Abstract: This study aims to determine the interest in learning Japanese languageamongcosplayers in Pekanbaru. The research is a type of descriptive qualitative reseach with theinstrument used was interviews with 4 informans. Abstract

Abstract: This research contains explanations and elaborations regarding the obstacles or challenges faced by Japanese language teachers or instructors, when using the revised 2013 curriculum during online learning when the co-19 pandemic occurred. This research was conducted with the aim of identifying what problems teachers face while implementing the revised 2013 curriculum in schools when teaching online using the 5M scientific approach in the learning process and describing how teachers solve problems that occur in implementing the revised 2013 curriculum at the implementation of Japanese language online learning at a senior high school level. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach method, conducted with full interviews with respondents to find out firsthand the complex problems experienced in social situations that occurred when respondents were carrying out the process of learning Japanese during a pandemic. From interviews obtained data that has been processed and analyzed, and some results can be drawn that the obstacles experienced by teachers include not being able to control students directly when observing scientific approaches, problems implementing strategies to encourage students to ask questions, obstacles when associating, obstacles guiding students to analyze the data and several other obstacles which will be explained in more detail in the results and discussion chapter. The obstacles experienced by teachers in implementing high school Japanese online learning in Kab. Kuantan Singingi is a new situation for teachers. Even so, the teacher still tries to address obstacles so that the learning process continues to run well.Key Words: Challenges, 2013 Curriculum, Japanese Language Online Learning

Abstract: This Idioms in Japanese are called kanyouku. Kanyouku can be divided based on their forming structure and meaning. This research contains about classificationnow based on the forming structure and meaning of limb idioms. The data collection method in this study used the literature review method and the note-taking method. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe the stages of development learning media in the form of interactive multimedia powerpoint based virtual classroom, describes the quality of learning media developed in the form interactive multimedia powerpoint and describe the validator and student responses on the use of learning media in the form of interactive multimedia powerpoint. This research is a development research (R&D) with ADDIE as the research method. Population This research is a Japanese language education student class of 2021, University of Riau. Determination sample using data analysis using a score of questionnaire sheet with a Likert scale that has been modified to 5 points. Based on this technique, obtained 37 students from batch 2021 as test subjects. Data collection technique using a questionnaire in the form of a questionnaire that must be filled in by the validator and students after presenting the material on the learning media. Before being tested, the media learning through the stages of media validation and material validation by media experts and material expert. Data analysis techniques using descriptive, namely by look for the percentage of answers on the questionnaire. The data obtained from the results Student response questionnaires are then calculated by adding up, averaging and looking for percentages to test the practicality of the product being used. developed.Keywords: Media, learning, powerpoint interactive, virtual classroom

Abstract

Abstract: This research contains trends or tendency in the implementation of research by students of the Japanese Language Study Program at the University of Riau, graduating in 2018-2022. The problems that will be discussed in this study, are the tendency of student thesis seen from the point of view of the chosen research methods and the length of time the thesis is being worked on. The purpose of this research is to describe the trend or any tendency of conducting educational research for students of the Japanese Language Education Study Program, University of Riau, that are graduating in 2018-2022. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The sample used in this research is the graduate student thesis in 2018-2022, totaling 47 theses. The data analysis technique is described using descriptive statistical analysis using relative frequency distribution tables (percentage distribution) and using the mean formula to find the average length of time students are writing their thesis.Key Words: The Tendency, Research Methods, The Length of Time the Thesis is Being Worked on

Abstract

Abstract: This study discusses the use of the Quizlet in learning Japanese vocabularyin grade 10th students of SMAN 9 Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to find out whetherthe Quizlet application is effective in mastering the vocabulary of grade 10th students of SMAN9 Pekanbaru and how effective the Quizlet is as a medium for learning Japanese vocabulary.The sample used in this study amounted to 34 people who were students of grade 10th Science3 SMAN 9 Pekanbaru. This research is a pre-experimental research with a research designusing one gorup pretest-posttest. Using pre-test and post-test data, the experimental classconducted a hypothesis test using a two-related sample test and the results were obtainedAsymp. Sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 > 0.05 so Hk is accepted and Ho is rejected. It can be concludedthat the Quizlet is considered effective in mastering Japanese vocabulary for grade 10thstudents of SMAN 9 Pekanbaru. To see how effective the Quizlet app is in mastering Japanesevocabulary, an N-Gain test was conducted. From the results of the N-Gain test, an N-Gainscore of 0.82 was obtained, which means that the effectiveness of the Quizlet app is consideredquite high in mastering Japanese vocabulary.Key words: Quizlet, Vocabulary, Japanese, SMAN 9 Pekanbaru

Abstract

Abstrak: This study discusses the influence of the mind mapping method in learning reading comprehension. In this study, the researchers conducted a study to find out whether there were significant differences in the reading comprehension ability of class 2020 students before and after using the mind mapping method. The type of research used was pre-experimental with the One Group Pretest-Posttest research design. The samples in this study were students of class 2020 of the Riau University Japanese Language Education Study Program with a total of 27 people. Then the material used for the pre-test and post-test was taken from the ふくむすめ童話集小学生童話 website (hukumusume douwa shuu shougakusei douwa), while for the treatment given the material was taken from the Evergreen Japanese Course website.Keywords: Mind Mapping, Dokkai, Eksperimen

Abstract

Abstrak: Difficulty learning the meaning of kanji is a difficulty for students in learning the meaning of kanji. This study aims to determine the factors of student difficulties in learning the meaning of kanji. This study uses quantitative descriptive methods. This study uses a questionnaire to collect data sources. The respondents in this study were 36 students from the class of 2022 Japanese Language Education FKIP Universias Riau. The results of this study found that there are three factors that have quite an influence on the difficulty of learning the meaning of kanji in students, namely learning strategy factors, curriculum factors and environmental factors.Keywords: Kanji, Meaning, Difficulty.

Abstract

Abstract: This study is a quantitative descriptive study which aims to determine the use of independent learning strategies by class of 2022 students when learning hiragana letters. The population and sample in this study are all students from the class of 2022, totaling 38 students. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire consisting of 26 statements. Based on the result of the questionnaire analysis, it is known that Barbara Bourke’s use of learning strategies includes 14 strategies, namely association strategies, story strategies, frequency strategies, experience strategies, visual strategies, self-monitoring strategies, compensation strategies, sequence strategies, physical/emotional response strategies, sound strategies, writing sequence strategies, learning planning strategies, learning evaluation strategies, and collaborating strategies with other people.Key Words: Learning Strategies, Hiragana, Japanese

Abstract

Good parenting will result in the formation of good morals, principles and behavior in children now and in the future. Parents are the main factor in creating children's morals, principles and behavior in living life. Parents provide parenting patterns to children in the form of physical or personal treatment, namely words, attitudes, behavior and actions carried out by parents. Children will adapt and become familiar with the surrounding environment and the interactions with fellow humans that children will have through the parenting style provided by their parents. The family teaches good education which plays an important role in the growth and development of the child's personality The attitude shown by parents can determine family relationships because once a relationship has been formed it tends to last. Parents must be able to understand their children well and recognize their children's attitudes and desires in developing and educating their children without forcing them to be someone else. Interactions carried out between parents and children should not use threatening and judgmental actions but should be diverted to words that tend to be advice or motivational so that children can achieve success in developing good character., authoritarian, indulgent and neglectful parenting.
