Abstract

Burnout merupakan epidemi yang melanda dunia kerja. Burnout yang dialami oleh pekerja dapat berakibat buruk baik bagi pekerja itu sendiri maupun bagi organisasi. Bagi pekerja, burnout dapat menyebabkan hilangnya tujuan dan ketidakmampuan memenuhi kebutuhan dalam bekerja. Bagi organisasi,burnout dapat menyebabkan menurunnya frekuensi kehadiran, produktivitas, kinerja hingga meningkatnya turnover.Kajian empiris mengenai faktor yang menjelaskan burnout dengan pendekatan beban kerja dan stress kerja memberikan hasil yang belum konklusif. Tidak hanya itu, bagi perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa atau pelayanan, memiliki risiko terjadinya burnout yang lebih tinggi. Termasuk di dalamnya pekerja pelaut yang menjadi bagian dari industry jasa pelayaran. Temuan tersebut mendorong studi ini kembali melakukan kajian empiris mengenai pengaruh beban kerja dan stress kerja dalam menjelaskan terjadinya burnout pada pekerja pelaut.Hasil studi ini menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja dapat menyebabkan terjadinya stress kerja pada pekerja pelaut. Beban kerja bersama dengan stress kerja yang dialami oleh pekerja pelaut dapat memicu terjadinya burnout. Oleh sebab itu, penting bagi organisasi untuk mengatur rangkaian job description dengan jabatan dan kompetensi agar tidak memicu terjadinya beban kerja yang kemudia dapat berdampak pada terjadinya stress kerja dan burnout.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, leverage dan kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan sampel 27 perusahaan yang terdaftar pada indeks LQ45 pada tahun 2017-2021. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitaif, teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah partial least squares (PLS) dengan alat bantu software smartPLS versi 3.0 Hasil penelitian dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa dari 3 hipotesis terdapat 1 hipotesis yang didukung atau diterima dan terdapat 2 hipotesis yang ditolak. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa profitabilitas memiliki dampak terhadap nilai perusahaan, profitabilitas memiliki pengaruh total sebesar 92.7%, leverage tidak memiliki dampak terhadap nilai perusahaan dan kebijakan dividen tidak memiliki dampak terhadap nilai perusahaan. profitabilitas, leverage, kebijakan dividen, nilai perusahaan. kata kunci: profitabilitas, leverage, kebijakan dividen, nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Shipping safety performance cannot be separated from the quality of sea transportation. The performance of sea transportation safety is a very important factor because it is related to the efforts of the Directorate General of Sea Transportation in realizing effective and efficient sea transportation. Human resources are one of the factors that cause shipping safety performance is not optimal. The results of this study indicate that the problems that occur in shipping safety performance are caused by the competency factor of the workers on board that are not yet optimal. In connection with this phenomenon, this study intends to empirically examine the effect of training and competence on shipping safety performance. Related to this objective, data on training, competence and performance of shipping safety was collected through interviews using questionnaires to workers on board ships at Tanjung Emas Port, Semarang. The data obtained were then analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling approach to test the research model and the influence between variables. The results of this study indicate that the performance of shipping safety is caused by the competence factor of the above workers when it is not optimal. In addition to competence, this study also shows that problematic shipping safety performance is caused by low training factors. This study also shows that the provision of training can shape and build the competencies needed to support shipping safety performance.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil survey dan wawancara yang dilakukan dengan pihak terkait diketahui bahwa permasalahan utama taman Agrowisata di Desa Tamanrejo adalah belum terbangunnya sistem jaringan pemasaran dan promosi produk kepariwisataan. Program Kemitraan Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendorong percepatan rintisan taman Agrowisata di Desa Tamanrejo melalui pemanfaatan peran digital marketing. Dengan menggunakan model digital roadtrip melalui platform Instagram dan Facebook ditemukan bahwa metode tersebut mampu mempromosikan potensi wisata di Desa Tamanrejo, karena fitur utamanya yang mengunggulkan pembagian gambar dan video, sehingga pengguna Instagram dan Facebook seolah-olah merasa berada di kawasan taman Agrowisata. Penggunaan platform Youtube sebagai media untuk mengunggah, menonton, dan berbagi video profil taman Agrowisata. Kegiatan pelatihan mengenai pemanfaatan digital marketing dinilai tepat dilakukan kepada penduduk usia muda, sebagai proporsi terbesar pengguna aktif media sosial. Dengan pelatihan yang dilaksanakan, kelompok pemuda di Desa Tamanrejo dapat secara mandiri merancang konten di media sosial untuk tujuan promosi. Temuan penting dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah guna mencapai percepatan rintisan taman Agrowisata, diperlukan sinergi yang menyeluruh dari semua lapisan Masyarakat. Caranya dengan mendorong pengguna aktif Instagram, Facebook, dan Youtube di Desa Tamanrejo untuk mengikuti “Instagram, Facebook, dan Youtube taman Agrowisata,” membagikan setiap momen yang dilakukan ketika bersinggungan dengan aktivitas wisata di taman Agrowisata.

Abstract

The contribution of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) performance has a strategic role as a buffer for the national economy. The economic crisis that has hit Indonesia several times, including during the COVID-19 pandemic, has hit the MSME sector, so the sector is no longer able to repay its loans. Even though at that time the MSME sector was working to fix the classic problems that hampered it is performance. Departing from this phenomenon, this study examines the results of previous studies to map five exogenous variables, namely debt character factors, financial factors, management factors, operational factors as well as market and marketing factors as explanatory variables that allegedly cause MSMEs to experience the risk of failing to pay credit which has an impact on the poor NPL. The results of the SEM analysis of data from 125 MSMEs in Semarang City affected by COVID-19 showed that the high risk of default experienced by MSMEs was caused by debt character factors, financial factors, management factors, operational factors, and poor market and marketing factors which then impact on increasing the NPL ratio.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku cyberloafing karyawan. Populasi survei adalah seluruh karyawan dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 127 responden. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah role overload (X1), role ambiguity (X2), role conflict (X3), dan perilaku cyberloafing (Y). Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode full sampling yang menyebarkan kuesioner langsung kepada karyawan. Analisis yang digunakan menggunakan analisis regresi dengan SPSS 20. “Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa role overload, role ambiguity, dan role conflict berpengaruh pada perilaku cyberloafing.”

Abstract

This study examines and analyzes the effect of leadership and workload on turnover intention with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. In this study using quantitative research methods with primary data sources. The sampling technique in this study used the maximum likelihood (ML) technique. Respondents in this study were employees at PT Usaha Karya Kencana involving 100 employees. Data in the study used a seven-point likert scale measurement and were then collected through the distribution of the google form. The data analysis technique uses structural equation modeling (SEM) with the AMOS version 24 application tool. The results show that leadership has a negative effect on turnover intention, workload has a positive effect on turnover intention, leadership has a positive effect on job satisfaction, workload has a negative effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a negative effect on turnover intention, leadership has no effect on mediated turnover intention by job satisfaction, workload affects turnover intention which is mediated by job satisfaction. It is hoped that future research will take variables that have not been studied about turnover intention, producing a wide and different research range.

Abstract

Cyberloafing behavior is a form of withdrawal deviance in the workplace which is increasingly surfacing along with technological developments. Cyberloafing behavior not only has a positive impact but also has a negative impact on the company. To maximize the positive impact and minimize the negative impact, this research has an urgency to examine predictors that can explain the occurrence of cyberloafing behavior. The study was conducted using employees from various companies in various industries as research samples. The results of this study indicate that cyberloafing behavior is explained by role ambiguity, role conflict and role overload.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Workload, Work Communication, Work Environment, on Employee Morale in the Cold Storage Industry in Juwana City. This study used a nonprobability sampling research method with a purposive sampling method. The population used in this study were all employees working in the Cold Storage Industry in Juwana City and the sample used was 110 employees. This study uses a nonprobability sampling research method with a purposive sampling method (saturated sampling). Data analysis in this study used the technique of Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the statistical package for the social sciences (SPSS) program. The results of the analysis and discussion show that the variables Workload, Work Communication, Work Environment, have a direct effect on Employee Morale. The Variable of Work Communication partially has no positive and significant effect on Employee Morale. Variables Workload, Work Communication, work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Morale in the Cold Storage Industry in Juwana City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of students 'knowledge, perceptions and environment on students' interest in becoming the BEM FEB UPGRIS management. Respondents in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of PGRI Semarang with a sample of 267 students. The data collection process was carried out by distributing questionnaires via google form media to all students of the Faculty of Economics and Business from class 2017-2020. This research is using quantitative methods. Methods of data collection using stratified random sampling technique using a questionnaire. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis using statistical test tools. The data processing of this study used IBM SPSS 22 tools. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between knowledge on student interest, and perceptions do not have a positive and significant effect on student interest, and the student environment has a positive and significant effect on student interest. Knowledge, perceptions, and the student environment together have an effect on student interest. knowledge has an effect of 63% on student interest, perception of 0.29% and student environment by 31%. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the value of Adjusted R Square is 0.740 or 74%.
