Abstract

Evaluasi performa pendidik adalah unsur krusial dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran. Namun, dalam penerapannya, proses penilaian kinerja guru masih banyak dilakukan secara manual dan subjektif. Penilai seringkali menghadapi kendala dalam mengolah berbagai indikator penilaian yang bersifat kualitatif maupun kuantitatif sehingga hasil akhir penilaian cenderung kurang konsisten dan tidak transparan. Kompleksitas data dan adanya unsur subjektivitas penilai dapat menimbulkan ketidakakuratan dalam pengambilan keputusan penilaian kinerja guru pada SD Negeri 105362 Lubuk Dendang. Guna menyelesaikan persoalan tersebut, dibutuhkan sebuah mekanisme penunjang keputusan yang dapat memfasilitasi proses penilaian performa pendidik secara lebih terstruktur dan tidak bias. Salah satu metode yang tepat untuk mengatasi keraguan serta sifat subjektif dalam proses evaluasi adalah melalui penerapan pendekatan logika fuzzy, khususnya metode Fuzzy Tahani. Metode ini mampu mengakomodasi data kualitatif dalam bentuk linguistik, seperti “baik”, “cukup”, atau “kurang”, dan mengubahnya menjadi nilai numerik yang dapat diproses secara logis. Dengan demikian, keluaran yang dihasilkan melalui sistem penunjang keputusan yang dirancang memakai metode FUZZY TAHANI berfungsi untuk membantu SD Negeri 105362 Lubuk Dendang dalam melakukan evaluasi performa tenaga pendidik honorer terbaik secara adil, efisien, serta akurat. Hasil akhirnya menunjukkan skor tertinggi bernilai 1 pada alternatif A6 atas nama Teti Elmi Emnur Lubis.

Abstract

The utilization of waste oil as an alternative fuel has considerable potential for small-scale heating and distillation systems; however, its combustion performance is strongly influenced by fuel flow regulation and burner configuration. Most previous studies have primarily investigated single-burner waste-oil systems, resulting in limited understanding of valve opening effects in multi-burner configurations commonly used in practical applications. This study experimentally evaluates the effect of valve opening angle on fuel delivery and combustion performance in a three-burner waste-oil stove using SAE 10W-40 waste oil. Valve openings of 30°, 35°, and 40° were tested, with all burners operating simultaneously under the same airflow conditions. Combustion performance was evaluated based on fuel consumption, combustion temperature, heat release, and thermal efficiency. Experiments were conducted under steady-state conditions with a fixed combustion duration; fuel consumption was measured volumetrically and flame temperature was recorded using K-type thermocouples, with each test repeated three times to improve data reliability. At a 40° valve opening, the fuel flow rate of 448–488 mL/min represents variations among individual burners operating concurrently, while the combustion temperature range of 633–679°C reflects the experimental spread measured across the three burners. The results show that increasing valve opening increases fuel flow and heat release; however, excessive valve opening leads to an imbalance between fuel supply and available air. At a 35° opening, the fuel flow rate is sufficiently high while still allowing adequate air entrainment, producing a more favorable air–fuel mixing condition compared to lower and higher openings. In contrast, the 40° opening causes over-fueling, resulting in unstable flames, soot formation, and incomplete combustion despite higher energy input. These conditions are directly associated with reduced operational safety due to flame instability and increased soot deposition.The main contribution of this study is providing experimental evidence on valve opening optimization in a multi-burner waste-oil combustion system, offering practical guidance for improving efficiency, combustion stability, and safe operation in waste-oil-based heating applications.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) mendorong transformasi pelayanan publik hingga tingkat pemerintahan desa. Namun, keterbatasan literasi digital aparatur dan masyarakat sering menghambat penerapan layanan yang efektif, transparan, dan akuntabel. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan meningkatkan literasi digital aparatur Desa Naga Timbul untuk mendukung efektivitas pelayanan publik desa. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan capacity building melalui (1) pelatihan literasi digital dasar dan lanjutan, (2) pendampingan penggunaan aplikasi administrasi dan sistem informasi desa, (3) edukasi keamanan serta etika digital, dan (4) evaluasi efektivitas layanan berbasis indikator kinerja. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test kompetensi, observasi proses layanan, serta pengukuran persepsi kepuasan aparatur dan masyarakat terhadap kualitas layanan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman aparatur dalam pemanfaatan aplikasi administrasi digital, perbaikan kemampuan pengelolaan data dan dokumentasi layanan, serta meningkatnya kesadaran keamanan dan etika digital. Implementasi praktik layanan berbasis digital juga mempercepat proses administrasi dan meningkatkan keterlacakan dokumen pelayanan. Dengan demikian, program ini berkontribusi dalam memperkuat kapasitas digital aparatur desa dan mendorong pelayanan publik yang lebih efektif dan responsif. Rekomendasi ke depan meliputi penguatan infrastruktur TIK, standardisasi prosedur layanan digital, serta pendampingan berkelanjutan untuk memastikan adopsi teknologi berjalan konsisten.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) berperan penting dalam perekonomian nasional melalui kontribusinya terhadap Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB), penyerapan tenaga kerja, serta pemerataan ekonomi. Meski demikian, banyak UMKM menghadapi tantangan strategis dalam menentukan lokasi usaha. Pemilihan lokasi yang tidak tepat dapat menurunkan aksesibilitas pelanggan, meningkatkan biaya operasional, mengurangi daya saing, dan pada akhirnya memicu kegagalan usaha. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini mengembangkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis metode Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) menggunakan Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS). Metode WASPAS dipilih karena menggabungkan keunggulan Weighted Sum Model (WSM) dan Weighted Product Model (WPM), sehingga mampu menghasilkan penilaian alternatif yang lebih stabil dan komprehensif. SPK yang dikembangkan dirancang untuk mengolah data kuantitatif maupun kualitatif dengan mempertimbangkan sejumlah kriteria utama, yaitu aksesibilitas, potensi pasar, biaya operasional, dan infrastruktur pendukung. Output sistem berupa peringkat dan rekomendasi lokasi terbaik berdasarkan nilai preferensi setiap alternatif. Hasil pengembangan ini diharapkan dapat membantu pelaku UMKM mengambil keputusan lokasi usaha secara lebih rasional, efisien, dan berbasis data, sekaligus meminimalkan risiko kerugian jangka panjang akibat kesalahan penentuan lokasi

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to develop and evaluate an Internet of Things (IoT)-based Smart Energy Management System (SEMS) to improve air-conditioning energy efficiency in mosque buildings. Design/methods/approach – The proposed system utilizes an infrared (IR) transmitter to replicate native air-conditioner remote signals, allowing implementation without modifying existing electrical installations. The system was implemented and tested at Taj-Al’ulum Mosque, Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis, under four operating modes: Default Manual, IoT Manual, Automatic, and Hybrid. Performance evaluation was conducted by comparing energy consumption across these modes and validating results through simulation and field testing. Findings – The results indicate that the Automatic mode achieved the highest energy savings, reducing energy consumption by 23.7% compared to the baseline, while also demonstrating the most stable operational performance. The Hybrid and IoT Manual modes also contributed to energy savings, although their effectiveness was influenced by user intervention and variations in mosque activities. Model validation showed strong agreement between simulation and real-world implementation, confirming system reliability. Research implications/limitations – This study is limited to a single case study location and focuses primarily on air-conditioning systems. Future research could expand to multiple buildings, integrate additional energy loads such as lighting and audio systems, and explore long-term performance under varying environmental and occupancy conditions. Originality/value – This study offers a practical, non-invasive, and replicable IoT-based energy management solution for mosque buildings, contributing to the development of smart energy management systems for smart mosques, particularly in environments with intermittent occupancy patterns.
