Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) The partial influence of talent management and knowledge management on employee performance. (2) The simultaneous influence of talent management and knowledge management on employee performance. (3) The most dominant variable affecting employee performance at PT Bank BNI (Persero) Tbk. Main Branch Office in Makassar City. This study uses a quantitative method. The research sample consists of 30 respondents who are permanent employees of PT Bank BNI (Persero) Tbk. Main Branch Office in Makassar City. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis method with data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of this stud show that (1) The variables of talent management and knowledge management partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) The variables of talent management and knowledge management simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) The variable of Knowledge Management is the most dominant variable affecting Employee Performance at PT Bank BNI (Persero) Tbk. Main Branch Office in Makassar City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memanfaatkan Sistem Informasi pada Puskesmas Baruga yang meliputi Pendaftaran pasien disabilitas, rekam medis pasien disabiltas, pelayanan pasien disabilitas, antrian, dan pelaporan. Salah satu fenomena yang terkait dengan pelayanan pasien disabilitas adalah keterbatasan informasi yaitu pasien disabilitas mungkin menghadapi keterbatasan dalam memperoleh informasi Kesehatan dan memahami kondisi mereka karena keterbatasan fisik atau mental, oleh karena itu penting untuk menyediakan informasi Kesehatan dalam format yang mudah dipahami bagi mereka. Dengan adanya system informasi, kesehatan bagi pasien disabilitas dapat ditingkatkan, mempercepat respons dan pelayanan yang berkualitas, serta membantu memenuhi kebutuhan pasien secara lebih baik dan terintegrasi. Urgensi dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana mengembangkan suatu system informasi yang berguna untuk tenaga Kesehatan dan juga pasien disabilitas sehingga dapat menyelesaikan suatu permasalahan yang ada. Pelayanan Petugas dan dokter dapat melakukan proses pelayanan dimanapun jika terjadi masalah di puskesmas, dan data pasien disabilitas aman dari gangguan fisik karena sistem ini sudah terkoneksi dengan sistem informasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah electronical medical record, dimana metode ini digunakan untuk merekam, menyimpan, dan membagikan informasi medis secara elektronik.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a web-based Nobel Press Point of Sales (POS) system that is responsive and adaptive to user needs. The problem-solving approach in this study focuses on the development of a web-based Point of Sales (POS) system as a solution for the digitization of transactions at Nobel Press. The Agile method was chosen so that the development process can be carried out gradually and flexibly, adapting to the needs of dynamic users. The results of this study show that the application of Progressive Web Application (PWA) technology in the POS system for Nobel Press provides significant advantages, such as better accessibility and transaction efficiency, even in conditions without an internet connection and the development of a web-based Point of Sales (POS) system at Nobel Press has succeeded in creating an effective solution for digitizing book sales transactions. The test results showed that the system was able to perform key functions well, including stock management, sales transactions, and real-time reporting.

Abstract

Abstract Indonesia, with its rich culture and diverse traditions, has become the center of attention of the world. One of the unique and interesting cultural riches is the existence of the traditional Sandeq boat owned by the Mandar Tribe in West Sulawesi. The Sandeq boat is a cultural heritage that is the identity and pride of the Mandar people, but currently its existence is endangered due to the strong modernization current. The Mandar tribe, who inhabit the western coastal region of West Sulawesi, has a long history in the tradition of sailing and traditional boat making. This research uses a qualitative approach to deeply understand the phenomena related to the Sandeq Boat as a heritage of the Mandar Tribe. The Sandeq boat is not just a means of transportation, but also a symbol of the cultural identity of the Mandar Tribe which is rich in traditional values. However, the process of modernization and globalization has had a significant impact on the sustainability of this cultural heritage. The decline in the interest of the younger generation in learning the techniques of making and using the Sandeq Boat, as well as the emergence of modern transportation alternatives, are the main factors that threaten its preservation. Overall, to ensure the sustainability of the Sandeq Boat as a cultural heritage, closer collaboration is needed between the community, the government, and related institutions. Through this collective effort, it is hoped that the Sandeq Boat can continue to be alive and relevant, as well as become an integral part of the identity and pride of the Mandar Tribe in the midst of the ever-growing modernization current.Keywords: Sandeq boats, Heritage, Extinct, ModernizationAbstrak Indonesia, dengan kekayaan budaya dan tradisi yang begitu beragam, menjadi pusat perhatian dunia. Salah satu kekayaan budaya yang unik dan menarik adalah keberadaan perahu tradisional Sandeq yang dimiliki oleh Suku Mandar di Sulawesi Barat. Perahu Sandeq merupakan warisan budaya yang menjadi identitas dan kebanggaan masyarakat Mandar, namun saat ini keberadaannya terancam punah akibat arus modernisasi yang begitu kuat. Suku Mandar, yang mendiami wilayah pesisir barat Sulawesi Barat, memiliki sejarah panjang dalam tradisi pelayaran dan pembuatan perahu tradisional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk memahami secara mendalam fenomena yang berkaitan dengan Perahu Sandeq sebagai warisan Suku Mandar. Perahu Sandeq bukan hanya sekadar alat transportasi, melainkan juga simbol identitas budaya Suku Mandar yang kaya akan nilai-nilai tradisional. Namun, proses modernisasi dan globalisasi telah memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap keberlangsungan warisan budaya ini. Penurunan minat generasi muda dalam mempelajari teknik pembuatan dan penggunaan Perahu Sandeq, serta munculnya alternatif transportasi modern, menjadi faktor utama yang mengancam pelestariannya. Secara keseluruhan, untuk memastikan keberlanjutan Perahu Sandeq sebagai warisan budaya, dibutuhkan kolaborasi yang lebih erat antara masyarakat, pemerintah, dan lembaga terkait. Melalui upaya kolektif ini, diharapkan Perahu Sandeq dapat terus hidup dan relevan, serta menjadi bagian integral dari identitas dan kebanggaan Suku Mandar di tengah arus modernisasi yang terus berkembang.Kata Kunci: Perahu Sandeq, Warisan, Punah, Modernisasi

Abstract

This application aims to understand computer networks easily by using multimedia applications to unite motion, images, text, and sound with the result that visible more visually and more alive. With this method, it is hoped that students will quicly understand computer network science. The results of the research show that it has been designed and tested on students where this application has an evaluation within and listening to the material as guide, it is hoped that this application can make students easy to learn computer networks.

Abstract

MSMEs in Cenrana Village face significant challenges in the modern market due to low product quality standards, weak brand identity, and a lack of business legality. This community service program aims to strengthen local competitiveness through the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. The implementation stages involved identifying local assets, product innovation workshops, branding and digital marketing training, and assistance in obtaining Business Identification Numbers (NIB). The results demonstrated a significant increase in the managerial capacity and confidence of the entrepreneurs. Participants successfully optimized raw material selection and more efficient production techniques, created more attractive visual brand identities, and gained a better understanding of online marketing mechanisms. Furthermore, the program facilitated business legality through the issuance of NIBs, providing a foundation for capital access and market expansion. The integration of product innovation and legal compliance has proven effective in transforming rural MSMEs into more professional and competitive business entities.

Abstract

This community service program was carried out in Tekolabbua Village, Pangkep Regency, with the primary objective of exploring and mapping local potentials through digital entrepreneurship innovation and the development of a local potential information system. The program responds to the lack of structured documentation of local resources and limited digital competence among coastal communities. The approach includes participatory mapping, digital training, community organizing, and system development. The results show the creation of a digital-based local potential mapping platform, improved community understanding of local assets, and increased digital skills among participants. This model supports evidence-based planning and strengthens socio-economic resilience in coastal areas.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pelatihan, mendampingi guru tentang perkembangan Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam dunia pendidikan. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini, dapat meningkatkan softskill dalam proses belajar mengajar, mulai dari bagaimana guru membuat materi pembelajaran berbasis media, video pembelajaran yang menarik dengan menggunakan AI, sehingga para siswa mudah memahami apa yang disampaikan oleh gurunya dan mengintegrasikan AI dalam proses pembelajaran sehari-hari. Diharapkan setelah kegiatan ini akan membantu menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang lebih efektif, efisien, dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan siswa dan guru. Dengan pendekatan yang teliti dan bijaksana, mulai dari pemaparan teori dan praktek langsung, pengembangan Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam pendidikan dapat membawa manfaat positif dan berkelanjutan bagi semua pihak yang terlibat dalam proses pendidikan. Mitra pada kegiatan ini adalah guru SD Inpres Unggulan BTN Pemda Makassar sebanyak 18 orang. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah tingkat kepahaman peserta sebanyak 54%, kurang paham 29 %, dan tidak paham 17%. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah mitra dapat memanfaatkan AI dalam mendesain materi pembelajaran, mengelola dan mengevaluasi proses pembelajaran.Abstract: The purpose of this service activity is to provide training, accompany teachers about the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the world of education. With this activity, it can improve soft skills in the teaching and learning process, starting from how teachers create media-based learning materials, interesting learning videos using AI, so that students can easily understand what is conveyed by their teachers and integrate AI in the daily learning process. It is hoped that following these activities will help create a learning environment that is more effective, efficient, and responsive to the needs of students and teachers. With a rigorous and thoughtful approach, starting from the presentation of theory and direct practice, the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education can bring positive and sustainable benefits to all parties involved in the educational process. Partners in this activity are 18 teachers of SD Inpres Unggul BTN Pemda Makassar. The result of this service activity is that partners can utilize AI in designing learning materials, managing and evaluating the learning process.

Abstract

This activity is a striking phenomenon and requires serious attention from various parties. To overcome this problem, the results of the activities resulted in recommendations for more responsive policy reformulation, strengthening the capacity of human resources through training, and increasing synergy and partnerships between BUMDes, the government, and the private sector. Optimizing the utilization of local potential is also the key, where BUMDes can develop businesses based on natural resources and local wisdom. The implementation of this ideal concept is expected not only to increase the economic independence of villages, but also to reduce the development gap between the eastern and western regions of Indonesia. The methods used are training and counseling methods. The result of this service activity is to formulate and implement the ideal concept for the development of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) as an economic pillar at the village level. Through an in-depth analysis of existing policies and challenges, it was found that there was a gap between government policies and practices in the field, limited capital, and low managerial capacity of BUMDes managers.

Abstract

Transformasi administrasi digital menuntut mekanisme verifikasi dokumen yang cepat, akurat, dan dapat dipercaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem validasi surat tugas berbasis web yang memanfaatkan QR Code sesuai standar ISO/IEC 18004 yang dikombinasikan dengan mekanisme tanda tangan digital dan verifikasi pada sisi server. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah metode prototype iteratif yang meliputi tahap komunikasi kebutuhan, perencanaan cepat, perancangan cepat, konstruksi, serta penerapan dan umpan balik. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan framework Laravel dengan dukungan pustaka generator QR Code. Kode QR yang dihasilkan memuat URL verifikasi bertoken yang dilengkapi masa berlaku serta mekanisme pencatatan aktivitas melalui audit log. Kontribusi utama penelitian ini adalah pengembangan model autentikasi dokumen yang mengintegrasikan QR Code berstandar ISO/IEC 18004 dengan mekanisme tanda tangan digital berbasis token dan verifikasi server-side sehingga memungkinkan pengendalian status dokumen secara dinamis (valid, invalid, expired, atau revoked). Hasil pengujian blackbox terhadap 14 skenario menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan 100%, sementara pengujian keterbacaan menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan pemindaian ≥99% pada dokumen digital maupun cetak A4 dengan penerapan quiet zone minimal empat modul dan Error Correction Code level Q. Waktu verifikasi sejak proses pemindaian hingga penampilan status dokumen berada di bawah target operasional (<10 detik). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan dapat berkontribusi pada peningkatkan keamanan, akuntabilitas, dan kemudahan verifikasi dokumen administrasi secara praktis dan mudah direplikasi pada lingkungan kelembagaan.
