Abstract

The difference in mind styles is one of the challenges to improving students' mathematical creative thinking ability—learning activities with a project-based e-learning model as an alternative to solve problems. The research aims to describe mathematical creative thinking ability in Gregorc mind styles with a project-based e-learning model. Gregorc mind style consists of concrete sequential (CS), abstract sequential (AS), concrete random (CR), and abstract random (AR). The mixed research method begins with quantitative research and then continues qualitatively. This research was conducted on vector material for class X high school students. The sampling technique is a probabilistic stratified sampling type where samples are taken in each Gregorc mind style with proportions according to their presence in the population. Students with CS mind styles dominated the results of the study. At the same time, students with AS mind styles were not found. The ANOVA test showed a significance value of 0,952 > 0,05, so there was no difference in mathematical creative thinking abilities in Gregorc's mind styles. However, every student with different mind styles has different achievement aspects of mathematical creative thinking ability. Therefore, three subjects were taken using each Gregorc mind style in the qualitative research stage. Students with the CS mind style can achieve the elaboration aspect well, but the originality aspect cannot be completed well. On the other hand, the originality aspect can be achieved very well by students with an AR mind style.

Abstract

Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) play a strategic role in strengthening economic independence and optimizing local village potential. However, in various regions, including Cokro Village, Tulung District, Klaten Regency, several BUMDes have experienced institutional stagnation, resulting in the suboptimal functioning of their organizations. One such example is BUMDes Tirta Kencana, which had been inactive due to weak organizational structure and management. This community service activity aimed to reactivate the BUMDes through an institutional strengthening strategy based on reorganization and organizational structure arrangement. The implementation methods included problem identification, community socialization and forums, managerial training, reorganization deliberations, development of institutional documents, also mentoring and evaluation. The activity was carried out using a participatory-collaborative approach that actively involved the community in every stage. The results showed an increase in community awareness of the importance of village institutions, the formation of a new and more functional organizational structure, the preparation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and annual work plans, as well as an improvement in the managerial capacity of the administrators, as reflected in the increase in average understanding scores from 56.3 to 80.1 (an increase of 42%). These findings confirm that a participatory-collaborative approach is effective in reactivating inactive BUMDes while building community commitment to program sustainability.

Abstract

Numeracy literacy is an ability that junior high school students must have. The facts show that junior high school students' numeracy literacy is still low because learning activities are not supported by learning media that can optimize the performance of students with various learning styles. The research aims to analyze the numeracy literacy of each student's learning style through differentiation learning assisted by thinglink-based geometry in learning style (ORIENT) media. The research method is a combination of sequential explanatory which begins with quantitative data analysis followed by qualitative data. The population is class VIII students at State JHS 22 Semarang. Samples were taken using the cluster random sampling technique. The results of the mean difference test with the Wilcoxon test show a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 so there is an increase in students' numeracy literacy with ORIENT-assisted differentiation learning. The N-gain result of 0.4031 shows that there is an increase in numeracy literacy in the medium category. Students with an auditory learning style have difficulty analyzing information. Students with a visual learning style have difficulty using mathematical skills in making decisions. Students with a kinesthetic learning style have difficulty using numbers or mathematical symbols. Abstract

The Rajaban tradition is a tradition of religious rituals as an expression of gratitude and moments to commemorate historical events, one of which is the change in the direction of Qibla from Baitul Maqdis to the Kaaba in Mecca. Based on these problems, in this article, it is shown by using the study of Graph Theory, namely the eccentric digraph to determine the center of the earth's region. Data processing is done by making the Kaaba and the seven continents on the earth's surface as a point on graph G and the side connecting the points is the distance (in km) with physical boundaries between them being considered non-existent. The results of the discussion show that the Kaaba in Mecca is the center of the earth's area with ec(v1) = 12,039 = rad(G).
