Abstract

This research aims to develop a web-based Nobel Press Point of Sales (POS) system that is responsive and adaptive to user needs. The problem-solving approach in this study focuses on the development of a web-based Point of Sales (POS) system as a solution for the digitization of transactions at Nobel Press. The Agile method was chosen so that the development process can be carried out gradually and flexibly, adapting to the needs of dynamic users. The results of this study show that the application of Progressive Web Application (PWA) technology in the POS system for Nobel Press provides significant advantages, such as better accessibility and transaction efficiency, even in conditions without an internet connection and the development of a web-based Point of Sales (POS) system at Nobel Press has succeeded in creating an effective solution for digitizing book sales transactions. The test results showed that the system was able to perform key functions well, including stock management, sales transactions, and real-time reporting.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: (1) The influence of the effectiveness and efficiency of Sevima Web and the Sevima Application on students' academic activities; (2) The simultaneous influence of the effectiveness and efficiency of Sevima Web and the Sevima Application on students' academic activities; (3) The most dominant variable between Sevima Web and the Sevima Application influencing students' academic activities. This research employs a quantitative method, with a sample of 87 respondents who are students of the Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Nobel Indonesia. Data was collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that: (1) The effectiveness and efficiency of the Sevima Application have a partial effect on students' academic activities, while the effectiveness and efficiency of Sevima Web do not have a partial effect; (2) The effectiveness and efficiency of Sevima Web and the Sevima Application have a positive simultaneous effect on students' academic activities; (3) The effectiveness and efficiency variable of the Sevima Application is the most dominant, having a positive and significant influence on students' academic activities.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pelatihan, mendampingi guru tentang perkembangan Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam dunia pendidikan. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini, dapat meningkatkan softskill dalam proses belajar mengajar, mulai dari bagaimana guru membuat materi pembelajaran berbasis media, video pembelajaran yang menarik dengan menggunakan AI, sehingga para siswa mudah memahami apa yang disampaikan oleh gurunya dan mengintegrasikan AI dalam proses pembelajaran sehari-hari. Diharapkan setelah kegiatan ini akan membantu menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang lebih efektif, efisien, dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan siswa dan guru. Dengan pendekatan yang teliti dan bijaksana, mulai dari pemaparan teori dan praktek langsung, pengembangan Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam pendidikan dapat membawa manfaat positif dan berkelanjutan bagi semua pihak yang terlibat dalam proses pendidikan. Mitra pada kegiatan ini adalah guru SD Inpres Unggulan BTN Pemda Makassar sebanyak 18 orang. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah tingkat kepahaman peserta sebanyak 54%, kurang paham 29 %, dan tidak paham 17%. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah mitra dapat memanfaatkan AI dalam mendesain materi pembelajaran, mengelola dan mengevaluasi proses pembelajaran.Abstract: The purpose of this service activity is to provide training, accompany teachers about the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the world of education. With this activity, it can improve soft skills in the teaching and learning process, starting from how teachers create media-based learning materials, interesting learning videos using AI, so that students can easily understand what is conveyed by their teachers and integrate AI in the daily learning process. It is hoped that following these activities will help create a learning environment that is more effective, efficient, and responsive to the needs of students and teachers. With a rigorous and thoughtful approach, starting from the presentation of theory and direct practice, the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education can bring positive and sustainable benefits to all parties involved in the educational process. Partners in this activity are 18 teachers of SD Inpres Unggul BTN Pemda Makassar. The result of this service activity is that partners can utilize AI in designing learning materials, managing and evaluating the learning process.

Abstract

Abstrak: Saat ini, akuntansi mengalami banyak perubahan yang signifikan sebagai dampak dari kemajuan teknologi. Berdasarkan pengamatan, banyak siswa SMA yang kurang tertarik dengan jurusan akuntansi. Hal ini disebabkan oleh pemahaman konvensional yang masih melekat dalam benak mereka tentang bidang ini Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini untuk memberikan solusi kepada siswa SMA melalui pendekatan edukatif dan interaktif. Tim dosen PKM ITB Nobel Indonesia berupaya membuka wawasan dan pemahaman siswa SMA mengenai akuntansi di era digital, serta meningkatkan minat dari siswa SMA terhadap jurusan akuntansi, sehingga mereka dapat lebih memahami relevansi dan peluang karir di bidang ini. Metode Pelaksanaan pengabdian yaitu Sosialisasi dengan menggunakan 3 tahapan yaitu, tahapan persiapan, tahapan pelaksanaan, tahapan evaluasi. Kegiatan ini dihadiri siswa sebanyak 25 orang. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah memperkaya pengetahuan sebanyak 88% dan keterampilan siswa sebanyak 82%, tetapi juga membangun jaringan yang bermanfaat antara lembaga pendidikan dan institusi, menjadikan akuntansi sebagai pilihan yang menarik bagi generasi muda.Abstract: Today, accounting is undergoing many significant changes as a result of technological advancements. Based on observations, many high school students are less interested in majoring in accounting. This is due to the conventional understanding that is still inherent in their minds about this field The purpose of this service activity is to provide solutions to high school students through educational and interactive approaches. The PKM ITB Nobel Indonesia lecturer team seeks to open up the insight and understanding of high school students about accounting in the digital era, as well as increase the interest of high school students in accounting majors, so that they can better understand the relevance and career opportunities in this field. The method of implementing service is socialization using 3 stages, namely, the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. This activity was attended by 25 students. The result of this activity is to enrich knowledge by 88% and students' skills by 82%, but also to build a useful network between educational institutions and institutions, making accounting an attractive option for the younger generation.
