Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the long-distance running development program of the Indonesian Athletics Association (PASI) in Pamekasan Regency using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, and interviews involving one coach and seven long-distance athletes as respondents. The results of the context evaluation show that while the program has a strong foundation in terms of athlete motivation and organizational legality, it lacks a structured Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) roadmap. The input evaluation reveals that although the main track facilities are adequate, there is a significant shortage of sport science-based equipment and limited opportunities for coach competency development. In the process aspect, training is conducted routinely six times a week; however, the application of training periodization, including intensity and recovery management, is not yet systematic, and there is a lack of competitive exposure through try-outs. Consequently, the product evaluation indicates that while there is improvement in physical and technical skills, achievements remain inconsistent and are primarily limited to the district level, with less impact at the provincial level. The study concludes that to achieve consistent national-level performance, PASI Pamekasan must prioritize long-term strategic planning, integrate sport science into training, and enhance the frequency of competitive opportunities for its athletes.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the forms of limited facilities and infrastructure and their impact on Physical Education, Sports and Health (PJOK) learning at MTS. Nurul Huda Talang Saronggi. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. Research subjects included the principal, vice principal for facilities and infrastructure, PJOK teacher, and 6 students. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman interactive model, while data validity was tested through source and method triangulation. The results showed: (1) five forms of limitations: quantity (21.25% adequacy rate), quality (40% damaged facilities), infrastructure (no standard fields), variety (only 4 out of 12 sports branches), and storage space (6 m² from standard 18 m²); (2) limitations impacted suboptimal learning processes (55-75% active student participation), decreased motivation, suboptimal competency achievement, and increased injury risk; (3) causal factors included budget limitations (5-7%), land (800 m²), lack of stakeholder attention, and different educational priorities; (4) implemented strategies included modification of equipment and games, resource optimization, external cooperation, traditional game-based learning, and master plan development. There is a very large gap (67-100%) between actual conditions and minimum standards of Permendiknas No. 24 of 2007.

Abstract

In the current era of digital transformation and global sustainability, 21st-century skills including technological literacy and environmental awareness are crucial competencies for students. Artificial intelligence (AI)-based teaching integrated with sustainability values ​​is seen as an effective, creative, and engaging pedagogical strategy to improve these skills in physical education. The background of this research is based on the limitations of previous studies, the majority of which only focused on basic manual techniques without considering the impact of infrastructure on the environment or the efficiency of data-based evaluation. This study aims to systematically analyze the literature on the role of AI in evaluating handball measurement test instruments and managing environmentally friendly infrastructure to support the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) targets. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with PRISMA design, including analysis of Scopus and ERIC databases using VOSviewer and Harzing's Publish or Perish software. The results show that AI integration has a significant positive impact on the objectivity of motor assessment and the efficiency of facility management, while scaffolding variables in teachers' digital literacy are key factors influencing the success of the implementation. The findings reveal that facilities not based on sustainability principles fail to provide long-term contributions to students' psychomotor development in a global context. In conclusion, this new paradigm demands a repositioning of the physical education curriculum that synergizes smart technology with green facility management to create an inclusive and sustainable future for sport. Abstract

Di era modern yang menuntut kemandirian aktivitas luar ruang, keterampilan teknis dalam instalasi hunian sementara dan manajemen sanitasi menjadi kompetensi krusial bagi praktisi olahraga rekreasi yang sering kali terabaikan oleh ketergantungan pada fasilitas instan. Masalah riil yang dihadapi mahasiswa PJKR sebagai mitra adalah rendahnya literasi topografi yang menyebabkan kesalahan fatal dalam pemilihan titik tenda dan pengabaian prosedur sanitasi, di mana 90% peserta sebelumnya hanya menganggap perkemahan sebagai rekreasi tanpa pemahaman risiko lingkungan. Pengabdian ini penting dilakukan untuk mentransformasi aspek kognitif dan motorik mitra melalui pendekatan saintifik yang lebih rigid dibanding pelatihan konvensional. Tujuan utama kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan akurasi instalasi tenda dome dan efektivitas manajemen sanitasi berbasis analisis variabel topografi kawasan. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi hilirisasi riset, pelatihan teknis plotting koordinat, serta pendampingan praktik lapangan yang melibatkan lebih dari 100 mahasiswa PJKR dengan instrumen evaluasi berupa Integrated Logbook. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kemampuan mahasiswa dalam mengoreksi deviasi lokasi tenda hingga toleransi ±3 meter dan kepatuhan total terhadap protokol sanitasi meskipun terdapat hambatan berupa kendala anggaran tak terduga dan area blank spot. Kesimpulan program ini menunjukkan keberlanjutan melalui standarisasi logbook sebagai SOP wajib dan pendaftaran HAKI untuk melindungi orisinalitas prosedur lapangan.

Abstract

Kurangnya keterampilan teknis dalam bernavigasi di alam terbuka seringkali menjadi hambatan bagi mahasiswa Pendidikan Jasmani Kesehatan dan Rekreasi (PJKR) dalam mengelola kegiatan luar kelas secara aman dan profesional. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas profesionalisme mahasiswa PJKR melalui penguasaan teknik navigasi darat dan orientasi medan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendampingan intensif yang meliputi pemberian materi teoretis (pemahaman peta topografi dan kompas), praktik lapangan (resection, intersection, dan ploting koordinat), serta simulasi orientasi medan di area terbuka. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada kemampuan kognitif dan psikomotorik peserta, di mana mahasiswa mampu menentukan posisi koordinat dengan akurat dan merancang jalur pergerakan yang efisien. Selain itu, tingkat kepercayaan diri mahasiswa dalam memimpin kelompok di alam terbuka meningkat drastis. Kesimpulannya, pendampingan navigasi darat ini efektif dalam membekali mahasiswa PJKR dengan kompetensi teknis yang krusial bagi karier mereka sebagai pendidik atau praktisi olahraga rekreasi, serta memastikan standar keselamatan yang lebih tinggi dalam aktivitas luar ruangan.
