Abstract

The existence of religions now required to be actively involved in solving the problems facing by mankind. One of the problems faced is the interaction with the modern economy. One of the approaches that can be developed for discussion of Islamic studies is Sharia Economics perspective. This research aims to describe the implementation of Sharia Economics perspective in order to understand Islamic studies. Research methods in this research use literature research from both national and international journals and books related to the topic. Ideally, the Sharia Economics approach should be integrative and interdisciplinary. Integrative method seeks to combine the revelation and ra’y in economic studies to understand Islam from the economic aspect. While the method of interdisciplinary attempt to approach it with a wide range of disciplines such as economics, politics, law, history, so that produce a comprehensive study and relevant to the happening facts/phenomena.

Abstract

The concept of kafaah (equality) in Islamic marriage aims to avoid the negative impact of inequality between husband and wife in terms of physical appearance, heredity, wealth, and religion. Nonetheless, the aspect of equality in various respects may trigger a negative effect; it is caste as a closed social stratification system that contradicts Islamic teachings. This present study aims to explore the problematic factors that emerge from the application of the kafaah concept and tries to reconceptualize kafaah in realizing an Islamic marriage that does not characterize a caste system. A qualitative approach was designed in this library research. The findings expose that the criteria in the concept of kafaah, excluding religion, may lead to social stratification and even discrimination in society, specifically for marital life. Consequently, it is noteworthy to re-understand the concept of kafaah, which is emphasized more on religion rather than other criteria.

Abstract

This research is in the background of the minimal control of the progress of the development of the Tahfidz Shelter O hostel and the minimum appreciation of the benefits of the hostel or hostel. This study aims to find out the effectiveness of assessment of the tasmi’ bilghoib method control book to improve the quality of health care of Tahfidz centers in the dormitory of the hostel. The type of research used is R&D (Research and Develop) with a 4D development model, which includes definition, design, development, and dissemination. Based on the test results of this study, it showed that 95% of the question indicators were very much in agreement with the presence of the tasmi’ bilghoib method control book and 5% disagreed with the existence of the control book, because this control book could be said to be very effective if used in the O Hall to improve the quality of references.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas implementasi konsep TIGA-SA (Dipaksa, Terpaksa, Terbiasa) dalam meningkatkan hafalan al-Qur'an siswi di sekolah. Konsep TIGA-SA memanfaatkan tahapan perubahan perilaku yang diawali dengan unsur paksaan (dipaksa), diikuti dengan kebiasaan yang tumbuh dari keterpaksaan (terpaksa), hingga akhirnya membentuk kebiasaan positif (terbiasa) dalam menghafal al-Qur'an. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus yang melibatkan siswi dan guru sebagai subjek penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk menggambarkan proses implementasi dan hasil dari konsep TIGA-SA. TIGA-SA ini merupakan salah satu inovasi yang dimunculkan oleh para guru di MTs Al-Ishlahiyyah Wonorejo Pasuruan untuk memperbaiki dan meningkatkan    hafalan al-Qur’an siswi disekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep TIGA-SA secara signifikan membantu siswi dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas hafalan al-Qur'an. Melalui tahapan dipaksa dan terpaksa, siswi berhasil membangun disiplin, sementara pada tahap terbiasa, proses hafalan menjadi lebih mandiri dan efektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan konsep TIGA-SA benar-benar meningkatkan kualitas hafalan al-Qur'an siswi. Salah satu kontribusinya adalah meningkatnya keinginan dan minat siswi untuk mempe-lajari dan menghafal al-Qur'an. Hal ini terlihat dari peningkatan partisipasi mereka dalam kegiatan tahfidz harian, peningkatan jumlah setoran hafalan secara sukarela, dan peningkatan jumlah siswi yang memiliki kemampuan untuk menambah target hafalan di luar jadwal yang ditentukan. Selain itu, siswi lebih disiplin dalam hal hafalan dan akademik secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the state's recognition of Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) following the enactment of Law No. 18 of 2019 concerning Islamic Boarding Schools and examine its implications for equality in Islamic education in Indonesia. As the oldest and most distinctive (traditional) Islamic educational institutions, Islamic boarding schools have historically received less equal recognition than other formal educational pathways. The enactment of Law No. 18 of 2019 marks a significant milestone in this recognition effort. This study uses a qualitative approach with library research methods to analyze relevant legal documents, policies, and academic literature. The analysis focuses on key articles in the Pesantren Law that regulate institutional recognition, graduate equality, and funding affirmation. The results indicate that Law No. 18 of 2019 provides strong formal legal recognition to Islamic boarding schools, placing them on par with other national educational pathways. The main implication is the realization of equality in Islamic education through: (1) Recognition of Graduate Diplomas/Syahadah Certificates, which enable Islamic boarding school alumni to continue on to higher education and access employment opportunities equivalent to graduates of public schools; (2) Strengthening the governance and education system of Islamic boarding schools, including recognition of the unique Islamic boarding school curriculum (Tafaqquh fiddin); and (3) Provision of facilitation and affirmation from the state, such as budget support, which was previously a major obstacle. However, the implementation of this law also leaves challenges, particularly related to the harmonization of technical policies at the regional level and maintaining the independence and uniqueness of Islamic boarding schools from potential excessive government intervention. This study concludes that state recognition through the Islamic Boarding School Law is a progressive step towards full integration and equality for Islamic education in Indonesia.
