Abstract

The problem in this study is that the productivity of technicians decreases due to the result of the service production lead time at PT Nasmoco Kaligawe being longer than the specified target. And the purpose of this study is to analyze how the influence of leadership style, teamwork, and employee loyalty on employee performance at PT Nasmoco Kaligawe. The population of this study were all employees of PT Nasmco Kaligawe, amounting to 110 people. The sampling technique used is a saturated or census sampling technique, which makes the entire population a sample. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques include validity, reliability, and multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance based on calculations using the SPSS application, the t-test results are 33,893 > t table. teamwork has a significant effect on employee performance. based on calculations using the SPSS application, the results of the t test show t count 1.637 < t table 1.660 which means that the work loyalty variable has no significant effect on the employee performance variable

Abstract

Work attitude which includes job satisfaction, work commitment and turnover intention is an important issue in the management and development of human resources in a company. One of the important factors that shapes work attitude is career growth opportunities. However, because of the pyramid shape in the company's career system, many employees experience career plateau. The results of empirical testing regarding the effect of career plateau on work attitude also still show inconclusive results. Based on these phenomena, this study examines the effect of career plateau, job satisfaction, work commitment and turnover intention which was developed in an empirical model. The testing of the research model and the influence among variables was carried out using empirical data from the employee respondents from various fields of work, such as banking, education, consultant, construction, garment, karoseri and food. The findings from statistical tests conducted in this study indicate that the career plateau can decrease the employee job satisfaction and work commitment but can increase turnover intention. The results of this study also show that job satisfaction and work commitment can reduce the employee turnover intention.

Abstract

The study of employee performance is not a new study. Nevertheless, research on performance is still relevant to be studied, especially those explained by workload and work stress factors. Workload and work stress are classic phenomena that many employees experience in the workplace. In addition, from the results of previous studies, the influence described on performance also shows results that are not yet conclusive. This finding prompted a study to determine the effect of workload and work stress on employees at the Class I Port Authority and Port Authority Office of Tanjung Mas Semarang. Data related to workload, work stress and performance were obtained through interviews using a questionnaire for further analysis using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach. From the results of statistical analysis shows that the workload is statistically proven to cause work stress. The results of this study also show that exposure to workload and work stress experienced by employees continuously will cause a decrease in employee performance.

Abstract

Kurangnya pengajar yang sesuai dengan bidang kompetensinya, dimana hal tersebut merupakan faktor yang sangat penting dalam penjaminan kualitas pendidikan kejuruan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dunia usaha dunia industri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kualitas pengajar/dosen. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dimana populasi penelitian dilakukan pada dosen pendidikan tinggi vokasi di Kota Semarang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan dan menguatkan profesionalisme dosen perlu dilakukan pendekatan dan penguatan pada faktor pengalaman mengajar dan kemudian diikuti dengan penguatan dan peningkatan faktor kualifikasi akademik.

Abstract

permasalahan yang terjadi dalam suatu perusahaan adalah kinerja karyawannya yang diartikan sebagai kesuksesan seseorang dalam melaksanakan suatu pekerjaan. Hal itu yang membuat tertarik peneliti untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, lingkungan kerja, kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan PDAM Kabupaten Brebes. Hipotesis penelitian ini H1 motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawn, H2 lingkungan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, H3 kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PDAM Kabupaten Brebes, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non probability dengan sampel jenuh 93 responden. Pengukuran penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert yang kemudian diolah dengan alat analisis IBM SPSS Statistic Version 25 menggunakan analisis linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi, lingkungan kerja, kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the implementation of the role of organizational communication effectiveness, implementation of K3 (work health and safety) and company culture on employee work motivation. The research method in this research is a quantitative research method. The population in this study were all permanent employees of PT Kebon Agung Trangkil Pati Sugar Factory, while the sample in this study was 100 respondents. Determining the sample size used a non-probability sampling technique because the population was relatively small, so the technique taken was saturated sampling (census). Data analysis in this study used the SPSS version 24 program. The data analysis technique used was the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis equation model. The results of the analysis and discussion show that there is no influence between the role of organizational communication variables (X1) on employee work motivation variables, There is an influence between the role of occupational health and safety variables (X2) on employee work motivation variables, There is an influence between corporate culture variables (X3) on employee work motivation variables, Variables The influence of the role of organizational communication, work health and safety and company culture simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation at PT Kebon Agung Sugar Factory Unit Trangkil Pati.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh work life balance, burnout dan kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention tenaga medis wanita di RSUD Limpung. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh tenaga medis RSUD Limpung, dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel Non Probability Sampling dengan metode Purposive Sampling. Sehingga sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 115 tenaga medis wanita. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis Regresi Linear Berganda dengan bantuan program Statistical package for the social aciences (SPSS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa work life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention secara parsial, tidak terdapat pengaruh burnout terhadap turnover intention secara parsial, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention secara parsial. Terdapat pengaruh secara simultan variabel work life balance, burnout dan lingkungan kerja.

Abstract

Purpose – The empirical studies regarding the effect of cyberloafing behavior on employee performance have been widely studied. However, the results of the studies still show inconclusive results. Based on this research gap, this study was conducted to re-examine the influence of role stressors and work stress in explaining cyberloafing behavior that impacts employee performance.  Methodology – The test was carried out to examine the empirical model and research hypothesis using the Structural Equation Modeling approach. Employees who work in various industries whose companies are located in the city of Semarang are the respondents of this research collected using a questionnaire consisting of statements developed from variable measurement indicators using closed answers with alternative answers provided on a scale of 1-10. Findings – The test results show that the role stressor has a significant positive effect on work stress. The test results also show that role stressors has proven to have a significant positive effect on cyberloafing behavior, while work stress cannot prove its effect. The research also proves that cyberloafing behavior has a real effect in explaining employee performance. Originality – This research studies the empirical effect of cyberloafing behavior which has not been done by previous research.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh Harga terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, pengaruh Gaya Hidup terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, pengaruh Kepercayaan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian dan pengaruh Harga, Gaya Hidup dan Kepercayaan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Dalam penelitian ini, sampelnya adalah mahasiswa manajemen dari Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis UPGRIS, sebanyak seratus orang, yang membeli produk kecantikan secara online. Teknik pengambilan sampelnya adalah teknik porpusif. Pengolahan data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa harga tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian; gaya hidup berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian; dan kepercayaan, gaya hidup, dan harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality, social media advertising, and price on purchase intention on e-commerce platforms, with a focus on Shopee users. The survey method is used to collect data from respondents who are active Shopee users. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to test the hypothesis. The study results show that product quality, social media advertising, and price significantly influence Shopee users' purchasing interest. The implications of these findings underscore the importance of these factors in shaping preferences and purchasing decisions in e-commerce environments. This research provides valuable insights for practitioners in developing effective marketing strategies and improving the online shopping experience of Shopee users.
