Abstract

Introduction: The combination of effectiveness and technology positively impacts society in general due to the problems with Muamalat mobile banking, namely the TIN (Transaction Identification Number), during transactions, which provides sufficient benefits but still causes difficulties for customers. The main aim of this research is to analyze the role of financial technology in Muamalat DIN mobile banking. This research uses field research by looking for data sources directly from Bank Muamalat Ponorogo customers. By using a qualitative research approach. Research Methods: The data collection method used was interviews, with data validity and credibility techniques using triangulation techniques. Results: the results of this research are 1) fintech can provide its role to customers, 2) Factors that Influence Customer Perceptions in Transactions Using Financial Technology (fintech) at Muamalat DIN through 3 aspects, 3) obstacles that customers often face are errors and signals. Conclusion: the role of financial technology (fintech) in Muamalat DIN Ponorogo's mobile banking is sufficient to provide its role to its customers, and there is compatibility through practice in the field with several indicators of financial technology, namely knowledge about financial technology and effectiveness. In providing its role, of course, some factors influence customers' perceptions of making transactions using fintech at Muamalat DIN. Access to use provides convenience. However, there are obstacles for customers, such as application interference, signals that are difficult to reach, etc. Therefore, this is a significant technological obstacle regarding obstacles that customers, such as signal interference, often face.

Abstract

<p style="text-align: justify;"><em>As the smallest unit of government in promoting local economic growth, the village plays a crucial role; therefore, the government encourages sustainable village development based on local advantages, community participation, and economic empowerment&mdash;one of which is the Desa Berdaya Program implemented in Mojokerto Regency. The Desa Berdaya Program promotes village self-reliance by developing human potential and strengthening the local economy. The program&rsquo;s success depends on the synergy between government policies, individual/team performance, and active community involvement to achieve the goal of independent and sustainable village development. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Desa Berdaya Program in Mojokerto Regency by examining the alignment between the planned initiatives and actual conditions in the field, as well as identifying the challenges that influence the program&rsquo;s effectiveness. This study utilizes a qualitative descriptive approach, gathering data through observations, interviews, and document analysis. The data were processed through stages of collection, reduction, organization, and interpretation to draw conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the performance of the Desa Berdaya Program in Mojokerto Regency can be considered successful, yet improvements are needed for 2025&ndash;2026. The program&rsquo;s success is influenced by performance management factors (Armstrong), including individual, leadership, team, system, and situational/contextual elements. The inhibiting factor lies in the limited capacity and understanding of individuals regarding the Desa Berdaya Program. Meanwhile, the supporting factors include bureaucratic leadership and effective team performance, attributed to good communication among members.</em></p>

Abstract

Generasi Alpha, yang lahir sejak tahun 2010 ke atas, tumbuh dalam era digital dengan kemampuan teknologi yang tinggi dan gaya belajar visual-interaktif. Mereka memiliki kecepatan dalam mengakses informasi, namun juga menghadapi tantangan seperti rentang perhatian yang pendek dan risiko paparan konten digital tanpa bimbingan moral. Literasi Islam pada generasi ini menjadi perhatian utama karena mudah terpapar konten yang tidak sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam, sementara media pembelajaran Islam berbasis teknologi masih sangat terbatas. Kurangnya pendampingan dari orang tua dan keterbatasan kompetensi guru dalam penggunaan teknologi semakin memperburuk kondisi ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami fenomena rendahnya literasi Islam di kalangan Generasi Alpha serta merancang model pendidikan Islam berbasis teknologi yang efektif dan relevan dengan karakteristik mereka. Metode kualitatif deskriptif digunakan dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi pada guru Pendidikan Agama Islam, orang tua, dan siswa di tingkat Sekolah Dasar dan Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perlunya pengembangan media pembelajaran digital interaktif, peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam teknologi, serta sinergi antara sekolah, orang tua, dan lingkungan sosial digital untuk meningkatkan literasi Islam secara efektif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Usia prasekolah ialah usia keemasan untuk anak, dimana usia seluruh aspek pertumbuhan dan perkembangan sangat pesat. Para ahli berpendapat bahwa perkembangan kecerdasan meningkat cepat pada tahun awal kehidupan anak. Kecerdasan emosional merupakan bagian terpenting dalam mempersiapkan anak menyongsong masa depan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analtik korelasional dengan cross sectional. Populasi sebanyak 51 responden dengan menggunakan tehnik sampel purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Pengumpulan data meliputi editing, coding, scoring, tabulating, kemudian data analisis menggunakan SPSS Statictic 20 dengan analisis reglensi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian di dapatkan mayoritas orang tua (ibu) yang menggunakan pola asuh demokratis 63,15%, pola asuh permisif 17,56% dan pola asuh otoriter 19,29%. Hasil presentasi tersebut menunjukkan pola asuh yang baik yaitu pola asuh demokratis. Pola asuh demokratis digunakan anak mampu membina hubungan, mempunyai kepercayaan diri, kemampuan mengontrol diri, kemampuan motivasi, bersedia berkerja sama, dan berorientasi terhadap prestasi. Di harapkan RA. Miftahul khair dan orang tua dapat menambah pengetahuan dan meningkatkan perkembangan anak dengan cara memberikan pendidikan yang sesuai dengan krakteristik anak, meningkatkan pengasuhan dengan cara memberikan anak kesempatan untuk memilih tindakan yang di sukai anak dengan arahan yang tegas dan meningkatkan kepribadian dengan cara memberikan waktu lebih lama dan saling terbuka antara anak dan orang tua
