Abstract

This study aims to determine how much the influence of discipline and motivation on employee performance. Samples in this study were taken as many as 46 respondents and the technique used is Total Sampling. The data in this study used a survey method through a questionnaire filled out by employees. Data obtained using simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis.             The results of this study indicate that discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. And simultaneously discipline and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance. Future studies are suggested to use other methods in examining employee performance, for example through in-depth interviews with respondentsKeywords:  Dicipline, Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the job statisfaction and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior (ocb) of nurses at psychiatric hospital tampan riau province. Where two independent variables are proposed and one dependent variable. That is the job statisfaction and organizational commitment as independent variables and organizational citizenship behavior (ocb) as dependent variable. This research method is descriptive and quantitative by using program of SPSS 21, where sample used is nurses Non-PNS at Tampan Psychiatric Hospital Riau Province with responden counted 47 people. For sampling technique using census method. Techniques of data collection through questionnaires and interview. The result of the analysis using validity test, reliability test, determination test, simple regretion test, multiple linear regression test, t test, and f test, so that it can be seen that the job statisfaction has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (ocb), that organizational commitment has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (ocb), and that the job statisfaction and organizational commitment have a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (ocb).Keywords: The Job Statisfaction, Organizational Commitment, And Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Ocb)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of monitoring and providing motivation on employee performance at Hotel Mona Plaza. Supervision and motivation as the independent variable (X) and employee performance as the dependent variable (Y), and this study takes the number of respondents was 53 respondents.Data obtained through questionnaires selanjtnya processed to then be tested through descriptive analysis and statistical analysis such as multiple linear regression analysis, t test, and correlation analysis and determination with the help of using SPSS.The results showed that the results of hypothesis testing t test, t (2.892)> t table (2.009) and t (2.807)> t table (2.009). This means that the supervision and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance. The magnitude of the effect of monitoring and providing motivation to employees performance at the Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru is 24.3% and the remainder were not included in this research model.Keywords: Monitoring, Giving Motivation, Performance, Mona Plaza Hotel

Abstract

             This study aims to determine the effect of Transformational Leadership Style and Organizational Climate on Employee Performance in Nurses in the Handsome Mental Hospital of Riau Province. Where two independent variables and one bound are proposed, namely the Transformational Leadership Style and Organizational Climate as independent variables and Employee Performance acts as the dependent variable.This research method is descriptive and using the SPSS 21 program, where the sample used is Nurse Handsome Mental Hospital of Riau Province with respondents as many as 56 people. For sampling techniques using the census method. Data collection techniques through questionnaires and interviews. The results of the analysis use validation tests. Abstract

This study aims to explain the influence of organizational climate and interpersonal communication on the organization's commitment to the employees of the office of PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Airports Sultan Syarif Kasim II Pekanbaru. Organizational climate as a variable (X1), interpersonal communication as a variable (X2), and organizational commitment as a variable (Y). The method in this research is descriptive and quantitative research by using the program SPSS version 25 for windows, which were collected through questionnaires to 66 respondents. The samples used are employees of the office of PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Pekanbaru and as a source of information is used to determine the sample HR census method.From the results of data analysis include validity, reliability, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression test, test of determination, t test, and test f. It can be concluded that the organizational climate significantly influence the organizational commitment of employees of the office of PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Airports Sultan Syarif Kasim II Pekanbaru, interpersonal communication significantly influence the organizational commitment of employees of the office of PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and work motivation on employee loyalty at the Mutiara Merdeka Pekanbaru Hotel. Employee loyalty is one of the loyalty of employees in the company. To encourage employees to remain loyal to the company, first of all factors must be investigated that affect employee loyalty. For this reason leadership style factors have a role in directing individual behavior including employee work motivation. Leaders who provide calm in work situations and employee motivation can increase employee loyalty. In general, the better the leadership style and work motivation, the more loyal a person is in carrying out his work activities in the company. The population in this study were all employees of the Mutiara Merdeka Pekanbaru Hotel with 52 samples taken using the Slovin formula. The sampling method in this study is in the form of primary data and secondary data using questionnaires, interviews and documents in the company. Analysis of the data used is simple and multiple linear regression using the application SPSS ver 25 for windows.  The results showed that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty as evidenced by the value of t 5.247> t table 1.998. Work motivation has a positive effect on employee loyalty to Mutiara Merdeka Hotel employees, as evidenced by the calculated value of 4.110> 1.998 tables.  F test results show that the calculated F value of 18.296> F table 3.14 which means that the leadership style and work motivation significantly influence employee loyalty.  Keywords: Leadership Style, Work Motivation, and Employee Loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of employee placement and compensation on employee job satisfaction on employees of the BPJS Employment Branch of Pekanbaru City. The population in this study were permanent employees of the BPJS Employment Office in the Pekanbaru City Branch. Sampling using saturated or census samples with a sample of 41 employees. Research data collection in the form of primary data, with the distribution of questionnaires as research instruments and secondary data in the form of company archives. Analysis of the data used is to use simple and multiple linear regression, determination test, t test, f test with the help of SPSS program. Hypothesis testing uses simple linear analysis methods and multiple linear analysis with the results showing that employee placement and compensation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at the BPJS Employment Branch in Pekanbaru City. With the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) the effect of employee placement on job satisfaction obtained a square value of 0.399 or 39.9% and the effect of compensation on job satisfaction obtained a square value of 0.793 or 79.3% and the calculation of determination (R2) multiple the effect of employee placement and compensation on job satisfaction obtained a square value of 0.822 or 82.2%. This shows that employee placement and compensation have an effect of 82.2% on job satisfaction, while the remaining 17.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study Keywords: Employee Placement, Compensation, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

 The research aims to recognize the organizational culture?s influence and the job satisfaction of the organization?s commitment partial and simultaneous. This study uses questionnaires to distribute to 26 responders to Hotel Bintang Lima employees. Next data were prepared using descriptive analysis and statistical analysis using SPSS 23, validating tests, reability, linear regression tests simple, linear regression tests multiple, determinative analysis (R2) and hypothetical tests with t (partial) and simultaneous F (simultaneous) tests. Research results show that testing the first hypothesis is the organization?s culture?s test of the organization?s commitment is t countdown (4,687) > t tabel (2,062), meaning the organization?s culture has a significant impact on the organization?s commitment. Second, job satisfaction is t count (4,528) > t table (2,062) meaning that job satisfaction has a significant impact on the organization?s commitment. The test F count (29,922) > F table (3,42) means organizational culture and job satisfaction simultaneously make a significant impact on the organization?s commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of training and work supervision on employee performance partially and simultaneously. This study uses a questionnaire as a data collection tool which is distributed to 55 respondents to employees of PT. Green Planet Indonesia Pekanbaru branch. Data were then processed using descriptive analysis and statistical analysis using SPSS 25 to test the validity, reliability test, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing with test t (partial) and F test ( simultaneous). The results showed that testing the first hypothesis, namely the implementation of training on performance, namely t count (6.221)> t table (2.005), meaning that the implementation of training had a significant effect on employee performance. Second, work supervision is t count (6.289)> t table (2.005), meaning that job supervision has a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the F test (23.064)> F table (3.18) means that the implementation of training and work supervision simultaneously has a significant effect on employee performance.Keywords: Implementation of Training, Supervision of Work, Employee Performance.
