve the ability of elementary school teachers to create interesting and interactive learning media. Interesting learning media can increase student motivation and the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process. This community service activity was carried out at Elementary School 1 Pahandut Palangka Raya involving 25 teachers as participants. Through the workshop method, participants were given an understanding of Canva's features and how to use them to design learning media. This activity has several stages, including: Presentation: Introduction to the Canva application, available features, and its benefits in education, Demonstration: Showing the steps for using Canva to create learning media, Practice: Teachers are invited to create their own learning media with guidance from the facilitator, and Discussion: Question and answer session to explore the use of Canva. The results of the activity showed an increase in teacher skills in using the application, as well as high enthusiasm for applying technology in the teaching and learning process. It is hoped that with the implementation of this application, the learning process can be more interesting and effective, and increase student motivation in learning. This activity also opens up opportunities for follow-up in the form of further mentoring and training. Abstrak Sosialisasi Pengenalan dan Penggunaan Aplikasi Canva bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru sekolah dasar dalam menciptakan media pembelajaran yang menarik dan interaktif. Media pembelajaran yang menarik dapat meningkatkan motivasi siswa dan efektivitas proses belajar mengajar. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 Pahandut Palangka Raya dengan melibatkan 25 guru sebagai peserta. Melalui metode workshop, peserta diberikan pemahaman tentang fitur-fitur Canva dan cara memanfaatkannya untuk desain media pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini memiliki beberapa tahap antara lain: Presentasi: Pengenalan aplikasi Canva, fitur-fitur yang tersedia, dan manfaatnya dalam pendidikan, Demonstrasi: Menunjukkan langkah-langkah penggunaan Canva untuk membuat media pembelajaran, Praktik: Guru diajak untuk membuat media pembelajaran sendiri dengan bimbingan dari fasilitator, dan Diskusi: Sesi tanya jawab untuk mendalami penggunaan Canva. Hasil dari kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan guru dalam menggunakan aplikasi, serta antusiasme yang tinggi untuk menerapkan teknologi dalam proses belajar mengajar. Diharapkan, dengan penerapan aplikasi ini, proses pembelajaran dapat menjadi lebih menarik dan efektif, serta meningkatkan motivasi siswa dalam belajar. Kegiatan ini juga membuka peluang untuk tindak lanjut dalam bentuk pendampingan dan pelatihan lebih lanjut.

Abstract

The large amount of carbon emissions in Indonesia with a percentage reaching 4.1% of total global emissions has made Indonesia ranked 5th as a country that contributes the most CO2 emissions in the world during 1850-2021 and made the public encourage companies to disclose their carbon emissions. Disclosure of carbon emissions can then affect the company's image to investors which leads to its effect on the level of company value. Therefore, this study aims to examine the effect of disclosure of carbon emissions on the value of Islamic companies in Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative approach by processing secondary data which is panel data using panel data regression analysis and cluster analysis. The sample from the cross-section data includes 30 companies registered with ISSI and issues a company sustainability report, while the sample from the time series data is annual and takes the period 2016-2021. This study uses four control variables, namely earnings per share (EPS), leverage, firm size, and investment opportunity set (IOS). The test results show that partially the variable of disclosure of carbon emissions and simultaneously the variables of disclosure of carbon emissions, earnings per share (EPS), leverage, firm size, and investment opportunity set (IOS) have a significant effect on firm value. This research has implications for companies, governments, and investors related to the disclosure of carbon emissions.

Abstract

Tingginya pertumbuhan pengguna e-commerce di Indonesia dimanfaatkan oleh PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia dengan membuat sebuah e-commerce hasil kerjasama dengan eBay yang bernama BLANJA.COM. Perusahaan yang resmi diluncurkan pada tahun 2014 ini siap untuk memberikan kemudahan bagi masyarakat Indonesia dalam berbelanja digital serta membantu Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) di Indonesia untuk dapat memasarkan produk secara nasional. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengukur pengaruh reputasi dan kualitas situs web terhadap emosi konsumen, risiko yang dirasakan, dan niat beli pada e-commerce BLANJA.COM. Metode yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kausal yang menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 275 responden dengan teknik nonprobability sampling dalam menentukan sampel penelitian dengan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data dan kemudian diolah menggunakan LISREL 8.80. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa reputasi, desain situs web, keamanan/privasi, dan pemenuhan kebutuhan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap emosi konsumen. Reputasi, desain situs web, pelayanan pelanggan, pemenuhan kebutuhan, dan kemanan privasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap risiko yang dirasakan. Emosi konsumen dan risiko yang dirasakan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli pada e-commerce BLANJA.COM dengan emosi konsumen dan risiko yang dirasakan dapat menjelaskan 72% varian dari minat beli, sedangkan sisanya 28% dijelaskan faktor lain diluar penelitian.

Abstract

Economic growth can indicate the success of economic development in people's lives, so it is essential to study the relationship between economic growth and factors that affect economic growth. Regression analysis is one of the most widely used statistical data analysis methods to determine the relationship pattern between the independent and dependent variables. Three methods can be used to estimate the regression curve, one of which is nonparametric regression. Economic growth data is one form of longitudinal data, with observations of independent subjects, with each subject being observed repeatedly over different periods. Kernel nonparametric regression model applications can be used for longitudinal data. This research aims to estimate the curve and get the best regression model. In this research, the smoothing technique chosen to estimate the nonparametric regression model for longitudinal data is the kernel triangle estimator, which can be obtained by minimizing the square of error using Weighted Least Squares (WLS) and selecting the optimum bandwidth using the Generalized Cross Validation (GCV) method. This study uses the economic growth rate in West Nusa Tenggara as the dependent variable and the human development index, population density, general allocation funds, local revenue, and labor force participation as independent variables. The result showed that the model is less accurate because of the low value of the coefficient for determination and the high value of the mean absolute percentage error (MAPE). This can be caused by the selection of bandwidth intervals that are too small.
