Abstract

This research aims to determine the water catchment areas in Batua Village, Manggala District, Makassar City and to formulate control over land conversion of water catchment areas in Batua Village, Manggala District, Makassar City. This research is used as consideration and reference material in quantitative analysis. The variables in this research include topography, population, land value, accessibility, facilities and infrastructure, and environmental carrying capacity. The analysis methods used in this research are Correlation Analysis and SWOT Analysis. In terms of the influence of population, land value, accessibility, on land conversion. The strategy used to formulate control over land conversion is utilizing policies to stabilize the growth of facilities and infrastructure in Batua Village, arranging facilities and infrastructure based on the 2015-2034 Makassar City RTRW and structuring residential areas based on the 2015-2034 Makassar City RTRW.

Abstract

Tourism in Burau District, East Luwu Regency has great potential for development. This is because most of the area is a coastal area and borders directly on Bone Bay. Two beaches in Burau District that are popular with tourists are Lemo Beach and Ujung Suso Beach. Ujung Suso Beach, which has a lot of potential to be managed, currently has not received special attention from the East Luwu Regency government. As a result of the government's lack of attention in the process of managing Ujung Suso Beach, it has a negative impact on its natural conditions, such as severe coastal erosion which causes the distance between the seashore and the road to become closer, and increasing piles of rubbish around the beach in the long term can damage the ecosystem on the beach. The Ujung Suso Beach tourist attraction requires supporting facilities. Therefore, currently a regional tourism management strategy is needed that can improve the quality of facilities and infrastructure, and the natural resources of Ujung Suso Beach. The data collected includes visitor data, tourism potential consisting of physical potential, social culture and previous management methods of Ujung Suso Beach. The results of the SWOT analysis show that the Ujung Suso Beach tourist attraction is at the coordinate point in quadrant II with the strategy used to prioritize, namely the WO strategy, where the strategy used to prioritize is taking advantage of opportunities to overcome weaknesses.

Abstract

Kaitannya dalam perancangan kota, diperlukan perencanaan pedestrian secara menyeluruh yang saling terkait dengan elemen-elemen perkotaan lainnya, sehingga tersedianya jalur pedestrian yang dapat memfasilitasi berbagai jenis kebutuhan bagi penggunanya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi eksisting jalur pedestrian, menghitung tingkat walkability index dan memberikan strategi peningkatan pada index walkability. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat kenyamanan jalur pedestrian Kota Makassar khususnya di Jalan Somba Opu dan Jalan Penghibur digunakan analisis index walkabiity sedangkan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi peningkatan pedestrian digunakan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa fasilitas jalur pejalan kaki relatif baik dan tersedia tetapi masih perlu dilakukan peningkatan dibeberapa variabel. In relation to urban design, comprehensive pedestrian planning is needed that is interrelated with other urban elements, so that pedestrian paths are available that can facilitate various types of needs for users. The aims of this research are to identify the existing condition of the pedestrian path, calculate the level of walkbility index and provide an improvement strategy on the walkbility index. This research uses a qualitative approach. To identify the level of comfort of the Makassar City pedestrian path, especially on Jalan Somba Opu and Jalan Penghibur, walkabiity index analysis was used, while to identify pedestrian improvement strategies SWOT analysis was used. The results of this study indicate that the pedestrian path facilities are relatively good and available but still need to be improved in several variables.

Abstract

Salah satu komoditi peternakan yang umum dipelihara yaitu ayam broiler, ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi masyarakat untuk membuat lokasi peternakan dan kesesuaian lokasi peternakan yang sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku sehingga membuat usaha peternakan berhasil dan mampu memenuhi kebutuhan pangan hewani. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi masyarakat dalam membuat lokasi peternakan ayam broiler di Kecamatan Sinjai Timur Kabupaten sinjai serta menganalisa kesesuaian lokasi peternakan dengan aturan atau standarisasi yang berlaku. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode sensus dan analisa data spasial, Teknik pengumpulan data digunakan adalah kuesioner dan Pengukuran dengan menggunakan skala Liekert. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data spasial dilakukan dengan survey lokasi dan pengambilan titik koordinat serta pengumpulan data spasial yang sudah ada. Hasil penelitian menunjukan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi masyarakat untuk membuat lokasi peternakan ayam broiler di Kecamatan Sinjai Timur Kabupaten Sinjai adalah modal (Sangat Setuju); jaminan pasar (Sangat Setuju); jaminan harga dan nilai ekonomis (Sangat Setuju). Faktor yang paling berpengaruh kepada masyarakat untuk membuat lokasi peternakan ayam broiler adalah jaminan harga dan diketahui kesesuaian lokasi peternakan ayam broiler bahwa dari 37 lokasi peternakan yang ada di Kecamatan Sinjai Timur terdapat 18 Lokasi dengan klasifikasi sangat Sesuai, 5 lokasi dengan klasifikasi Sesuai dan 14 lokasi dengan klasifikasi tidak sesuai. One of the livestock commodities that is commonly kept is broiler chickens. There are several factors that influence the community to determine the location of the farm and the suitability of the farm location in accordance with applicable regulations so as to make the livestock business successful and able to meet animal food needs. This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the community in establishing a broiler chicken farming location in East Sinjai District, Sinjai Regency and analyzing the suitability of the farming location with applicable regulations or standards. The research method used is the census method and spatial data analysis. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire and measurements using the Liekert scale. The spatial data collection technique is carried out by surveying locations and taking coordinate points as well as collecting existing spatial data. The research results show that the factors that influence the community to create a location for broiler chicken farming in East Sinjai District, Sinjai Regency are capital (Strongly Agree); market guarantee (Strongly Agree); guaranteed price and economic value (Strongly Agree). The factors that have the most influence on the community in establishing a broiler chicken farming location are price guarantees and it is known that the suitability of the broiler chicken farming location is that of the 37 farming locations in East Sinjai District, there are 18 locations with the classification Very Suitable, 5 locations with the Suitable classification and 14 locations with inappropriate classification.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menilai kesesuaian pembangunan infrastruktur dengan rencana pemanfaatan ruang di Kota Sofifi, Provinsi Maluku Utara, menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan regresi berganda dan analisis SWOT. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa faktor kesesuaian serta geografis dan demografis berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pembangunan infrastruktur. Selain faktor teknis, dinamika kebijakan dan proses pengambilan keputusan di tingkat pemangku kepentingan turut memengaruhi arah pembangunan di Sofifi. Strategi yang direkomendasikan meliputi optimalisasi lokasi strategis Sofifi, pemanfaatan kebijakan yang ada, pengembangan sektor pariwisata, dan pembangunan kawasan ekonomi terpadu. Temuan ini diharapkan menjadi acuan bagi pemerintah, masyarakat, dan sektor swasta dalam merancang kebijakan tata ruang dan pembangunan infrastruktur yang lebih terintegrasi dan berkelanjutan. This study assesses the suitability of infrastructure development with spatial utilization planning in Sofifi City, North Maluku Province, using a descriptive quantitative method with multiple regression and SWOT analysis. The results show that suitability factors, as well as geographical and demographic aspects, significantly influence infrastructure development. Besides technical factors, policy dynamics and decision-making processes at the stakeholder level also affect the direction of development in Sofifi. The recommended strategies include optimizing Sofifi's strategic location, utilizing existing policies, developing the tourism sector, and establishing an integrated economic zone. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for the government, society, and the private sector in designing more integrated and sustainable spatial planning and infrastructure development policies.

Abstract

Bencana banjir rob merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang sering terjadi di wilayah pesisir, termasuk di Kelurahan Cappa Galung, Kecamatan Bacukiki Barat, Kota Parepare. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat kerentanan bencana banjir rob serta merumuskan strategi mitigasi dan adaptasi yang efektif untuk mengurangi dampaknya. Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis kerentanan berbasis spasial dengan aplikasi ArcGIS dan pendekatan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk merumuskan arahan mitigasi dan adaptasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kerentanan wilayah dapat diklasifikasikan menjadi rendah, sedang, dan tinggi berdasarkan luasan dan karakteristik wilayah. Arahan mitigasi meliputi langkah struktural, seperti pembangunan tanggul, penyediaan tempat tambatan kapal bagi nelayan, penguatan dinding penahan air, dan pembangunan zona aman. Langkah non-struktural mencakup penyusunan kebijakan tata ruang berbasis risiko, edukasi masyarakat tentang pentingnya fungsi karang, serta pengembangan sistem peringatan dini. Di sisi adaptasi, strategi yang diusulkan melibatkan pembangunan rumah panggung, penanaman mangrove untuk perlindungan pesisir, dan diversifikasi ekonomi masyarakat melalui pengembangan ekowisata berbasis lingkungan. Kolaborasi antara pemerintah, masyarakat, dan akademisi menjadi elemen kunci dalam implementasi strategi ini. Sinergi ketiga pihak diharapkan dapat meningkatkan ketahanan masyarakat terhadap bencana banjir rob secara berkelanjutan serta memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap perencanaan dan pengelolaan kawasan pesisir di masa mendatang. Penelitian ini menjadi referensi bagi pengembangan strategi mitigasi dan adaptasi di wilayah pesisir lainnya yang menghadapi permasalahan serupa. Tidal flooding poses a significant challenge in coastal areas, including Cappa Galung Village, Bacukiki Barat District, Parepare City. This study aims to assess the vulnerability levels of tidal flooding and develop effective mitigation and adaptation strategies to minimize its impacts. A combination of spatial vulnerability analysis using ArcGIS and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) was employed to identify critical areas and formulate strategic recommendations. The results reveal that the vulnerability levels in the area can be categorized as low, moderate, and high based on geographic extent and regional characteristics. Mitigation strategies focus on structural measures, including seawall construction, the development of docking facilities for fishermen, reinforcement of retaining walls, and the establishment of safe zones. Non-structural approaches emphasize risk-based spatial planning policies, community education on coral reef conservation, and the implementation of early warning systems. Adaptation strategies include stilt house construction, mangrove restoration for coastal protection, and economic diversification through eco-tourism development. Collaboration among government agencies, local communities, and academic institutions is identified as a key factor in successfully implementing these strategies. This synergy is expected to enhance community resilience against tidal flooding sustainably while contributing to improved planning and management of coastal areas. The findings of this study provide a valuable reference for developing comprehensive mitigation and adaptation frameworks for other coastal regions facing similar challenges.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis potensi sektor unggul, pola rencana ruang, pola pengembangan jaringan jalan yang dapat mendukung perkembangan IKN secara teritegrasi. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif data sekunder, yaitu berupa data time series yang diambil dari tahun 2015-2019. lokasi penelitian dilakukan di jaringan jalan di Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara Provinsi Kalimantan Timur yang menghubungkan Kawasan Ibu Kota Negara. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa Berdasarkan hasil analisis, Ruas Jalan Samboja – Sepaku – Petung masih memiliki tingkat kerusakan di beberapa titik. Di samping itu, peran ruas jalan ini sangat krusial karena merupakan salah satu ruas utama penghubung Integrasi Antarmoda dan juga penghubung berbagai pusat kegiatan dengan kawasan di luar IKN. Oleh karena itu, pola pengembangan jaringan jalan ini sebagaimana telah digambarkan, dibutuhkan sebagai penunjang utama pembangunan IKN secara terintegrasi. Selain itu, ruas jalan ini perlu peningkatan menjadi jalan arteri primer dan melayani sebagai jalur logistik dan jalur penumpang antarmoda. Ditambah lagi, selain adanya peningkatan status dan kelas, ruas jalan ini juga memerlukan perbaikan agar tingkat pelayanan maksimal dan azas manfaat dapat terpenuhi. The purpose of this study is to analyze the potential of leading sectors, spatial planning patterns, road network development patterns that can support the development of IKN in an integrated manner. The type of research used is secondary qualitative data, which is in the form of time series data taken from 2015-2019. The research location was carried out in the road network in North Penajam Paser Regency, East Kalimantan Province which connects the National Capital Region. The research results show that based on the results of the analysis, the Samboja - Sepaku - Petung Road Section still has a level of damage at several points. In addition, the role of this road segment is very crucial because it is one of the main links for Intermodal Integration and also for connecting various activity centers with areas outside the IKN. Therefore, this pattern of road network development, as described above, is needed as the main support for the development of IKN in an integrated manner. In addition, this road section needs to be upgraded to become a primary arterial road and serve as a logistics route and intermodal passenger route. In addition, in addition to an increase in status and class, this road section also requires improvement so that the maximum level of service and the principle of benefits can be fulfilled.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kerawanan bencana tanah longsor di Objek Wisata Dante Pine dan Sekitanya Kecamatan Anggeraja Kabupaten Enrekang dan mengetahui arahan mitigasi bencana di Objek Wisata Dante Pine Kecamatan Anggeraja Kabupaten Enrekang. Variabel yang digunakan terdiri dari 5 (Lima) variabel diantaranya (1) Jenis Tanah, (2) Intensitas Curah Hujan, (3) Kondisi Geologi (4) Penggunaan Lahan, (5). Analisis yang digunakan pembobotan dan overlay peta kelas kerawanan longsor di Objek Wisata Dante Pine dan Sekitarnya Kecamatan Anggeraja Kabupaten Enrekang, menggunakan data hasil pembobotan lalu menggunakan teknik skoring. Hasil overlay peta menghasilkan peta kerawanan longsor secara relatif berdasarkan data bobot dengan tiga kelas kerawanan yaitu: rendah, sedang, dan tinggi. Arahan mitigasi berdasarkan tipologi kawasan dan tingkat kerawanan longsor di Objek Wisata Dante Pine dan Sekitarnya Kecamatan Anggeraja Kabupaten Enrekang dilakukan pengaturan penggunaan lahan, pemanfaatan daerah rawan longsor dapat dilakukan dengan cara vegetatif dengan menanam jenis tanaman berakar dalam, dapat menembus lapisan kedap air. This research aims to analyze the vulnerability of landslides at the Dante Pine Tourist Attraction and its Surroundings, Anggeraja District, Enrekang Regency and to find out directions for disaster mitigation at the Dante Pine Tourist Attraction, Anggeraja District, Enrekang Regency. The variables used consist of 5 (five) variables including (1) Soil Type, (2) Rainfall Intensity, (3) Geological Conditions (4) Land Use, (5). The analysis used weighting and overlaying maps of landslide susceptibility classes at the Dante Pine Tourist Attraction and Surroundings, Anggeraja District, Enrekang Regency, using weighted data and then using scoring techniques. The map overlay results produce a relative landslide susceptibility map based on weighted data with three vulnerability classes, namely: low, medium and high. Mitigation directions based on the typology of the area and the level of landslide susceptibility in the Dante Pine Tourist Attraction and its surroundings, Anggeraja District, Enrekang Regency, are to regulate land use. The use of landslide-prone areas can be done in a vegetative way by planting deep-rooted types of plants that can penetrate the waterproof layer.

Abstract

A well-thought-out, well-integrated operator of freight and passenger transportation with a wide clientele that can benefit both the service users and the overall framework of the transportation system. In this study, Makassar City's freight and passenger transportation services are modeled as urban transportation. In order to develop an integrated service model, this kind of research uses qualitative data that is then theoretically examined. According to the study's findings, using the Tallo River as a transportation route will improve the performance of goods and passenger transportation services while reducing road load. According to research, this model can affect how much traffic there is on the road, how quickly services are provided, how much it costs, and how each place the transportation system travels through develops.
