Abstract

The Covid 19 pandemic has had a major impact on industries in Indonesia, especially the tourism sector. Due to large-scale social restrictions making community activities very limited, lodging in tourist areas is empty of visitors. The purpose of this Community Service activity is to provide education about augmented reality technology that can be adopted for marketing media on social media so that lodging entrepreneurs can provide new value for their consumers during this pandemic. The method used in this Community Service activity is the presentation of the augmented reality application for the interior of the inn, workshops on the use of the application, digital marketing techniques on social media that are directly practiced by the speakers and participants which are ended by discussion and question and answer. The results of this service activity are videos produced from augmented reality technology in accordance with the interior of each inn from the participants.

Abstract

Along with the rapid developments in the world of education, private tertiary institutions need to be able to adapt to rapid environmental changes, such as technology and increasingly fierce competition. Lecturer agility is key in ensuring private tertiary institutions can remain relevant and sustainable in dealing with these changes. This research aims to analyze the factors that hinder lecturer agility at private universities in Makassar City. Lecturer agility is the ability of individual lecturers to adapt to changes in the environment, so it is important to ensure the sustainability and success of private universities. From the extraction results in the form of a component matrix, the variable with the highest order is low level of appreciation (X13), then lack of professional development (X12), followed by lack of support from higher education leaders (X9), lack of innovation culture (X20), culture organization (X5), lack of knowledge about agility (X15), Slow organizational change (X8), Limited resources (X1), lack of access to resources (X16), Lack of support from colleagues (X14), Limited time (X18 ), lack of lecturer motivation (X10), lack of recognition of success (X17), lack of access to technology (X7), policies and regulations (X3), time constraints (X4), lack of support from family (X19), professional recognition variable, Rigid curriculum (X2), demands from students (X11) and lack of collaboration between disciplines (X6). So the opinion of PTS lecturers in the city of Makassar. regarding what factors can inhibit lecturer agility at private universities in Makassar City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya permintaan barang PT. Mitra Kabel Indonesia cabang Makassar dari daerah-daerah, dimulai dari Sulawesi, Nusa Tenggara, Bali hingga ke Papua. Banyaknya proses transaksi dari permintaan tersebut tidak lepas dari banyak kendala sehingga menyebabkan kerugian pada perusahaan karena harus mengeluarkan biaya yang seharusnya tidak perlu. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, dibutuhkan sistem perdangangan elektronik (E-Commerce) agar transaksi lebih efektif dan efisien. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitan kualitatif, dengan metode pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan riset kepustakaan. Pengembangan aplikasi ini menggunakan metode waterfall melalui tahapa-tahapan seperti analisa kebutuhan, desain sistem, penulisan kode program, pengujian program dan penerapan program. Adapun teknik metode pengujian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode pengujian Black Box. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tujuan penelitian sudah tercapai serta didukung dengan oleh hasil pengujian yang menyatakan bahwa output yang dihasilkan oleh sistem sudah sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Data juga telah tersimpan pada database dengan akurat sehingga sistem yang telah dibuat menjadi efektif.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of website usability and mobile optimization on customer satisfaction and sales conversion rates in e-commerce businesses in Indonesia. Utilizing a quantitative approach, data were collected from 170 respondents using a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 5. The analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The results indicate that all hypothesized relationships are positive and significant. Specifically, improvements in website usability and mobile optimization significantly enhance customer satisfaction, which in turn positively influences the sales conversion rate. The findings underscore the critical importance of optimizing website usability and mobile interfaces to boost customer satisfaction and drive higher sales conversions in the competitive e-commerce landscape of Indonesia.

Abstract

Institut Bisnis dan Keuangan Nitro telah melakukan berbagai upaya dalam menghasilkan lulusan yang berkualitas dan dapat bersaing dalam dunia kerja, termasuk melaksanakan tracer study untuk memetakan kebutuhan dunia kerja dengan kompetensi yang diajarkan. Namun dalam implementasinya, tracer study berjalan tidak efektif dan memiliki banyak kendala karena masih dilaksanakan secara manual dan sangat sederhana. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengoptimalkan dan mengatasi kendala tersebut adalah mengembangkan sistem berbasis website yang mampu menunjang proses penyebaran dan pengisian kuesioner, penyimpanan data, maupun kemudahan dalam pelaporan. Agile Deveplopment Methods dengan kerangka kerja Extreme Programming digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem tracer study pada Institut Bisnis dan Keuangan Nitro karena mempunyai sifat adaptif dan responsif terhadap perubahan, serta proses pengembangan hanya membutuhkan waktu relatif singkat tanpa mengurangi kualitas sistem. Berdasarkan tahapan pengembangan sistem menggunakan Agile Deveplopment Methods dengan kerangka kerja Extreme Programming telah terjadi tiga kali iterasi (perulangan) fase pengembanga. Iterasi pertama menghasilkan prototype awal sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna; iterasi kedua menghasilkan prototype lanjut dengan penambahan beberapa kebutuhan pengguna; dan iterasi ketiga menghasilkan sistem yang siap rilis dan telah memenuhi semua kebutuhan pengguna.Kata Kunci : Tracer Study, Agile Deveplopment Methods, Extreme Programming.

Abstract

The significance of the Human Resources (HR) function as a crucial production element is inextricably linked to economic endeavors, with HR providing numerous contributions both broadly and specifically within entrepreneurial contexts. This investigation seeks to evaluate the significance of HR as a pivotal component in bolstering the economy. This research adopts a qualitative methodology, employing a literature review approach that leverages prior data and studies as comparative and foundational material for formulating research findings in alignment with the research objectives. The data amassed originates from Indonesia's Central Statistical Agency (BPS) and encompasses databases of scholarly articles and research, including Google Scholar, Semantic Scholar, ScienceDirect, and JStor. The analytical technique employed for data interpretation is deductive reasoning, aimed at extracting data and information pertinent to the subject matter of this study. The findings of this research indicate that the caliber of proficient HR can enhance economic performance, facilitate sustainable development, and increase competitiveness. Various economic challenges that can be effectively addressed through the presence of skilled HR include unemployment, poverty, and inadequate welfare. The caliber of HR is contingent upon the availability of high-quality education and optimal health conditions.

Abstract

TK Asoka Makassar merupakan mitra sasaran dalam program kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat. Melalui wawancara dan diskusi dengan mitra, terungkap bahwa layanan informasi dan promosi yang diberikan oleh sekolah belum maksimal. Saat ini, komunikasi dan promosi yang dilakukan terbatas pada metode lisan, brosur, dan spanduk, yang dinilai kurang efektif dan memiliki keterbatasan dalam akses informasi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pendekatan yang lebih inovatif untuk meningkatkan komunikasi dan promosi, sehingga informasi dapat tersebar lebih luas dan menjangkau lebih banyak pihak. Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) menawarkan solusi dengan mengembangkan sistem informasi sekolah yang terintegrasi yang bertujuan untuk mempermudah akses informasi dan mendukung promosi sekolah secara digital melalui sebuah website. Website ini tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai media promosi, tetapi juga sebagai platform untuk meningkatkan layanan informasi yang lebih interaktif. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dalam beberapa tahap, yaitu sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah keberadaan website sekolah yang dapat diakses pada http://www.tkasokamakassar.sch.id yang terdiri dari beberapa menu yaitu menu tentang sekolah, program sekolah, fasilitas, prestasi sekolah, dan hubungi kami. Selain meningkatkan kualitas layanan informasi dan promosi, pelatihan penggunaan website juga dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra dalam pengelolaan konten, yang terbukti meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam mengelola website.

Abstract

The rapid evolution of digital technology has significantly transformed the banking industry, necessitating the development of human resources (HR) with advanced cognitive skills to enhance competence and adaptability. This study explores the role of cognitive learning in banking HR development, emphasizing strategies to improve employee skills in the digital era. Using a qualitative approach and a case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis from banking professionals and industry experts. The findings indicate that cognitive learning enhances employees' analytical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities, contributing to better adaptability in handling technological advancements and regulatory changes. However, challenges such as resistance to change, technological barriers, and time constraints hinder its full implementation. The study suggests that blended learning approaches, leadership support, and continuous evaluation can optimize cognitive learning strategies. The results emphasize that investing in HR development through cognitive learning is essential for maintaining workforce competitiveness and innovation in the banking sector. Future research should explore longitudinal studies to assess the long-term impact of cognitive learning on employee performance and organizational success.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh purchasing intension dan impulse buying terhadap perilaku belanja mahasiswa di kota Makassar. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari kuesioner dan wawancara langsung dengan sembilan puluh delapan responden mahasiswa aktif di kota Makassar. Selain itu, teknik penelitian yang relevan, seperti dokumentasi, kuesioner, dan akses ke internet. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SMART PLS. Data kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara variabel intensitas belanja, impulse buying, dan perilaku belanja mahasiswa. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa purchasing intention dan impulse buying berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku belanja mahasiswa di kota Makassar.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the role of food delivery applications in increasing the sales of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Tamalanrea District. The main focus of this study is to understand how digital food delivery services like GoFood and GrabFood can help MSME actors expand their market reach and encourage business growth amidst a shift in consumer behavior toward application-based services. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with a case study method, and the analysis is conducted inductively, by identifying general patterns from field data to obtain a more comprehensive and contextual understanding of the phenomenon being studied. The results show that food delivery applications have a significant impact on the growth of MSME sales. These applications are considered effective in supporting the digitalization of MSMEs, increasing competitiveness, and encouraging business adaptation toward a more professional and modern direction.
