Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji seberapa besar pengaruh atmosfer restoran, kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen melalui harga produk sebagai variabel intervening pada keripik balado habil snack di kota padang. Metode pengumpulan data melalui survei dan mengedarkan kuisioner, dengan sampel 95 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan structural equation modeling menggunakan smartpls. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan atmosfer restoran terhadap harga. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kualitas pelayanan terhadap harga. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kualitas produk terhadap harga. Terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan atmosfer restoran terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Harga tidak memediasi pengaruh atmosfer restoran terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Harga memediasi pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Harga tidak memediasi pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

Cooperation through the Garuda Canti Dharma exercise in 2022 is the second cooperation in the field of peacekeeping force training between Indonesia through the Indonesian Armed Forces Peacekeeping Centre and the United States through the United States Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM). Indonesia and the United States are countries that pay attention to peacekeeping operations. To solve the problem in the mission, a trained maintenance team is needed. Therefore, training through predeparture exercises and cooperation in training is needed in this regard. This article uses seven elements of international cooperation according to Messner, Guarín, and Haun in 2013 namely reciprocity, trust, communication, reputation, fairness, enforcement, and we-identity. By obtaining data through interviews and analysis from trusted journals and sources, the result is that each element of international cooperation is included in this cooperation.

Abstract

Postpartum depression makes women who experience it less able to care for themselves, their families and their babies, while at the same time it can have a negative impact on quality of life. Family support is one of the influences on the mother's recovery. This study aims to determine the effect of counseling to families in providing support for postpartum mothers who experience psychological disorders in the postpartum depression stage. This research is a literature review using two databases: PubMed and Google Scholar. The keywords used are “assistance to the family of postpartum mothers in providing support for postpartum mothers” OR “assistance to the families of postpartum mothers in providing postpartum mother support” AND “Psychological disorders in the stage of postpartum OR depression”. After being selected with inclusion and exclusion criteria, a critical appraisal was carried out, 25 literatures were obtained consisting of 3 cross-sectional studies, 3 meta-analyses, 3 cohorts, 16 randomized controlled trials, 2 quasi-experimental studies, and 1 qualitative study. This study found 31 literatures that examined postpartum depression: risk factors, history of childbirth, early detection, signs and symptoms, prevention, treatment using herbal ingredients or the latest technology. To conclude, the effect of providing family support to postpartum mothers must be seen from the symptoms and risk factors for mothers experiencing postpartum depression.

Abstract

This research is a study of Mia Sheridan’s novel Archer’s Voice. The purpose of this study is to reveal the trauma suffered by the mute male main character named Archer Hale. Archer was only seven years old when he got into a tragic accident that took away his voice and left him mute. He is a survivor of his own trauma since no one seems to care about him and his muteness. He was all alone, had no one to talk to, was an outcast in his town, and people called him a freak. Trauma is happened from a disturbing event that overwhelmed an individual and affects mood, motivation, and relationship in life. This feeling caused an individual to build a wall around and shut everybody out of life. Then, how is trauma suffered by Archer Hale portrayed in Mia Sheridan’s Archer’s Voice? Using qualitative method, this research is reviewed with Psychodynamic Theory focusing on psychological drives within individuals that explain human behavior and personality. In conclusion, Archer’s trauma has taken control of his life so bad that made him lose his voice both physically and mentally.

Abstract

This thesis examines the Division of Joint Property in Divorce from the Perspective of Justice Theory using 2 court decisions, namely the Banjarmasin Religious Court and the Banten High Religious Court. Based on Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage, the Compilation of Islam Law, and the Decision of Religious Court Judges. This study aims to determine the legal consequences arising from the judge's consideration in determining the case of division of joint property and analyze the judge's consideration in determining the case of division of joint property based on the theory of justice according to Aristotle and Islamic Law. Formulation of the problem: (1) What are the legal consequences for the judge's consideration in decision Number 1227/Pdt.G/2021/PA. Bjm and decision Number 91/Pdt.G/2021/ PTA.Btn? (2) How is the analysis of the judge's consideration in the division of joint property in decision Number 1227/Pdt.G/2021/PA. Bjm and decision Number 91/Pdt.G/2021/PTA.Btn in the perspective of the theory of justice? This study used normative juridical legal methods. Regarding joint property in marriage, many people ignore it, so there is often an uproar after the judge decides on the divorce between husband and wife. In Article 97 of the Compilation of Islamic Law "The widow or widower gets half of the joint property", but in the decision of the Religious Court Number 1227/Pdt.G/2021/PA. Bjm and Number 91/Pdt.G/2021/PTA.Btn, the panel of judges set aside the article by not dividing the joint property equally. So that article 97 of the Compilation of Islamic Law is less effective in resolving cases of division of common property which causes blurring of norms and requires judges to make decisions based on their beliefs. And the judge's consideration in deciding cases is included in the theory of distributive justice by dividing the object of common property according to what he has done so that it reflects the value of justice.    Abstrak Skripsi ini mengkaji tentang Pembagian Harta Bersama Dalam Perceraian Ditinjau dari Perspektif Teori Keadilan dengan menggunakan 2 putusan pengadilan yaitu Pengadilan Agama Banjarmasin dan Pengadilan Agama Tinggi Banten. Berlandaskan Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 Tentang Perkawinan, Kompilasi Hukum Islam, dan Putusan Hakim Pengadilan Agama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui akibat hukum yang ditimbulkan dari pertimbangan hakim dalam menetapkan perkara pembagian harta bersama dan menganalisis pertimbangan hakim dalam menetapkan perkara pembagian harta bersama berdasarkan teori keadilan menurut Aristoteles dan Hukum Islam. Rumusan masalah : (1) Bagaimana akibat hukum atas pertimbangan hakim dalam putusan Nomor 1227/Pdt.G/2021/PA. Bjm dan putusan Nomor 91/Pdt.G/2021/PTA. Btn? (2) Bagaimana analisis pertimbangan hakim dalam pembagian harta bersama pada putusan Nomor 1227/Pdt.G/2021/PA. Bjm dan putusan Nomor 91/Pdt.G/2021/PTA. Btn dalam perspektif teori keadilan?. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode hukum yuridis normatif. Terkait harta bersama dalam perkawinan banyak masyarakat yang mengabaikannya sehingga sering terjadi keributan setelah hakim memutuskan perceraian antara suami dan isteri. Dalam Pasal 97 Kompilasi Hukum Islam "Janda atau duda mendapat separuh dari harta bersama", namun pada putusan Pengadilan Agama Nomor 1227/Pdt.G/2021/PA. Bjm dan Nomor 91/Pdt.G/2021/PTA. Btn, majelis hakim mengeyampingkan pasal tersebut dengan tidak membagi rata harta bersama. Sehingga dalam pasal 97 Kompilasi Hukum Islam kurang efektif dalam menyelesaikan perkara pembagian harta bersama yang menyebabkan terjadinya kekaburan norma dan mengharuskan hakim untuk mengambil keputusan berdasarkan keyakinan yang dimiliki. Dan pertimbangan hakim dalam memutuskan perkara termasuk ke dalam teori keadilan distributif dengan membagi obyek harta bersama sesuai dengan apa yang telah dilakukannya sehingga sudah mencerminkan nilai keadilan.

Abstract

The development of internet technology in Indonesia is on the rise. This aligns with the increasing level of crime due to the lack of boundaries in the digital world. One of these crimes is in the area of trade, where bad-faith business actors often engage in brand affiliation deception. Brand affiliation deception refers to a situation where certain parties piggyback on a genuine brand to create a misleading perception, causing consumers to believe that the two brands are affiliated in business with each other. However, regulations regarding brand affiliation deception are not fully and rigidly outlined in Indonesian legislation. The aim of this study is to examine and determine which legal actions constitute brand affiliation deception in the digital world according to Law Number 20 of 2016 concerning Trademarks and Geographical Indications, and Law Number 1 of 2024 concerning the Second Amendment to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions. Additionally, the study seeks to identify which legal actions can be taken in cases of brand affiliation deception as per Law Number 20 of 2016 concerning Trademarks and Geographical Indications. The research methodology employed is a normative juridical approach, utilizing document studies or literature materials with secondary data comprising primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials. The research results indicate that legal acts of brand affiliation deception in the digital world are classified as trademark violations in the form of passing off and cybersquatting, because brand affiliation deception can create the false assumption that the genuine brand and the piggybacking brand have business relations with each other due to bad faith. Legal actions that can be taken in the event of violations involving brand affiliation deception include filing for damages and/or brand cessation, as well as filing criminal charges as stipulated in Law Number 20 of 2016 concerning Trademarks and Geographical Indications and Law Number 1 of 2024 concerning the Second Amendment to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Hipertensi adalah keadaan peningkatan tekanan darah tinggi yang dapat terjadi pada wanita hamil dengan usia 20 minggu kehamilan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui faktor – faktor yang menyebabkan hipertensi pada ibu hamil di PMB Bidan Eneng Kota Bogor. Penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil yang melakukan pemeriksaan dari bulan Desember – Juli yang tercatat pada buku register dan hasil kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 119 orang. Metode: Metode penelitian memggunakan kuantitatif dengan  teknik  cross sectional menggunakan data primer dengan kuesioner analisis dengan uji chi-Square. Hasil: Pada penelitian ini didapatkan jumlah ibu hamil yang mengalami hipertensi sebanyak 42 orang  (35,3%), selain itu didapatkan ibu hamil yang berada di usia < 20 tahun dan > 35 tahun sebanyak  41 orang (34,5%), grandimultipare sebanyak 67 orang (56,3%), usia kehamilan yang tidak aman berada pada usia kehamilan < 24 minggu sebanyak 46 orang (38,7%), pengetahuan ibu hamil kurang baik sebanyak 86 orang (72,3%), jenjang pendidikan tinggi  sebanyak 77 orang  (64,7%), pekerjaan ibu hamil yang bekerja sebanyak 71 orang  (59,7%), penambahan berat badan normal sebanyak 79 orang (66,4%). Hasil uji statistik chi square menunjukan terdapat hubungan antara variable usia ibu ,usia kehamilan dan imt dengan nilai p value 0,000 < 0,05 Kesimpulan: ada hubungan antara usia ibu,usia lehamilan dan indeks masa tubuh ibu hamil terhadap hipertensi Saran: : Disarankan bagi ibu hamil untuk menjaga pola makan dan menghindari makanan tinggi natrium.

Abstract

The owner of the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) Batagor ESQ is located in Bogor, in the implementation of financial records still needs help. One of the impacts of SMEs that have financial records is that they can know and control the expected level of business profits. In accordance with the name of the business, this SME carries out activities to produce and sell battery products. The purpose of this study is to analyze the production process and calculate the cost of production of Batagor ESQ SMEs. The research was carried out through interviews with the owners to get clear information. In addition, this research was also carried out by surveying the Batagor ESQ SMEs. The results of the research on the calculation of the Cost of Production (HPP) were obtained with a unit price of IDR 5.000. The results obtained from the application of the financial literacy concept turned out to be enough to increase their business, so that finances became more structured and clear. With a total revenue of IDR 70,000,000 and production costs of IDR 18,731,000 for a period of one month. The profit margin obtained by Batagor ESQ SMEs is 73.24%.

Abstract

The internship program is an integral part of education for education program students which aims to develop teaching skills and understand the dynamics of the world of education. This research aims to analyze the challenges and opportunities faced by intern students at SMP Plus Ja-Alhaq, Bengkulu City in developing their pedagogical competencies. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of direct observation, interviews and document analysis. The research results show that intern students face several main challenges, such as limited teaching experience, classroom management, and adaptation to the school environment. However, internship programs also provide great opportunities to develop pedagogical skills, such as guidance from professional teachers, direct experience in teaching, and development of communication skills. It is hoped that this internship experience can improve the quality of students' teaching and strengthen their competence as prospective educators who are ready to face challenges in the world of education.

Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi, kinerja karyawan menjadi faktor utama dalam menentukan keberhasilan perusahaan, termasuk di PT. Pos Indonesia Cabang Ciputat Tangerang Selatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Pengembangan Karir dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Pos Indonesia Cabang Ciputat Tangerang Selatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan metode kuantitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 56 responden dengan menggunaka metode simple random sampling. Pengujian instrument menggunaka uji validitas dan uji realibilitas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan uji asumsi klasik, uji t dan uji f. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karir secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pos Indonesia Cabang Ciputat Tangerang Selatan, motivasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pos Indonesia Cabang Ciputat Tangerang Selatan, pengembangan dan motivasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pos Indonesia Cabang Ciputat Tangerang Selatan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan program pengembangan karir dan pemberian motivasi yang efektif dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan secara optimal. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa perusahaan perlu merancang strategi pengembangan karir yang lebih sistematis serta menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mampu meningkatkan motivasi karyawan. Dengan demikian, PT. Pos Indonesia Cabang Ciputat Tangerang Selatan dapat mencapai kinerja yang lebih baik dan meningkatkan daya saing di sektor logistik.
