Abstract

This study aims to determine the view of Islamic law on Panai Money in Bugis traditional marriage. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach. Based on the results of the research, the Bugis community considers “Panai Money” as an important tradition in their traditional marriage. Although Islam does not specifically regulate Panai Money, it gives freedom (mubah). Islam does not prohibit the giving of Panai Money in the Bugis traditional marriage tradition even though the value of the Panai Money is high because there is no evidence that shows this. Most importantly, the giving of Panai Money should not violate Islamic principles, there is no element of compulsion, according to the ability and ability of the male party.

Abstract

Praktik uang panai, yang telah menjadi bagian dari tradisi di beberapa masyarakat, mengundang perdebatan yang menarik dalam konteks hukum Islam. Uang panai merupakan pembayaran sejumlah uang atau barang kepada pihak perempuan sebagai syarat untuk pernikahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pandangan hukum Islam tentang Uang Panai dalam perkawinan adat Bugis. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, masyarakat Bugis, menganggap "Uang Panai" sebagai tradisi penting dalam perkawinan adat mereka. Meskipun Islam tidak mengatur secara spesifik mengenai Uang Panai, namun memberikan kebebasan (mubah). Agama Islam tidak melarang pemberian Uang Panai dalam tradisi perkawinan adat Bugis walaupun nilai dari uang panai tersebut tinggi karena tidak ada dalil yang menunjukkan hal tersebut. Yang terpenting, pemberian Uang Panai tidak boleh melanggar prinsip-prinsip Islam, tidak ada unsur keterpaksaan, sesuai kemampuan dan kesanggupan pihak laki-laki. Dengan demikian, dalam perspektif Islam, uang panai bukan hanya merupakan kewajiban materi, tetapi juga simbol dari tanggung jawab dan penghargaan dalam hubungan pernikahan yang seimbang dan saling menghormati.

Abstract

People have been impacted by Korean culture due to its global prominence. This Korean culture, sometimes referred to as the Hallyu phenomenon or Korean Wave, encompasses a variety of mediums including fashion, music, theater, makeup, and more. The purpose of this study is to examine how South Korea's cultural phenomena have influenced all generations and contributed to the country's appeal as a travel destination and perhaps inspire plans to travel to South Korea in the near future. The study employed a quantitative methodology and included 116 respondents from the surrounding area. Google Forms is used for online questionnaire delivery. SmartPLS software is used to process the data. We anticipate that the research's findings will give travelers more knowledge about South Korea's attractions, things to do, and other resources so they may make well-informed travel plans. The study's overall conclusions emphasize the significance of perceived advantages and cultural elements in shaping travel intentions to South Korea. The report also emphasizes how important electronic word-of-mouth is in forming traveler perceptions. The ramifications of these findings extend to destination managers and marketers, who may leverage these insights to create customized marketing campaigns that address the interests and needs of prospective guests.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manfaat penggunaan Bahasa Indoenesia dalam proses pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Bahasa Indonesia penting karena sebagai pemersatu bangsa juga sebagai identitas sosial. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif berupa interview/wawancara. Peneliti melakukan wawancara dengan beberapa narasumber. Terdapat 5 narasumber, dari kelima jawaban narasumber hampir memiliki jawaban yang sama mengenai manfaat penggunaan Bahasa Indonesia di sekolah dasar. Dengan menggunakan bahasa Indonesia diharapkan siswa dapat membaca dan memperluas wawasan, meningkatkan karakter dan juga dapat lebih menghargai bahasa Indonesia dan bangga dengan bahasa persatuan bangsa. Manfaat menggunakan bahasa Indonesia yang baik dan benar adalah untuk memperlancar komunikasi diharapkan rasa nasionalisme dalam diri kita semakin meningkat, dan juga untuk menggambarkan kepribadian yang kita miliki sebagai manusia yang lebih baik

Abstract

The problem examined in this study is whether the guided exercise method users can improve the ability to compose paragraphs from scrambled sentences by the fourth grade students of SDN 182 Palembang through the guided exercise method. This type of research is classroom action research. The target consists of 4 components, namely (1) action planning, (2) action implementation, (3) observation, (4) reflection. The type of data used is qualitative data. The method used in this research is observation and interview methods. The observation method was used to identify and describe the implementation of improving the ability to compose paragraphs from sentences randomized by fourth grade students at SDN 182 Palembang. The interview method was used to obtain data that was not observed or not recorded during observation. Data analysis in this study used qualitative data analysis procedures. Based on these results, it can be concluded that applying the guided exercise method can improve the ability to compose paragraphs from scrambled sentences for fourth grade students of SDN 182 Palembang.   Keywords: compose, paragraphs, scrambled

Abstract

Salah satu fasilitas pengelolaan sampah berbasis ramah lingkungan adalah dengan mengadopsi konsen Reduce, Reuse, danRecycle (disingkat 3R) dan diterapkan pada TPS yang ada di Kota Palu. Salah satu fasilitas yang dibangun oleh Pemerintah Kota Palu terletak di Kelurahan Pengawu. Namun, hingga saat ini, kinerja TPS 3R ini belum berfungsi dengan optimal dan lebih berperan hanya sebagai TPS reguler. Konsep TPS 3R di Kelurahan Pengawu diharapkan dapatmenjadi solusi dalam menangani permasalahan sampah di masyarakat. Namun karena belum optimalnya kinerja TPS 3R,sehingga permasalahan sampah belum dapat teratasi dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor yangmenghambat eksistensi kinerja TPS 3R di Kelurahan Pengawu dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Untuk mengumpulkan data dilakukan dengan indepth interview, observasi lapangan, dan studi dokumen. Data kemudian dianalisis melalui pendekatan deskriptif dan analisis faktor penghambat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor penghambat kinerja TPS 3R di Kelurahan Pengawu dikelompokkan menjadi faktor internal dan eksternal. Penghambat internal meliputi keterbatasan fasilitas, kurangnya dukungan manajemen, dan minimnya pendanaan. Adapun penghambat faktor eksternal berupabencana alam. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan upaya untuk melengkapi fasilitas TPS 3R, memperkuat dukungan manajemen,mencari sumber pendanaan eksternal, serta melakukan revitalisasi gedung TPS 3R.Kata kunci: Pengelolaan Sampah, TPS 3R, Faktor Penghambat, Kinerja, Revitalisasi

Abstract

Patient data is one of the datasets managed by the hospital. Patient data in the form of examination results and other data is important data that is private and confidential. Therefore, patient data needs to be secured so that there is no misuse of data by parties who are not responsible for things that can harm the data owner. One of the several methods that can be used to secure data is cryptography. Cryptography itself has several algorithms, one of which is blowfish. This study applies the blowfish algorithm to secure patient data in the database to reduce the possibility of data misuse by irresponsible parties. This study succeeded in implementing the blowfish algorithm for securing patient data. The data stored in the database is the result of encryption using the blowfish algorithm, the results of which are difficult to understand because there is a combination of symbols and text. The application of the algorithm affects the data storage time in the database, which originally took 0.12 seconds to save data and now takes 0.28 seconds to store data.

Abstract

Sorus is a collection of complex sporangiums in which there are spores. Found on the upper (Addaksial) and lower (Abaksial) surfaces of the leaves of spike plants (Pteridophyta). This activity aims to identify the location and shape of the sorus on the nails in the Bengkulu University area. Sampling using purposive sampling methods. The identification results found differences in the location and shape of the sorus from the spike plant (Pterydophytha) in the Bengkulu University area. There are 9 families of spike plants (Pterydophytha) identified, namely Lygodiaceae, Gleicheniaceae, Dryopteridaceae, Cyatheaceae, Pteridaceae, Lomariopsidaceae, Osmundiaceae, Aspleniaceae, Polypodiaceae. The location of the spike plant sorus is at the end of the stem between the leaf bones, the veins of the leaf, near the edge of the leaf and on the edge of the leaf. Abstract

This research is motivated by human rights issues that often occur in carrying out work to meet economic needs. However, this is regulated in the Job Creation Law which was passed in 2020 considering the protection of Human Rights (HAM) for workers. This study aims to determine and analyze the Protection of Human Rights for Workers in the Job Creation Law from an Islamic Law Perspective. The research methodology used is literature research (library research) involving analysis of primary and secondary legal materials. The results of the study show that although the Job Creation Law includes elements of protection such as PKWT compensation and social security, its implementation still faces several problems, such as limited supervision and bias towards employers. The Islamic law perspective emphasizes fair treatment and justice for workers, which can be used as a reference to improve the protection of human rights in employment. Strict supervision and strengthening of regulations in line with the principles of social justice and human rights must be used to improve the protection of workers' rights.

Abstract

The development of information technology requires teachers to be able to present more interesting English language learning. Picture is a learning medium that can be used as a strategy in learning English at MI NW Karang Bata Mataram. The methods used are (1) Problem identification, at this stage observations are made at the school and analysis of student needs to determine the initial needs of MI NW Karang Bata students regarding materials, media and methods used; (2) the solution offered is picture and game based learning methods. The 'Read for Me' game is an appropriate method to use to make students more interested in learning English; (3) Picture is very helpful for teachers and students in the learning process, because elementary students level need concrete media to be able to understand the information or concepts provided. The aim of this devotion is to create learning that can build students' motivation and interest in learning. The results of the implementation of this service show that the application of image media using the 'Read For Me' game method can create more interesting English learning so as to increase students' motivation and interest in learning English
