Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of situational leadership style and work motivation on employee job satisfaction (study at the headquarters of PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru). Work Environment as Variable (X1), Employee Welfare as Variable (X2) and Employee Morale as a variable (Y). The method in this research is quantitative with SPSS program, where the samples used are employees at the headquarters of PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru that is as much as 100 respondents. In accordance with opinion (Roscoe, 2009) that the appropriate size in the study is 30 to 500. That number can already represent the population. Technique of collecting data through questionnaire. The result of this research conclude that Work Environment variable and Employee Welfare have significant influence to Employee Morale at the headquarters of PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru Keywords: Work Environvent, Employee Morale

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of seniority and loyalty to promotion of position on Toyota car dealer employees at PT. Agung Automall Pekanbaru. The sampel in this study were taken 53 respondents and the technique used purposive sampling. The data in this study used survey method through quetionnaires falled by employees. The data obtained of questionnaire tested through SPSS16 program. The results of analysis used multiple linear regression analysis, determination test (R2), individual significance test (t test) and simultaneous significance test (F test) so it can be seen that seniority variable had a positive effect on promotion of position variable, seniority variable influences variable promotion of position , and a significant influence between seniority and loyalty variable promotion of position. The results shows R Square is the coefficient of determination and obtained R Square velue of 0,838. That is, seniority and loyalty effect promotion of position by 83,8%.\Keywords : Seniority,Loyalty and Promotion of Position

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership and organizational commitment toward organizational citizenship behavior (studies on nurses of RSUD Puri Husada Tembilahan). Transformational leadership as the first variable (X1), Organizational commitment as the second variable (X2), and organizational citizenship behavior as the third variable (Y). The method in this research is descriptive and quantitative by using program of SPSS 21, where the sample used by 72 nurses, sampling using the formua slovin conduted by purposive sampling and technique of data collecting through questioner. The result of this analysis using test of validity, reliability test, determination, simple linear regression test, T test and F test so it can be concluded that transformational leadership have significant effect toward organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment have significant effect toward organizational citizenship behavior. Transformational leadership and organizational commitment have significant toward organizational citizenship behaviorin RSUD Puri Husda Tembilahan.
