Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan status ekonomi orang tua dengan motivasi belajar anak SMA di RT 019, Kelurahan Kelapa Lima, Kecamatan Kelapa Lima, Kota Kupang. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan subjek penelitian siswa/wi SMA yang berada di RT 019, Kelurahan Kelapa Lima, Kecamatan Kelapa Lima, Kota Kupang dengan jumlah sebanyak. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan obsevasi, angket dan dokumentasi, menghitung koefisien korelasi Product Moment dengan rumus deviasi, mencari nilai koefisien determinasi antara variabel X dan variabel Y dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara status ekonomi keluarga dengan motivasi belajar anak SMA di RT 019, Kelurahan Kelapa Lima, Kecamatan Kelapa Lima, Kota Kupang. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan diperoleh rhitung= 0,729 sedangkan rtabel = 0,468 pada taraf signifikan 5% dan r indeks = 0,590 pada taraf signifikan1%, maka r hitung> r tabel sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak.Dari hasil penghitungan data pada penelitian ini maka faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat ekonomi orang tua terhadap motivasi belajar anak SMA di RT 019 Kelurahan Kelapa Lima Kota Kupang adalah sebesar 51,3%. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 48,7% merupakan faktor lain yang belum diteliti oleh penulis

Abstract

ABSTRACT The results of the analysis show that the implementation of village funds includes communication, resources, both natural and human resources, commitment and bureaucracy. The roles and responsibilities of the village government, village officials and the community in managing village funds are based on budgeted mechanisms and programs. The challenges and obstacles faced in managing village funds both externallyand internally. External challenges are in the form of regulatory changes that make it difficult to prepare documents. Internal challenges are more directed to the readiness of therequired documents to carry out the process of disbursing and realizing the budget. There are also obstacles faced, namely internally related to regulations or regulations that often become obstacles in the process of disbursing village funds. Externally, namely the difficulties encountered related to the process of disbursement or realization to the target recipients of the budget. In addition, there is also an evaluation process for managing village funds, which consists of an evaluation process, coordination and consultation mechanisms, roles in the village as community members, knowledge of village funds and village fund management.T he suggestions that can be given are the need to increase competence through internal socialization to each stakeholder who has an interest in managing village funds, the need to revise the mechanism and flow of village fund management at the village level so that budget realization reaps community satisfaction as a target and the need for transparency regarding the evaluation of the use of village funds. Abstract

Decision-making is an essential thing in determining the direction of a program. One form of decision-making is choosing college majors. Internal and external factors strongly influence this determination, but interest and motivation to learn in a student. Where this study aims to see the influence of interest and motivation to learn in making decisions to choose majors, this research is a quantitative type with an ex post facto model using primary data (the variables x1, x2, and x3 consist of 10, 13 and 15 statements). Determination of this research using the incidental method through the distribution of online questionnaires. The analysis used in this process is multiple regression with the help of the SPSS 23 application; where before the regression is carried out, the researcher must pay attention to the instrument test and classical assumptions. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between interest (variable x1 of 0.353) and motivation (variable of x1 of 0.282) on the decision to choose majors.

Abstract

Abstract Learning problems during the Covid-19 pandemic for various levels of education experienced many problems. This study wants to examine various learning problems in online PKBM and the use of certain applications to support the teaching and learning process in community education. The purpose of this study is to explain or analyze the use of certain applications that provide easy learning and teaching for tutors and students, during the Pandemic. The Se-Tara Daring application through the Learning Management System helps students access learning materials, carry out learning evaluations, and control learning so that the continuity of learning goes well. The results showed that learning activities using the Se-Tara Daring application, which was maximized with Whatsapp Group, Email Id, and mobile phone numbers could support the continuity of learning. The teaching and learning process runs continuously or smoothly and continuously using the Se-Tara Daring application so that it can run well. This research uses the descriptive qualitative research method because this research wants to define, explain and tell a phenomenon or event as it is. This method uses data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Analysis of the data used is data analysis of Miles and Huberman. The analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Kata Kunci application, Se-Tara Daring, community study and activity center, learning.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are 1) To find out how the participation of Karang Taruna Sehati Oebelo Youth in building the Youth Posyandu Program 2) To find out the supporting and inhibiting factors of Karang Taruna SehatiOebelo Youth participation in the Youth Posyandu Program. This research method uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. The location of the study was in Oebelo Village, Central Kupang District, Kupang Regency. The subjects in the study were the head of Karang Taruna SehatiOebelo, a member of Karang Taruna SehatiOebelo and the head of a youth posyandu. Data collection using observation techniques, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques in the form of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The participation of the implementation stage, the participation of the Karang Taruna Sehati Youth is still less active. Participation in the utilization stage, after the Youth Posyandu Program has been implemented, there are benefits for Karang Taruna Sehati and for adolescents as program targets. The inhibiting factor for the participation of Karang Taruna Sehati Youth in the Youth Posyandu Program is that in addition to time issues, Conclusion The form of participation of the Karang Taruna Sehati Youth from planning, implementation to utilization has not fully run well because involvement in the implementation is only involved by 2 people in carrying out all activities at the place of implementation of the Youth Posyandu.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of Soft Skills on Work Readiness in the Sewing Training Program at the UPTD Work Training Department of Manpower Cooperatives and Transmigration of NTT Province partially. The type of research used in this research is quantitative associative. The population in this study were sewing training participants by determining the sample using the Slovin formula. The research data used are primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to 44 research respondents using cluster sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis which is then processed, analyzed and discussed to answer the problems in this study. The results of the study using the t test or partial, soft skills have a significant effect on job readiness with a significant value of 0.5244 > 0.2973. The magnitude of the influence of soft skills on the work readiness of learning residents in the sewing training program is 68.731 which means that the percentage contribution of the soft skill variable to work readiness is 69%. Abstract

Budaya Patriarki adalah budaya yang mengacu pada kondisi sosial budaya yang memberikan pandangan bahwa posisi laki-laki lebih tinggi dari perempuan. Sehingga menjadi salah satu faktor penyumbang angka putus sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran perempuan dan budaya patriarki terhadap angka putus sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan observasi, dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari pengumpulan data,redukasi data, penyajian data dan verifikasih data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa faktor penyebab perempuan putus sekolah yaitu, faktor ekonomi (biaya anak sekolah), teman sebaya dan kehidupan budaya patriarki yang masih kentara serta laki-laki dan perempuan tidak memiliki kesederajatan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of lack of public understanding in the use and management of natural resources into products through innovation. So it is hoped that the role of Non Governmental Organizations will be to help the community in terms of innovation regarding the use and management of local natural resources. The aim of this research is to determine the role of non-governmental organizations in local natural resource innovation in society. This research uses qualitative methods with an exploratory study approach. This research is located at the Non Governmental Organization, Alfa Omega Foundation which is located on Jalan Timor Raya KM.13, Mata Air Village, Kupang Tengah District, Kupang Regency, East Nusa Tenggara. The subjects in this research were the Director of the Alfa Omega Foundation, Deputy Director of the Alfa Omega Foundation, Head of the General Division, and the target community for the activities. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation. The triangulation used to explain the validity of the data is source triangulation and technical triangulation. The research results show that there are 4 (four) indicators of strategy, impact, value and benefits. Through the strategy carried out by the institution, it can have a positive impact on society. However, for the two indicators, namely the value and benefit indicators, there are new findings which will later be used as evaluation by the institution and the community.

Abstract

The learning process has not been creative because of the low encouragement of learning citizens in participating in the learning process, because the children in LPKA are children who commit criminal acts so that they receive special guidance at LPKA and each child has a different character so that they have not been able to control themselves properly during the learning process such as making noise, like to be noticed, making it challenging for tutors to provide a positive and engaging learning environment in the classroom. The case study approach method is used in this research. The Special Child Development Institution (LPKA) Class 1 Kupang in Oesapa Barat Village, Kelapa Lima District, Kupang City, served as the study's location. Tutors, Learning Residents, and the Head of SPNF were the study's subjects. Interviews, observations, and documentation were used to collect data. Tutors have an important role in facilitating creative learning in the PAKET C program at the Special Child Development Institution (LPKA) Class 1 Kupang, according to the study results. The ability of tutors to facilitate creative learning is limited. The expense of producing different learning materials to enhance creative learning places restrictions on tutors. Students are less engaged in studying since the procedure is still tedious. Tutors employ conversation, face-to-face instruction, and observation to carry out the learning process. It might be inferred that since the teaching approach is still conventional, pupils are not as engaged in the current curriculum

Abstract

The problem in this study is what are the social values in the barter tradition in the Wulandoni market, Lembata district, with the aim of exploring more deeply the social values in the barter tradition in the Wulandoni market, Lembata district. Qualitative research methods with a phenomenological approach were conducted in Wulandoni Village, Wulandoni District, Lembata Regency. The subjects in the study were barter actors, community leaders and village heads. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques were data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The triangulation used was data source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results of the study showed that the barter tradition contains values adopted by coastal and inland communities. These values include the value of compassion where barter actors maintain the barter market because it has been more than 10, and the barter tradition has become a habit and can help people in meeting their living needs. In the barter tradition, there is also often a bargaining process until an agreement is reached between the two parties which is contained in the value of helping each other. The Wulandoni barter market is still maintained because it has become a legacy from our ancestors, this is contained in the value of a sense of belonging. The rules in the barter market are that before the whistle is blown, the barter process still uses money, but after the whistle is blown, transactions in the form of money are not used but barter transactions between goods and goods, this is contained in the value of discipline. In the Wulandoni barter market, where the coastal community sits on the east and the interior on the west, this is contained in the value of discipline. The value of harmony in life, it was found that in the Wulandoni barter market, barter actors who bring goods to be exchanged have an equivalent value. The barter system is considered to be very helpful for the community's economy.
