Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and employee loyalty on employee performance with incentives as a moderating variable. This study used a sample of 65 respondents, with a quantitative research method. The analytical method used is the multiple linear regression analysis model and Moderation Regression Analysis (MRA). by using the help of SPSS 25.00 for windows. With the results of the research, the first hypothesis is accepted, meaning that job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. The second hypothesis is accepted, meaning that employee loyalty has a significant effect on employee performance. The third hypothesis is accepted: job satisfaction and loyalty have a significant effect on performance. The fourth hypothesis is accepted, meaning that incentives moderate the relationship between job satisfaction and performance, or in other words, job satisfaction has an effect on employee performance and incentives also have a strong influence on performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and determine the effect of Product Quality and Product Innovation on Consumer Satisfaction of MS Glow products with Trust as an Intervening Variable. The effect we want to know is the direct or indirect effect. This type of research is explanatory research that describes the location of the variables studied and their effects from one variable to another. The population in this study is unknown in number. The sample taken was 96 respondents using the Cochran formula with proportionate stratified random sampling technique with the characteristics of STIE Bina Karya students in semester 2, 4, 6 & 8, aged at least 18 years and had used MS Glow products for at least 3 months. The data analysis method uses PLS-based SEM, analyzed by outer model, inner model and hypothesis testing using bootstrapping. The results of this study indicate that Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Trust. Product Innovation has a positive and significant effect on Trust. Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction. Product Innovation has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction. Trust has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction. Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction through Trust as an Intervening Variable. Product Innovation has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction through Trust as an Intervening Variable.

Abstract

Human resource management is the activity of planning, procuring, developing, maintaining and using human resources to achieve goals both individually and organizationally. The sample used in this research was 30 honorary employees who were in the District Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Service. Serdang Bedagai. as a research sample. The analytical techniques used in this research are Instrument Testing, Classical Assumption Testing, Hypothesis Testing and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of this research show that hypothesis (1) shows that tcount (2.300) > ttable (1.703), likewise with a significance value of 0.007 < 0.05, it can be concluded that the first hypothesis is accepted, meaning that Leadership Style (X1) influences performance (Y) . hypothesis (2) it is known that tcount (8.012) > ttable (1.703), and the significance value is 0.00 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that the second hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the Organizational Commitment variable (X2) has an effect on the performance variable (Y). Hypothesis (3) shows that tcount (0.244) < ttable (1.703), and the significance value is 0.009 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that the third hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the Organizational Culture variable (X3) influences the performance variable (Y). In hypothesis (4), it is known that Fcount (22.939) > Ftable (2.975), and the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that the fourth hypothesis is accepted, meaning Leadership Style (X1), Organizational Commitment (X2), Organizational Culture ( X3), have a joint (simultaneous) effect on the performance variable (Y).

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze and test the influence of training and work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in the production department of PT. Florindo Makmur. The population in this study were all employees of the production department of PT. Florindo Makmur, namely 35 people. Sampling was carried out using the Saturated Sample Technique. The data source in this research comes from primary data, namely from the results of questionnaires filled out directly by respondents. Hypothesis testing in this study used multiple linear regression analysis on the SPSS version 26.00 application. The analytical methods used are Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test, Linear Regression Test, Determination Coefficient, Hypothesis Test and Sobel Test. The results of this research are that Training influences Employee Performance, Work Environment influences Employee Performance, Training influences Job Satisfaction, Work Environment influences Job Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction is unable to mediate the influence of Training on Employee Performance, and Job Satisfaction is able to mediate the influence between work environment and employee performance.
