Abstract

The export and import activities have always been performed widely in order to maintain the cooperation and the connection among the bilateral countries. Indonesia as the country which has lots of natural resources is able to perform export activity which includes raw material to the countries which have no or limited material in producing it in the country. One of the Natural assets of Indonesia is Timah because Indonesia is located in the area of the Southeast Asia tin belt which make the country has 40% of Timah of all over the world in total.. This research was composed by using liberalism perspective with the theory of export which has the country and nation analytical level, the data of the research was obtained by using the qualitative-descriptive method and a literature review was also been done in obtaining the data. The data which used is the secondary data which obtained from the Statistical Centre (BPS), Timah official websites, and the ministry websites which provide the information of the export and the phenomena of fluctuation which appeared in 2017-2019. The result of the research shows the existence of the factor which causes the fluctuation of the export of Timah of Bangka Belitung to Singapore in 2017 to 2019 is the application of price instruction and the regulation which established in performing the export of Timah abroad with its own requirements which is not easy to do becoming one of the factors of the fluctuation in the export of Timah in 2017 to 2019. The increase that occurred in 2017 was at 4456 Mton, while the decrease that occurred in 2018 was 3488 Mton, then it increased in 2019 with an export value of 5328 Mton. It is not only about the price labelled and the requirements of the export activities which regulated by the government of Indonesia which categorized as the factor of the fluctuation but also the extern factors which are the Metal Exchange, the universal economic growth and the exchange of Dollar are also categorized as the factor of the fluctuation of the export of Timah of Bangka Belitung to Singapore. Abstract

This research analyzes geostrategic value of Gibraltar for Spain. This research want to know why did Spain keep on preassuring Gibraltar. The small region on point of Europe has much values such as economic, geopolitic and tourism. Those values made England and Spain had conflict. This is the reason why the writer interested in this research. This dispute started when Spain transfered sovereignty of Gibraltar to England in SpanishSuccession War. Spain dispute Gibraltar from England because it had much potentials and very strategic. As the consequence, Gibraltar made twice referendum; on 1967 and 2002. The result of the referendum was Gibraltar people continued to live under England and rejected be apart of Spain. In another side, the geostrategic value of Gibraltar in politic, security, and economic. This is qualitative research which used descriptive explanative methods. This paper used the realist perspective and policy theory proposed by K.J Holsti and Rosneau. Writer using level analysis of state, because this conflict involve two state. that is method to explain the problem in aparticular and method library research, such as books, journals, magazine, media electronic, and the other source. The result of this research explained that geostrategic value of Gibraltar for Spain is in economic, geopolitic and security. If Spain Succeeds to have sovereignty of Gibraltarthen Spain will have more power in international politic especially in continental regions of Europe.in security Gibraltar has much strategic value because Gibraltar have “ The Rock” that could be used as military base for Spain. In economic Spain will have benefit from various sectors such as tourism ,financial services and others.  Key Words: Geostrategic, Geopolitic, Referendum, Utrecht treaty.

Abstract

This study analyzes how the efforts of the European football international organization, UEFA, in overcoming the problem of neglected children in Uganda in 2019. Uganda is one of the largest countries that has a population under the age of 18. Therefore, the problem level of neglected children in Uganda is also very high. Many of the cases of neglected children problems in Uganda were caused by domestic violence, and also the conflict in Northern Uganda in 1987. The Ugandan government has also made various efforts to address the problems of neglected children in Uganda, but these efforts have been in vain. in vain because there is no solution that seeks to address the problem of neglected children in Uganda from its roots. This study uses qualitative research methods, with data collection techniques through literature studies sourced from several books, journals, articles, and also websites. This study also uses a pluralism perspective, the level of group behavior analysis, and also uses international organization theory to further strengthen this research. The results of this study indicate that UEFA has made efforts to address the problem of abandoned children in Uganda. In an effort to overcome the problem of abandoned children in Uganda, UEFA carries out its role in accordance with the roles of international organizations according to Clive Archer, namely UEFA as an instrument, forum or facilitator, and also as an independent actor in efforts to overcome the problems of abandoned children in Uganda in 2019. Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Balai Jaya Rokan Hilir. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation on employee productivity through work discipline at PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Balai Jaya Rokan Hilir. Work motivation as the independent variable (X) meanwhile work discipline as the intervening variable (Z) and employee productivity as the dependent variable (Y). The problem in this research is the occurrence of fluctuations in the results of CPO production accompanied by a fluctuating decrease in employee absenteeism and also the labor turnover of employees which increases every year as seen from company data and supported by expert opinions. The sample of this study was taken as many as 54 respondents from 119 populations which were calculated using the Slovin formula. The data obtained from the questionnaire results were distributed directly to the field using the Propotionate Stratified Random Sampling technique and then processed and then tested statistically through the SEM SmartPLS 3.3.7 program. From the results of the tests conducted, it shows that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on discipline, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity through Work discipline. Abstract

Abstract This research analyzed and describe the Implementation of Green economy by PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk in Nigeria through Dufil Prima Foods PLC, which is a business strategy that the company implements to implement environmentally friendly practices and aims to improve economic performance in Nigeria by increasing the welfare of the community, reducing environmental impact, and ensuring that the products produced meet high safety and quality standards. This research used a Pluralism perspective and the theory of sustainable development by Sutamihardja. The research method used is qualitative research method and data obtained through books, academic articles, official documents and internet archives. This research showed that the implementation of green economy by PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk through Dufil Prima Foods PLC has already made some efforts to implement Green economy with several programs that prioritize taking into account the values of sustainable development and based on the 3 main pillars of sustainable development. Abstract

Many plight of migrant workers abroad, such as assault, rape, suicide, until not given wages for work. Many who view this problem due to the low level of education of migrant workers. But in addition to this, the lack of an integrated protection system of the country, both sending and destination countries, also contributed to the above facts. System protection for workers has yet to recognize the foreign workforce who work in the informal sector, both nationally and internationally. Law enforcement approach to the regulation of migration in destination countries tend to put undocumented migrant workers at a disadvantage, because they generally have to bear the consequences are less subjected to inhuman treatment and is often referred to as illegal. Issues that will be addressed in this study is "How legal protection for migrant workers in the State? '. The purpose of the discussion of this question will be discussed in the author for this study because the authors wanted to know what issues are arising in connection with the fate of migrant workers abroad, so that workers in the State looks neglected rights. Writing is normative legal research methods, because the authors did not conduct field studies. Materials studies the authors used only a secondary data only, which consists of primary legal materials in the form of legislation, secondary legal materials, in the form of books, papers, journals relating to the writing of this study.
