<![CDATA[This research describes the policy of Indonesia toward implementations of corporate social responsibility (study case in implementations of corporate social responsibility in Siak Regency in 2013-2016). Nowdays the developing states in Indonesia not only have done by government. The corporations that have invested in Indonesia basen on regulation number 40 years of 2007 about coroprations that severy corporate have done a corporate social responsibility especially Siak Regency.The research method used was a qualitative with descriptive as a technic of the research. Writer collects data from books, encyclopedia, journal, mass media and websites to analyze the policy of Indonesia toward implementations of corporate social responsibility (study case in implementations of corporate social responsibility in Siak Regency in 2013-2016). The theories applied in this research are neo realism perspective with the foreign policy theory by William D Coplin and corporate social responsibility concept.The research shows that the policy of Indonesia toward implementations of corporate social responsibility (study case in implementations of corporate social responsibility in Siak Regency in 2013-2016) are have done by some steps are Indonesia government have done a regulations about implementations of corporate social responsibility are regulations number 40 years of 2007 about corporate social responsibility and for Siak Regency have a local regulations number 6 years of 2011 about corporate social responsibility, government of Siak Regency create a forum of CSR and implemented corporate social responsibility in helath, educations, environment and social empowerment program.Key words: policy, corporate social responsibility and Siak.]]>

<![CDATA[This research explains Indonesia's efforts to improve competitiveness advantage of Muslim Friendly Tourism (MFT) between the OIC countries. The expenditures of Muslim tourists spending was USD 145 Billion in 2014 and is estimated to be USD 200 Billion in 2020. This lucrative prospect shall encourage many countries of the world to be a main actor in this industry particularly the OIC member countries to work on MFT professionally, including Indonesia. Indonesia has abundant muslim friendly destinations and potential resources to be developed more in order to atract international tourist and gain fruitful national income. on the contrary by those facts, Indonesia's position remains in Group B which defines as the best position for growth under anothe members of OIC MFT developer countries.The author has collected data from various resources predominantly TP3H and COMCEC to analyze Indonesia's efforts to improve its MFT competitiveness advantage. <![CDATA[This thesis discusses the interests of Indonesia sever the relationship of cooperation with jp morgan chase bank. Indonesia terminated the cooperative relationship with jp morgan chase bank because jp morgan made a detrimental research for Indonesia. The jp morgan's research made Indonesia's downgrade rating from overweight to underweight. Indonesia did not accept the results of jp morgan research, because the research was not in accordance with the Indonesia situation at the time and jp morgan could not explain why it coul Indonesia’s downgrade from overweight to underweight, So Indonesia broke off cooperation with jp morgan on 1st january 2017 .The termination of this cooperative relationship uses the theory of foreign policy because the foreign policy Theory considers that policies used by other countries will help the country to achieve national interest. The national interest is aimed at maintaining the security of the political economy of Indonesia. This foreign policy theory breaks the relationship between Indonesia and jp morgan chase bank which is the reason of harm Indonesia and this disconnection is directed to the national interest.Indonesia terminated the relationship with jp morgan chase bank due to the inaccurate research of jp morgan and the disadvantage of Indonesia. the research entitled "Trump forces tactical changes" made by jp morgan on 13 November 2016. In the end Indonesia gave the letter of termination cooperation to jp morgan chase bank.From research jp morgan, the funds out of Indonesia amounted to 16 trillion. The magnitude impact of tourism to increase foreign exchange making indonesia increased the tourism cooperation with Australia. <![CDATA[As a developing country, Indonesia is faced with environmental problems that occur within its country. According to the Indonesian Ministry of Environment and Forestry, it was stated that Indonesia suffered some environmental pollution problems that fluctuating especially in the year 2015-2019, because this affects the survival of people in Indonesia, hence the need for help from various actors to help overcome the problem.The research uses the corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) theory, with a green thought perspective supported by the concept of sustainable development (SDGs). The study also used qualitative descriptive research methods and the level of behavioral analysis of the group. Research data is obtained through literature review and all research data comes directly from official government web pages and related official websites.Based on the research analysis, the conclusion is that the efforts of PT.Unilever Indonesia Tbk in overcoming environmental pollution in Indonesia is run through the USLP program. This Program is a follow-up of corporate CSR obligations that have been regulated in government and statutory regulations. Realization of this program focuses on efforts to build a sustainable business and aligned with the natural order PT. <![CDATA[Japan is a potential market for Indonesian fishery products, especially tuna. This is because Japan is a country that has few quality fishery products so that Japan exports from Indonesia. However, for Indonesia to export to Japan, Japan has a requirement that fishermen who catch fish must use environmentally friendly methods and tools so that production can continue to be sustainable.           In discussing the problems in this study, the author uses a qualitative method that is supported by the perspective of Liberalism and the state as the level of analysis and with the theory of cooperation to analyze the impact that is caused.              This study shows that cooperation in the export of Indonesian tuna to Japan has a positive impact on Indonesia and fish fishermen in Indonesia, the impact caused is in the form of fishery facilities such as fishing ports in the Lampa Natuna Strait where the fishermen experience changes in income and get supporting facilities such as food stalls. fishermen, cooperatives, electricity, and fuel where Pertamina provides special prices for small fishermen so as to improve the welfare of Indonesian fishermen. Keywords: Exports, Tuna, IJEPA, and Indonesian Fishermen]]>

<![CDATA[This research describes the cooperation between Indonesia and UNAIDS in handling HIV and AIDS in Riau Province. Handling the HIV / AIDS problem requires the involvement of international organizations to work together with the government so that the handling of this epidemic can be carried out quickly, broadly and in a coordinated manner. United Nations Program on HIV and AIDS or UNAIDS is an IGO which is the main supporter of global action against the HIV epidemic. In Indonesia, HIV AIDS was first discovered in Bali Province in 1987. Until now, HIV AIDS has spread in 407 out of 507 districts / cities or can be said to reach 80 percent of all provinces in Indonesia. In this paper the authors use two theories, namely policy theory and role theory, these theories are considered suitable to explain the response of the Riau government in responding to the cooperation between Indonesia and UNAIDS in dealing with HIV / AIDS in Riau Province.The results of this study found that policies for handling and preventing HIV / AIDS in Indonesia prioritized adolescents, support for high-risk groups, prevention of mother-to-child transmission, then prioritized care and provided important and accurate information through the mass media. In handling HIV / AIDS cases in Riau Province, the Riau Provincial Government has implemented its policy through Riau Province Regional Regulation Number 4 of 2006 concerning HIV / AIDS Prevention and Control. One of the policies of Riau Province in dealing with HIV / AIDS in its region as recommended by UNAIDS is Preventive Treatment with Isoniazid for HIV or PLWHA. Preventive treatment with Isoniazid for HIV or PLWHA is one of the important health interventions for TB prevention in HIV and has been recommended since 1998 by WHO and the Join United Nations Program on HIV / AIDS (UNAIDS). <![CDATA[Until now, Indonesia is still always faced with the problem of sugar production which has not been able to meet domestic needs. This inability can be seen from the lower production of sugarcane plantations by farmers and the need to revitalize old factories.The method used in this research is descriptive analytical method. The perspective used is the perspective of liberalism, the perspective of liberalism says that humans basically have good behavior and humans have the power to share with each other by cooperating. The theory used in this is the theory of interdependence, the theory of interdependence is the interdependence of each other or can be called reciprocal relations in international relations.The high level of Indonesian sugar consumption is inversely proportional to the unbalanced amount of production. This imbalance is trying to be covered by importing sugar, both raw sugar (Raw Sugar), white crystal sugar and refined sugar. India became one of the countries that Indonesia went to to import raw sugar even though at first India was not a country that imported sugar into Indonesia. Based on the results of the discussion analysis, it can be concluded that Indonesia imports raw sugar from India to meet domestic needs and also to achieve Indonesia's economic and political interests. <![CDATA[ This study discusses NAFTA's efforts to resolve the Lindane trade dispute between the Chemtura company and the Canadian government. The problem is that Lindane's products are prohibited from being manufactured and marketed which Canada violates the agreement.This study uses the perspective of Liberalism where this policy upholds world peace. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach which emphasizes the resolution of problems between two parties. The author uses the level of analysis of the nation state. At the level of analysis of the state, there is an assumption that all decision-makers, wherever they are, will essentially behave the same way in dealing with all the same situations and conditions.The results of the study show that the judicial results decided that Canada did not violate the article referred to by Chemtura and Chemtura had to pay a fine of $2,889,233.80 Canadian.Keywords: Liberalism, Role of International Organizations, Trade Disputes, Role of NAFTA]]>
