Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of viral marketing, free shipping promos and the COD system on purchasing decisions at the TikTok Shop. Quantitative research methodology was used in this research. Primary data collected through questionnaires was used in this research. There were 50 respondents from management students at PGRI University Semarang consisting of the research sample. The analysis method uses SPSS version 25 software and multiple linear analysis. Viral marketing does not significantly influence purchasing decisions, according to the data, which has a tcount of 1,494 and ttable 1,677. The free shipping promotion does not significantly influence purchasing decisions, according to data which has a tcount of 0.774 and ttable of 1.677. The COD system, with a tcount of 3,556 and ttable 1,677, significantly influences consumers' purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research was conducted based on the researcher's desire to find out the effect of discounts and flash sales in online shops on UPGRIS management students' buying interest. This type of research is a quantitative method and uses a saturated sample sampling method of 29 students. The results obtained from the T test show that variable X1 has a positive effect on variable Y while Variable by discounts and flash sales while the other 67% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the relationship between stress levels and the incidence of insomnia in final year students at PGRI University Semarang. The impact of stress, such as mental and emotional syndromes, has become a major concern in adolescent mental health. Insomnia, as a common sleep disorder, can also affect college students' well-being. This research method is quantitative using a cross-sectional analytical research type design. The population of this study were final year students at PGRI University Semarang using Simple Random Sampling (Proportione Stratified sampling) and Purposive Sampling techniques. The results of the study showed that there was a significant relationship between stress levels and the incidence of insomnia in final year students. These findings provide valuable insight into the importance of stress management and good sleep in supporting student mental health in academic settings. The implications of this research can be used as a basis for developing intervention programs aimed at improving student welfare in higher education. It is hoped that this research can make a positive contribution to efforts to prevent and treat mental health problems among students.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of product prices and customer reviews on purchasing decisions of Management students at PGRI University Semarang (Upgris) on the e-commerce platforms Shopee and TikTok Shop. In the current digital era, e-commerce has become one of the main channels for consumers to make purchases. Two important factors that consumers often consider before making a purchase are product price and customer reviews. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 36 Upgris Management students who actively use Shopee and TikTok Shop.The research results show that both product price and customer reviews have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Specifically, product price has a greater influence than customer reviews in determining purchasing decisions on both platforms. Apart from that, there is a difference in the level of trust in customer reviews on Shopee and TikTok Shop, where students tend to trust reviews on Shopee more. It is hoped that these findings will provide insight for e-commerce businesses in designing effective marketing strategies by considering price factors and customer reviews.

Abstract

Perubahan lingkungan bisnis yang cepat akibat globalisasi, kemajuan teknologi, dan dinamika sosial ekonomi menuntut organisasi untuk beradaptasi secara strategis. Dalam konteks ini, Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) memiliki peran krusial melalui penerapan Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM). Tulisan ini membahas bagaimana SHRM berkontribusi dalam membangun pembelajaran organisasi (organizational learning) dan ketahanan organisasi (organizational resilience), serta pentingnya keselarasan (alignment) antara strategi SDM dan strategi bisnis untuk mencapai strategic fit. Budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan transformasional, serta dinamika lingkungan menjadi faktor yang memoderasi efektivitas SHRM dalam meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Melalui studi kasus pada PT Unilever Indonesia dan PT Telkom Indonesia, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SHRM secara integratif dapat meningkatkan inovasi, produktivitas, dan daya saing perusahaan. Dengan demikian, SHRM tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai pengelolaan administratif, tetapi juga sebagai fondasi strategis dalam menghadapi perubahan dan mencapai keberlanjutan organisasi.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become an essential requirement for organizations aiming to enhance efficiency, productivity, and competitiveness in the rapidly evolving digital era. The integration of advanced technologies offers various benefits, including streamlined operational processes, improved employee performance, and the promotion of organizational innovation. Nevertheless, digital transformation also presents several challenges, such as concerns over data security, resistance from employees toward change, and the substantial costs associated with implementation. This literature review examines the impacts, challenges, and strategies associated with digital transformation in organizational contexts. Findings indicate that successful transformation requires a clearly defined digital vision and strategy, the provision of comprehensive employee training to strengthen digital competencies, and the adoption of effective change management practices. Furthermore, organizations must prioritize robust data protection measures and invest in flexible systems capable of adapting to continuous technological advancements. The study contributes to the broader understanding of technology adoption by providing insights into practical strategies for managing digital transformation effectively. It offers valuable recommendations for organizational leaders seeking to leverage technological innovations while mitigating associated risks. Ultimately, digital transformation is not merely a technological shift but also a strategic initiative that demands organizational commitment, adaptability, and continuous capability development
