Abstract

The cost of tofu has continued to increase due to COVID-19, marked by a spike in soybean prices reaching IDR 13,500/kg. This can cause a decrease in the quality of the tofu produced. In addition, tofu waste is also a factor in environmental pollution. The purpose of this study is to provide a perspective on the application of Islamic business ethics in the tofu industry using a descriptive qualitative approach method based on primary and secondary data sources obtained from interviews, observations, documentation, and intuitive subjects. In this study, it was found that there are ways to apply Islamic business ethics both in production and waste processing as an alternative to reducing pollution in the surrounding environment. This contributes to driving the local economy in Batang Regency, especially in Siwatu Village.

Abstract

The rapid growth of BMT in Indonesia has not been matched by good marketing practices in the field. The main problems of BMT are weak funding and tight competition among BMTs. This study aims to describe an analysis of the concept, implementation, and strategy of sharia marketing in BTM Jawa Tengah. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach using a case study type of research. The object of this research is BTM Jawa Tengah. The primary data for this study is information from interviews, with employees at BTM Jawa Tengah, namely the chairman, marketing department, and cashier. The secondary data of this research are in the form of official documents, books, journals, research results, and other data that are closely related to the subject of this research. Data collection procedures carried out are by way of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis in this qualitative research uses descriptive analysis. The results of this study conclude that in general the concept of Sharia marketing in BTM Jawa Tengah is Sharia-driven or is driven by Sharia as a source of law that is oriented towards meeting the needs and desires of BTM Jawa Tengah consumers and creating value for them as long as it does not conflict with the Qur’an. and Hadith. The implementation of Sharia marketing at BTM Jawa Tengah uses the characteristics of Sharia marketing that uphold fairness, honesty, and transparency regarding margin setting and profit sharing and uses the nine ethical principles of Islamic marketing, which shows that the marketing strategy at BTM Jawa Tengah is appropriate and meets the sharia marketing perspective. The Sharia marketing strategy carried out by BTM Jawa Tengah is by determining product and service market segmentation. BTM Jawa Tengah carries out marketing activities according to the target market. This is done by looking at the needs of prospective customers. The final strategy is to apply to the position and apply traditional, conventional, and Sharia marketing in combination and simultaneously. The theoretical implications of this research can strengthen existing Sharia marketing theories. Practically, the findings of this study serve as a reference for BMT managers who wish to apply the Sharia marketing model.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Kepatuhan Fitur Shopee Paylater Terhadap Prinsip Ekonomi Syariah Studi Kasus Di Kabupaten Pekalongan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, pengambilan data dilakukan secara langsung di tempat penelitian, observasi ini dilakukan dengan mengamati praktik pengunaan pinjaman baik dari aplikasi Shopee maupun respon pengguna serta permasalahan yang ada. Hasil penelitian didapat bahwa penggunaan Shopee Paylater tidak seseuai dengan prinsip ekonomi syariah yang melarang riba dalam segala bentuk. Selain itu, mekanisme pembayaran Paylater tidak sesuai dengan akad qardh yang diperbolehkan dalam Islam. karena adanya kelebihan atau tambahan dari hutang yang harus dibayarkan. Serta adanya denda keterlambatan pada saat pembayaran telah melewati jatuh tempo. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan Paylater tidak dibenarkan dalam hukum Islam. Umat Islam dihimbau untuk menghindari penggunaan Paylater dan memilih metode pembayaran yang sesuai dengan syariat Islam.

Abstract

UMKM merupakan elemen yang memainkan peranan penting dalam pertumbuhan stabilitas ekonomi karena mampu memberikan kontribusi serta peran yang nyata terhadap sektor perekonomian suatu negara. Metode pemasaran digital mulai dimanfaatkan oleh para pelaku UMKM di era serba digital ini karena dianggap memberikan kemudahan kepada konsumen dalam mengetahui berbagai macam produk yang ditawarkan. Namun, beberapa pelaku UMKM ada yang masih bertahan melakukan pemasaran secara tradisional dengan fokus berjualan hanya di tempat. Hal ini lantaran kurangnya penguasaan teknologi para pelaku UMKM tersebut, sehingga menyebabkan mereka tidak mampu bersaing dengan pelaku UMKM lainnya. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan melalui pendampingan dengan memberikan pengetahuan dan pelatihan untuk mengembangkan kemampuan pelaku UMKM dalam memasarkan produknya dengan menggunakan metode pemasaran digital. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini yaitu meningkatkan pemahaman pelaku UMKM mie ayam 33 tentang pemasaran produk secara digital; dan membantu membimbing dalam proses pembuatan beberapa platform digital untuk kepentingan pemasaran produk. Berdasarkan dari kegiatan PKM yang telah dilakukan, dihasilkan pemahaman kurang lebih sebanyak 70% dari pelaku UMKM Mie Ayam 33 mengenai pemasaran produk secara digital dan pengelolaan terhadap platform digital yang telah tersedia.

Abstract

This research analyzes consumption studies from an Islamic economic perspective and a literature review perspective. The research method uses a qualitative type with a systematic literature review approach. The research results obtained from this literature review found that consumption is human nature to maintain life and is a very vital part of economic activity for human life. Islamic consumption theory limits consumption based on the concept of wealth and various types of consumption by Sharia principles for sustainability and the welfare of the ummah. Rapid economic growth and technological developments are causing changes in people’s consumption patterns. The main difference in consumption patterns in Islamic and conventional economics lies in the intention and approach to meeting life’s needs. Intentions and consumption methods to meet needs are critical in the Islamic economic system. Islamic economics does not place materialism as a guide to human life. Islam does not recognize the principle of materialism as conventional economics places consumption in the perspective of mere worldly satisfaction.

Abstract

This community service program aims to improve understanding of Muslim-friendly tourism village management in Indonesia through socialization and education. Muslim-friendly tourism villages have great potential in the halal tourism industry but still face challenges, such as limited understanding of halal standards, lack of supporting facilities, and lack of digital-based marketing strategies. To overcome these problems, this program adopts socialization, education, and mentoring methods involving local stakeholders. Socialization is conducted through interactive discussions and seminars, while education includes technical training for tourism actors related to halal service management and digital marketing. The program evaluation showed a significant increase in community understanding of halal tourism, readiness for Muslim-friendly accommodation, and the number of businesses applying for halal certification. The program contributes to strengthening the capacity of tourism village managers to provide Sharia-based services and increase attractiveness for Muslim tourists. Continuous assistance is needed to ensure the sustainability of the implementation of the halal tourism concept in various tourism villages in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to explore Generation-Z Muslims in Pekalongan's perception of QRIS as a digital payment method based on sharia principles and identify their interest & factors that influence their interest in using QRIS. A qualitative approach was used in this research through interviews, documentation, and observation of 30 interviewees. The results found that high interest in QRIS is driven by convenience, efficiency, security and reducing dependence on cash. Generation Z Muslims consider QRIS to be in accordance with sharia principles because it avoids elements of usury, gharar, and maisir, and is transparent in transactions. However, they also face challenges such as unstable internet access and the risk of digital fraud. To support the use of QRIS, the government is expected to improve network infrastructure and digital security education. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of digital Islamic financial services in Indonesia.

Abstract

Karang Taruna sebagai Organisasi sosial kemasyarakatan serta wadah dan sarana pengembangan setiap anggota masyarakat yang tumbuh dan berkembang atas dasar kesadaran dan tanggung jawab sosial dari, oleh dan untuk masyarakat terutama generasi muda di wilayah desa/kelurahan terutama bergerak di bidang usaha kesejahteraan sosial” Karang Taruna Proyonanggan Selatan masih di bawah naungan kelurahan sehingga mendapatkan dana setiap tahunnya. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang kompeten untuk menghasilkan sebuah laporan keuangan yang berkualitas. Namun pada nyatanya Laporan Keuangan yang dilakukan oleh bendahara karang taruna masih manual sehingga kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan guna membantu anggota karang taruna dalam menyusun Laporan Keuangan yang sesuai dengan standar akuntansi. Kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan kepada para anggota karang taruna Proyonanggan Selatan. Berdasarkan  dari kegiatan PKM yang telah dilakukan, dihasilkan terdapat peserta yang mampu memahami materi 80%  dan 4 peserta lainnya 70%. Selain itu Berdasarkan Praktik Pembuatan Laporan Keuangan yang dilakukan peserta anggota karang taruna yang hadir mampu memahami konsep Laporan Keuangan dan cara membuat Laporan Keuangan dan menghasilkan Sebanyak empat Laporan Keuangan berhasil tersusun dengan rapi sesuai dengan yang diinginkan serta mampu menyajikan Menggunakan Laptop tidak manual seperti sebelumnya.

Abstract

The lack of harmonization in halal tourism regulations in Indonesia, Pakistan, and Nigeria has led to differences in standards, weak legal certainty, and inconsistent services that hinder the development of halal destinations. This study aims to analyse and compare the regulatory frameworks of halal tourism in Indonesia, Pakistan, and Nigeria, highlighting the differences in legal systems, institutional capacity, and their implications for the consistency of services and the development of the halal tourism industry. This research employs a qualitative method with a literature study approach, examining laws, government policies, institutional documents, and academic literature related to halal regulations. Data were analysed using content analysis techniques and comparative analysis to identify patterns of similarities, differences, and regulatory effectiveness across the three countries. The results of the study indicate that Indonesia has a more standardised halal regulatory framework, established through formal institutions such as BPJPH and MUI. In contrast, Pakistan adopts a market-driven approach due to the absence of formal regulations governing the halal tourism sector. Nigeria has fragmented rules due to its federal structure and dual legal system, resulting in varying standards of halal service across regions. The findings of this literature show that the legal system and the governance capacity of each country greatly influence the effectiveness of regulations. This research provides an understanding of the relationship between legal configuration and the efficacy of halal governance, offering a basis for regulatory harmonisation that strengthens the competitiveness of halal destinations. This study makes a new contribution by presenting a comprehensive comparative legal analysis of halal tourism regulations in three countries with distinct legal system characteristics, which have not been extensively discussed in previous studies. [Ketidakharmonisan regulasi pariwisata halal di Indonesia, Pakistan, dan Nigeria menimbulkan perbedaan standar, lemahnya kepastian hukum, dan inkonsistensi layanan yang menghambat pengembangan destinasi halal. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan membandingkan kerangka regulasi pariwisata halal di Indonesia, Pakistan, dan Nigeria dengan menyoroti perbedaan sistem hukum, kapasitas kelembagaan, serta implikasinya terhadap konsistensi layanan dan pengembangan industri pariwisata halal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka yang menelaah undang-undang, kebijakan pemerintah, dokumen kelembagaan, dan literatur akademik terkait regulasi halal. Data dianalisis melalui teknik analisis isi dan analisis komparatif untuk mengidentifikasi pola persamaan, perbedaan, dan efektivitas regulasi di ketiga negara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Indonesia memiliki kerangka regulasi halal yang lebih terstandardisasi melalui lembaga formal seperti BPJPH dan MUI, sedangkan Pakistan mengadopsi pendekatan market-driven akibat ketiadaan regulasi formal yang mengatur sektor pariwisata halal. Nigeria menampilkan regulasi yang terfragmentasi karena struktur federal dan dual legal system, sehingga standar layanan halal berbeda antar wilayah. Temuan pustaka ini menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas regulasi sangat dipengaruhi sistem hukum dan kapasitas tata kelola masing-masing negara. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman mengenai hubungan antara konfigurasi hukum dan efektivitas tata kelola halal, serta menawarkan dasar bagi harmonisasi regulasi dalam memperkuat daya saing destinasi halal. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi baru dengan menyajikan analisis hukum perbandingan yang komprehensif mengenai regulasi pariwisata halal di tiga negara dengan karakter sistem hukum yang berbeda, yang belum banyak dibahas dalam kajian sebelumnya.]
