Abstract

Abstrak. Perkembangan emosi anak dipengaruhi oleh interaksi keluarga diberbagai tingkatan. Kenangan masa kanak-kanak dapat berkontribusi pada resiko depresi dan ketidakmampuan meregulasi emosi dikemudian hari, hal ini terakumulasi melalui berbagai pengalaman diawal kehidupan saat mereka berada ditahap perkembangan yang sensitif. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh pola komunikasi dan gaya kelekatan pasangan terhadap perkembangan emosi anak usia dini. Subjek yang terlibat pada penelitian ini berjumlah 83 dengan krtiteria dengan rentang usia 20-50 tahun dan memiliki anak usia dini 3-6 Tahun. Tekhnik sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pola komunikasi tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap perkembangan sosial emosi anak. Sedangkan attachment pasangan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perkembangan sosial emosi anak. Secara keseluruhan kedua variabel memberikan sumbangsih sebesar 14,1% terhadap perkembangan sosial emosi anak. Penelitian ini diharapkan berkontribusi terhadap pembentukan keluarga yang tangguh serta pembentukan karakteristik anak yang positif.   Keywords: Kelekatan Pasangan, Perkembangan Sosial Emosi Anak, Pola Komunikasi

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of visual psychoeducation themed “Know Your Emotions, Manage Your Heart!” in improving fourth-grade students' understanding of emotional regulation at SD X. This study used a quasi-experimental method with a one-group pre-test and post-test design. A total of 36 fourth-grade students participated in the program. The intervention was conducted through poster presentations and a simple question-and-answer session. Normality test results showed that the data were normally distributed, and paired sample t-test analysis revealed a significant difference between pre-test and post-tests cores with a significance value of p = 0.039 (p < 0.05). The mean post-test score was higher than the pre-test score, indicating an improvement in students' understanding of emotional regulation after participating in the psychoeducation. Thus, visual psychoeducation using posters is effective in increasing emotional awareness and supporting mental health education efforts in elementary schools.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa SD Pertiwi dalam berbicara di depan kelas melalui kegiatan storytelling. Permasalahan awal yang dihadapi adalah rendahnya rasa percaya diri siswa, seperti takut salah, gugup, malu, dan khawatir ditertawakan. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, dilakukan kegiatan storytelling yang dibagi menjadi tiga tahap: bercerita empat mata dengan fasilitator, bercerita di kelompok kecil, dan presentasi di depan kelas. Sebanyak 30 siswa mengikuti kegiatan ini. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test, kemudian dianalisis dengan uji paired samples t-test. Hasil menunjukkan nilai signifikansi < 0.001 (Sig. 2-tailed < 0.05), yang berarti terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara skor pre-test dan post-test. Ini membuktikan bahwa storytelling efektif dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa, serta dapat menjadi strategi praktis guru untuk menumbuhkan aspek afektif siswa, khususnya keberanian dan ekspresi diri.

Abstract

Cinderella complex merupakan sikap ketergantungan. atau keinginan mendalam untuk diperhatikan oleh orang lain. Salah satu faktor yang membentuk perilaku cinderella complex yaitu pola asuh. Orang tua memiliki peran dalam mendidik, melindungi, membimbing anak dalam proses mencapai kedewasaan. Terdapat tiga jenis pola asuh yakni: authoritarian, permissive, dan authoritative. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pola asuh terhadap kecenderungan cinderella complex pada mahasiswi rantau di kota Makassar. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah random sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 384 mahasiswi rantau di kota Makassar. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan skala likert yaitu skala pola asuh dan skala cinderella complex. Uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi nonlinier dengan bantuan SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pola asuh permissive dan pola asuh authoritative terhadap kecenderungan cinderella complex. Adapun implikasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu pentingnya menerapkan pola asuh positif dan demokratis untuk meningkatkan kemandirian, serta upaya orang tua mendorong anak untuk hidup mandiri dan memberikan kebebasan untuk mengambil keputusan sendiri.

Abstract

Final-year students will enter a new phase, that is looking for work, getting married, and building a household. This mak es the students experience emotional tension such as stress, fear, anxiety, feeling doubtful about their own abilities in facing the future related to career, finances, and interpersonal relationships. This is usually known as the quarter-life crisis phase. Feeling doubt about abilities is an indication of self-efficacy. Self-efficacy is an individual's assessment of one's ability to solve problems, deal with tasks, and achieve goals. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and quarter-life crisis in final-year students. This research uses quantitative methods. The number of respondents in this study was 307 final-year students from public and private universities. This research uses nonparametric statistical analysis to test Spearman’s rho. The results of the study show that there is a negative relationship between self-efficacy and quarter-life crisis in final-year students (r = -0.728 and p = 0.000). The higher the self-efficacy of final-year students, the lower quarter-life crisis experienced by final-year students, and vice versa. This research is expected to be a source of information for final year students in knowing the importance of increasing self-efficacy in dealing quarter life crisis phase.

Abstract

Early adulthood is a phase where individuals will experience various demands and challenges from the environment. An individual's inability to overcome demands and challenges gives rise to feelings of anxiety, confusion, anxiety and an emotional crisis or quarter life crisis. The onset of a quarter life crisis is influenced by the individual's level of psychological well-being. This research aims to determine the relationship between psychological well being and quarter life crisis. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling with the incidental sampling method. The sample in this study consisted of 450 people aged 20-29 years. Data collection was carried out using two research instruments, namely the psychological well being scale and the quarter life crisis scale. Hypothesis testing using product moment correlation analysis. The research results show that there is a significant negative relationship between psychological well being and quarter life crisis, r = -0.764 (p = 0.000). This means that the higher the psychological well-being, the lower the quarter life crisis, and vice versa. The research results also show that women have a higher quarter life crisis compared to men. Meanwhile, men's scores on psychological well-being are higher than women's. The conclusion is that early adult individuals can optimize their psychological conditions so they are able to face the quarter life crisis phase well.

Abstract

Middle adulthood will experience a phase when children have entered the adult age stage and leave home to get married, work, or continue their education. This phase makes parents, especially mothers, sad and feel lonely because they have not been able to accept the departure of their children, so they experience empty nest syndrome. This study aims to determine the description of adjustment in housewives who experience empty nest syndrome. The method in this research uses qualitative research methods with a case study approach. The subjects of this research were three middle adults who played the role of housewives with an age range of 50-58 years. Data collection was carried out through a process of interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research showed that the three subjects experienced the characteristics of empty nest syndrome and a picture of adjustment according to the conditions that affected each subject. The three subjects carried out household activities as usual and added new hobbies as a way to control themselves with the empty nest situation they faced. All three subjects had people closest to them who provided support so that they were able to adjust to the departure of their children from home. The conclusion from the research results is that there were 3 research subjects, namely Mrs. S, Mrs. R and Mrs. N who experienced the characteristics of empty nest syndrome and a description of their adjustment according to the conditions that affected each subject. The three subjects carried out household activities as usual and added new hobbies as a way to control themselves with the empty nest situation they faced. All three subjects had people closest to them who provided support so that they were able to adjust to the departure of their children from home.

Abstract

Abstrak – Mitra Program Kemitraan ini adalah SD Pertiwi Makassar. Sekolah SD Pertiwi Makassar memiliki keterbatasan dalam mendampingi siswa berkebutuhan khusus, mulai dari segi pengetahuan, tenaga pendamping khusus, fasilitas (sarana dan prasarana) pendukung bagi siswa berkebutuhan khusus. Pelatihan Deteksi Dini Siswa Berkebutuhan Khusus Bagi Orangtua dan Guru di SD Pertiwi Makassar. Program ini bertujuan agar guru mampu untuk mendeteksi tanda-tanda anak berkebutuhan khusus dan memahami cara pendampingan anak berkebutuhan khusus di rumah dan di sekolah, sehingga orangtua dan guru dapat mendampingi siswa berkebutuhan khusus dengan pendampingan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kondisi siswa secara konsisten di lingkungan rumah maupun di sekolah. Harapannya materi pelatihan yang diberikan akan memberikan manfaat bagi orangtua dan guru di SD Pertiwi Makassar untuk memahami kondisi siswa berkebutuhan khusus dan mampu mendampingi siswa berkebutuhan khusus dengan baik. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah dengan pemberian ceramah, role play deteksi dini menggunakan buku panduan deteksi dini anak berkebutuhan khusus, serta diskusi kasus antara orangtua dan guru. Berdasarkan hasil pretest dan posttest sebelum dan setelah pelatihan dilakukan, terdapat peningkatan skor yang signifikan (p=0.031<p=0.05) setelah pemberian pelatihan Pelatihan Deteksi Dini Siswa Berkebutuhan Khusus pada guru dan orangtua siswa di SD Pertiwi, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan yang dilakukan dapat memberikan dampak positif untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman orangtua dan guru mengenai deteksi dini anak berkebutuhan khusus dan strategi pendampingan siswa berkebutuhan khusus di rumah dan di sekolah.Kata kunci: Pelatihan, Deteksi Dini, ABK, Orangtua, Guru

Abstract

Abstract. Happiness is a positive emotional state that can be observed and felt, and it varies between individuals. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between pet attachment and happiness in early adulthood. The participants in this study consisted of 201 individuals aged 20 to 29 years who owned pets. This research uses a quantitative method and purposive sampling. The instruments used were the Oxford Happiness Questionnaire (23 items; α = 0.872) and the Lexington Attachment to Pets Scale (16 items; α = 0.818). Data were analyzed using Spearman’s rho as a non-parametric correlation test to assess the relationship between pet attachment and happiness. The results showed no significant relationship between pet attachment and happiness in early adulthood (p = 0.350). This finding indicates that attachment to pets does not correlate with happiness. Data were also analyzed using the Mann-Whitney and Kruskal-Wallis tests to assess the significance of pet attachment and happiness between gender and groups of different durations of pet keeping. Additionally, the study found differences in happiness and pet attachment based on gender and duration of pet(s) keeping. The study also found that the duration of ownership contributes to happiness. This study indicates that pet ownership does not necessarily contribute to owners’ happiness, suggesting the need to consider other factors.Keywords: Early adulthood, happiness, pet attachment
