Abstract

The Military Academy is an educational institution located in the City of Magelang, Central Java. The facilities provided at educational institutions are very diverse, including the library building, the library has a reading room for cadets to carry out learning or parenting activities. In order to increase the comfort of library visitors there is a thermal comfort factor. The purpose of this research is to find out which indicators of thermal comfort in the reading room are optimal and how to optimize the maintenance and repair of public facilities in the library reading room. This research is a mixed method research. The data sources in this study were primary data obtained through in-depth interviews with library administrators and visitors, Kazi Akmil, documentation and observation of facilities in the library reading room and distributing questionnaires to respondents, namely Cadets TK III. While secondary data comes from literature and journals that support the completion of this Final Project, with reduction analysis and the Likert method in the discussion. The results of this study are that the maintenance and repair of the reading room facilities at the R.M Soedjono Djojohadikusumo Library are in good condition and ready to be used to carry out the learning process or care for the reading room

Abstract

The Military Academy is an educational institution located in the City of Magelang, Central Java. The facilities provided at educational institutions are very diverse, including class buildings, one of which is the Class C building, in the Class C building there are classrooms for cadets to carry out teaching and learning activities. In order to increase the comfort of Military Academy Cadets in carrying out teaching and learning activities. There are several indicators, namely temperature, lighting, and air circulation. Where the indicators above are found in the classroom facilities in Building C of the Military Academy. The purpose of this study was to analyze the condition of the C class building based on these indicators, as well as obtain solutions to increase the comfort of the class C building when it is used for teaching and learning activities. This research is a quantitative research. The source of data in this study is primary data obtained through data collection by distributing questionnaires to respondents, namely Cadets TK II and TK III. Meanwhile, secondary data comes from literature and journals that support the completion of this Final Project. The results of this study are that the condition of the Class C building is in good condition when used to carry out the teaching and learning process, but optimization is still needed so that it can increase the comfort of cadets in carrying out teaching and learning activities carried out in the classrooms of Building C.

Abstract

The Military Academy is an educational institution located in the City of Magelang, Central Java. The facilities provided at educational institutions are very diverse, including the Athletic Stadium where there is a jogging track. The existing jogging track has many benefits that can be utilized, including physical training and especially for cadets, parenting coaching. Therefore, a jogging track renovation was carried out which previously did not meet the standards of the IAAF (International Amateur Athletic Federation) until now it has met class 2 standards. The purpose of this study was to see the results of carrying out the renovation until it was completed and met the target whether it was in accordance with the IAAF itself or not This research is a qualitative research. The data sources in this study were primary data obtained through in-depth interviews with Zeni Akmil staff, Kazi AKMIL, documentation and observation of the facilities at the Sapta Marga Akmil stadium jogging track. While secondary data comes from literature and journals that support the completion of this Final Project, with SWOT analysis in the discussion. The results of this study are the current conditions of the Sapta Marga Akmil stadium jogging track against the standards set by the IAAF (International Amateur Athletic Federation).

Abstract

The military academy is an educational institution in the Indonesian Army that produces officers with the rank of second lieutenant with a dormitory education system. Residential facilities are needed for education at the Military Academy. Cadets Level IV/Sermatutar occupy the Pavilion in undergoing Education. Of course, good architecture is needed so that cadets can carry out education comfortably. There is a comfort factor which is the architectural benchmark for the Pavilion which has indicators namely circulation, noise, aroma, safety, and cleanliness. Things must be in good condition to support Taruna's comfort in resting. The purpose of this research is to find out the optimization of the new pavilion to support comfort in the activities of Cadets of the Military Academy. This study uses a qualitative method. Primary data sources used observations in the form of documentation at the research location, results of interviews with Kazi Akmil, Lt. Col. Czi Noor Arif Khusaini, Sergeant Ally and samples of pavilion occupants namely Sermatutar Satrio, Sermatutar Dicky, and Sermatutar Qadri. While secondary data comes from literature and journals that support the completion of this Final Project. The results of this study are that the Architectural conditions of the Pavilion are quite good and make the cadets living in the Pavilion comfortable in carrying out their education. This is supported by the intention of the Engineers to be involved in renovating the pavilion with an architectural design that can support the comfort of cadets in carrying out activities in the pavilion.

Abstract

The Military Academy is an educational institution for the Army to educate prospective Army officers. The places in the Military Academy are connected by existing roads. As a result of the large number of road uses for these vehicles, it causes frequent congestion on certain roads in the Military Academy. Crowded roads are not only caused by the large number of vehicle users, but can be caused by cadets who are moving places using these roads which are often disrupted due to the roads in the Military Academy not being standard. The purpose of this study is to determine the existing condition of the road at the Military Academy and to analyze the approach to find the ideal road and to analyze the efforts that can be made to overcome road problems at the Military Academy. This study uses qualitative research methods with a literacy approach and field observations. The source of data in this study is primary data obtained through direct observation and measurement on roads at the Military Academy. While secondary data comes from literature and journals that support the completion of this Final Project. The results of the research are that the condition of the roads in the Military Academy are still many that do not meet the standards for the needs of road users, so it is necessary to regulate road functions and repair roads to overcome road problems in the Military Academy.

Abstract

In infrastructure development today, the transport facilities is the main thing, especially land transport most in demand by the users of transport. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the quality of the pavement needs both in terms of strength, safety and comfort. This study is to analyze how the characteristics of asphalt mixtures with Marshall method. And the result showed that the most optimum usage levels of the mixture is bitumen content of 5.9% with the addition of a latex content of 5%. Optimum bitumen content to be used as an asphalt concrete by using AC 60/70 and aggregate Bantak is asphalt content of 6.5%. The test results on the Marshall characteristics Optimum Asphalt Content 6.5%. Density value of 2.33 g / cc. Value VMA (Void in Mineral Aggregate) amounted to 13.92%. c. Value VFB (Void Filled Bitumen) amounted to 60.10%. Value VIM (Void In Mix) by 5.2%. Marshall Stability value of 1156.44 kg. Value Flow (melting) of 3.07 mm. Marshall Quotient obtained was 377.28 kg / mm.

Abstract

Batu bata hitam adalah jenis batu bata yang dirancang dan diproduksi dengan menggunakan bahan-bahan daur ulang serta teknologi produksi yang ramah lingkungan dan dikenal dengan nama Reklea Brick. Penggunaan batu bata hitam mulai diminati karena ramah lingkungan dan bangunan yang dihasilkan lebih nyaman (adem) serta ramah lingkungan, sedangkan batu bata merah tradisional akan memberikan nuasa klasik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan efektivitas dan efisiensi penggunaan batu bata hitam ramah lingkungan dengan batu bata merah tradisional guna mengetahui tingkat efektivitas dan efisiensi antara penggunaan batu bata hitam dibandingkan dengan batu bata merah tradisional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur dan wawancara untuk menilai karakteristik fisik, daya tahan, biaya produksi. Data diperoleh dari berbagai sumber termasuk jurnal nasional, internasional, dan buku referensi terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan faktor efektivitas maka penggunaan reclea brick lebih menguntungkan karena lebih mudah dan cepat dalam pemasangan maupun pemleseran karena lebih presisi dan rapi serta tiap meter jumlahnya lebih sedikit, ditambah tidak perlu direndam atau dibasahi, bisa langsung dipasang. Dan perbandingan efisiensi atau secara ekonomi harga batu bata hitam (reclea brick) lebih murah dalam hitungan per 1 m², lebih murah dalam biaya pemasangan dan biaya pemelesteran serta lebih hemat dalam biaya pemeliharaan.

Abstract

Perubahan iklim dan pertumbuhan penduduk telah meningkatkan tekanan terhadap ketersediaan air bersih, termasuk di kawasan Perumahan Panca Arga I Akmil Magelang. Perumahan Panca Arga dilalui jaringan irigasi Progo Manggis, yang dikenal dengan nama Kali Baben, akan tetapi belum dimanfaatkan untuk mendukung kebutuhan air bersih bagi warga perumahan. Salah satu bentuk pemanfaatan Kali Baben sebagai solusi inovatif untuk meningkatkan ketahanan air adalah dengan pengembangan “bank air”, yaitu sistem pengelolaan air berbasis pemanfaatan air Kali Baben untuk disalurkan, difilterisasi/disaring dan diendapkan kemudian diinjeksikan dan disimpan ke dalam tanah secara alami sebagai cadangan air tanah pada akuifer. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan menguji sistem bank air berbasis Kali Baben dengan teknologi sederhana untuk meningkatkan ketersediaan air bersih bagi Perumahan Panca Arga dan memenuhi standar higiens Depkes RI. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode campuran diawali dengan mendesain Sistem Bank Air, mengimplementasikan dan menilai kualitas air yang dihasilkan, serta wawancara dengan penggagas bank air tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa desain skema bank air Kali Baben mampu secara efektif menyimpan air tanah tanpa mengurangi secara signifikan kuantitas aliran air Kali Baben. Skema bank air perumahan Panca Arga secara kualitas menghasilkan air yang memenuhi standar kualitas air bersih higiens Depkes RI

Abstract

Corruption in the procurement of goods and services is a serious problem that occurs not only in the civilian sector but also in the military environment. One concrete effort to suppress corrupt practices is to utilize a digital system in the procurement of goods and services through the e-Catalog. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the e-Catalog in supporting the zero corruption program at the Military Academy using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach, which emphasizes two main variables: perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. The study was conducted using a descriptive qualitative method through interviews and observations of personnel involved in the procurement process. The results show that the use of the e-Catalog can increase efficiency, transparency, and accountability, thereby supporting the strengthening of organizational integrity. However, successful implementation still faces challenges such as limited digital infrastructure and technological literacy among users. Overall, the e-Catalog is considered effective as a modern procurement tool that supports clean and accountable governance in the military environment.

Abstract

Visi Indonesia Emas 2045 menuntut pembangunan sumber daya manusia unggul, berintegritas, dan berdaya saing global. Akademi Militer (Akmil) sebagai lembaga pendidikan calon perwira TNI Angkatan Darat memiliki peran strategis dalam mencetak generasi militer yang tidak hanya tangguh secara fisik, tetapi juga berkarakter, profesional, dan adaptif terhadap dinamika global. Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis peran dosen Akmil sebagai katalisator pembentukan taruna yang berintegritas dan berdaya saing dalam mendukung visi tersebut. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur dari berbagai sumber buku, jurnal, dan dokumen kebijakan lima tahun terakhir. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa dosen berperan sebagai pendidik, pembimbing, peneliti, sekaligus teladan moral yang memperkuat nilai integritas, disiplin, nasionalisme, dan kepemimpinan taruna. Selain itu, dosen juga menjadi penggerak inovasi kurikulum, penggunaan teknologi pembelajaran, serta kolaborasi riset untuk meningkatkan daya saing taruna di kancah internasional. Artikel ini menekankan pentingnya kekuatan pedagogik, penelitian, dan integritas sebagai syarat mutlak agar Akmil mampu menghasilkan kekuatan tangguh dalam menyongsong Indonesia Emas.
