Abstract

Many moderna vaccine recipients complain about the presence of AEFI (Adverse Events Following Immunization). Based on CDC data, the frequency of AEFI is higher in the 18-64 year age group. Some studies explain that minor AEFI reactions are managed with paracetamol and subside about 1-2 days after administration of the vaccine. This study aims to determine the relationship between age and administration of paracetamol with AEFI reactions after moderna vaccination at Puskesmas Mojosongo Boyolali. This study used an analytic observational survey research with a cross sectional research design which was carried out with quantitative methods. The data source used is primary data with a g-form questionnaire. This research was conducted at Puskesmas Mojosongo Boyolali, Central Java. The sampling technique in this study was non-random sampling with purposive sampling. The number of respondents is 72 people. The results of the logistic regression test of the relationship between age and AEFI reaction obtained the value of Exp(B) or OR=1.118 (p=0.883). Logistic regression test of the relationship between the administration of paracetamol with the AEFI reaction obtained the value of Exp (B) or OR = 1.949 (p = 0.452). The results of multivariate analysis showed that the variables of age and administration of paracetamol did not have a significant relationship with the reaction of AEFI after moderna vaccination.

Abstract

Background: Periodontal tissue, comprising gingiva, periodontal ligament, cementum, and alveolar bone, supports and surrounds teeth. Periodontitis, an inflammation affecting these tissues, manifests through gingival inflammation, pocket formation, and loss of attachment and bone.Purpose: This research aims to investigate whether ozonated olive oil influences neutrophil cell levels in the gingiva of male Wistar rats with periodontitis.Method: Employing a posttest-only control group design, this laboratory study included 24 male Wistar rats with concentrated periodontitis divided into six groups based on the day of observation. Histological analysis was conducted on days 1, 3, and 5, with three control groups and treatment groups.Result: The hypothesis test revealed a significant difference in neutrophil cell count between the ozonated olive oil treatment group and the control group (p < 0.05). The treatment group exhibited superior outcomes compared to control and other treatment groups, as confirmed by the LSD Post Hoc Test (p < 0.05).Conclusion: Administration of ozonated olive oil can influence neutrophil cell involvement in periodontitis healing among male Wistar rats, suggesting its potential therapeutic efficacy

Abstract

The use of electronic medical records (EMRs) in healthcare has transformed the way patient information is stored and shared among healthcare providers. Because of the importance of electronic medical records, several aspects are needed for the ERM to function well. The human organization and technology factors are some of the necessary elements for the successful implementation of electronic medical records. Human Organization Technology Fit Model is a framework that helps healthcare organizations assess how well their employees, processes, and technology systems work together to achieve their goals. Objective: The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between human organization and technology in the implementation of electronic medical records in hospitals. This research is a descriptive study using quantitative methods and research uses questionnaires. The research was conducted in several private hospitals, population consists of all EMRs users in outpatient care, which amounts to 132 staff members. This research used non-probability sampling technique. The data analysis will be conducted using Spearman tests with interval data scale, aided by the SPSS. There is a relationship between human and organization (p<0.001) with a strong relationship, as indicated by a r=0.686. There is relatioship between human and organization (p<0.001), It has a strong relationship, as indicated by a r=0.683. Between organization and technology have relationship (p< 0.001) with a very strong correlation r=0.809. The utilization of electronic medical records and human organization technology are related. ABSTRACT In today's era of digitalisation, leadership and the challenges of digitalisation are often issues in Indonesian hospitals. In relation to these issues, it is necessary to carry out community service activities with themes that address the leadership and digitalisation challenges faced by PKU Karanganyar Hospital. This community service programme aims to strengthen the managerial and leadership competencies of unit heads through the development of transformative leadership skills, effective communication, data-based decision making, and multidisciplinary synergy. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in participants' understanding and skills. One of the significant improvements was seen in the increase in post-test scores compared to pre-test scores. In addition, the improvement in the quality of discussions and the formulation of SOPs were the outputs that could be produced in this activity. The sustainability of the activity can be seen from the implementation and monitoring of the use of SOPs related to leadership and digitalisation in hospitals. This activity also resulted in a cross-unit collaboration forum that strengthened ongoing coordination. The final evaluation concluded that the programme successfully achieved its objectives of strengthening leadership and promoting a collaborative work culture.
