Abstract

Execution of Promotion is networking of target and target, policy and order giving direction to effort marketing of company from time to time, at every level and reference and also its location, especially as response of company in face of environment and circumstance of emulation changing. Minatpasien grow because an motif of pursuant to attribute suit fancy and its requirement in using an service activities, pursuant to the mentioned hence the company have to precisely design strategy of marketing to draw enthusiasm from within x'self of consumer is in order to interested to product of service which on the market so that if consumer have had an interest in the product hence there will be decision to buy the product and generate decision of consumer buy.This research is conducted in Hotel of Ratu Mayang Garden Pekanbaru which have location in road street of General Sudirman, Pekanbaru. Target of this Research is conducted to know influence of execution of promotion to decision of buy of at Hotel Ratu Mayang Garden Pekanbaru.In this research is methodologies used by quantitative and descriptive with program SPSS, where sampel used by that is patient of visitor of Hotel Ratu Mayang Garden Pekanbaru and as source of information is HRD, Front of Office and Manager marketing. To determine sampel use formula Slovin, method of sampling by accidental sampling. Technics of data collecting of through interview, observation and kuesioner.From result analyse data covering validity test, reabilitas, and linear regresi modestly, execution of promotion in research of inimeliputi 4 that good component is advertisement, publicity, sales promotion, and the personal sale. Abstract

This research intent to know job motivation influence and work condition to job satisfaction fires an employee on plant wide PT. Eka Dura Indonesia. Where is proposed two variable free and one variable be tied-up, which is job motivation and variable personation work condition frees and variable personation job satisfaction be tied-up.Population in observational it is fire an employee on plant wide PT. Eka Dura is Indonesia, with total sample take 66 person with slovin's formula. Seeking procedure to be done bases accidental sampling. Observational data as data of primary, with questionnaire as instrument research, analisis is data that is utilized is with analisis statistic with help programs SPSS.analisis's result utilize bifilar linear regression, quiz t, and quiz f so gets to be known that variable motivates job and signifikan's ascendant work condition to job satisfaction fires an employee (H1), that influential job motivation signifikan to job satisfaction fires an employee (H2), and signifikan's ascendant work condition to job satisfaction fires an employee (H3).Key word : Job motivation, Work condition, and job satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment on employee morale parts service at PT. United Tracktor Tbk Pekanbaru. From the results of this study concluded that the working environment at PT. United Tractor Tbk Pekanbaru simultaneous effect on employee morale parts service for 46.2%, while the remaining 53.8% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. Data obtained from questionnaires and subsequently processed to then be tested using statistical analysis as a simple linear regression analysis, t test, and correlation analysis and determination using SPSS 17. Results of this study showed that the known t (9073)> t table (1.985) and Sig. (0,000) <0.05. That is unacceptable and the hypothesis states that the working environment have a significant effect on morale.Keywords: Work Environment, Morale, Employee Part Service, PT. United Tracktor

Abstract

Motivation is a very important activity to be done by a leader to each employee . Each motivation given an important role in supporting employee performance and can affect psychological in those employees. Motivation in the form of encouragement to excel in working , giving praise or awards , giving confidence to take responsibility , and the opportunity for the development of employee performance becomes an important indicator in the study to employees in the service division of PT . Agung Automall Sutomo Pekanbaru . The study, of 59 respondents indicated that the motivation that has been done by Head of Service Division at PT . Agung Automall Sutomo Pekanbaru .mempengaruhi keja satisfaction service division employees in the form of wage or salary level indicators , supervision , career promotion , working groups , and working conditions .. Abstract

The purpose of the study is to determine the effect of early training work motivation on employee performance in PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) Regional Office Pekanbaru. The research data in the form of primary data and secondary data, with the questionnaire as a research instrument.Analysis of the data used by using SPSS.Results of analysis using multiple linear regression, t-test, and the test of determination (R2), and the F-test. The results showed that the training and work motivation simultam significant influence on employee performance. It can be seen from the F-count = 52.867> F-table = 3.18. So that the figures obtained R2 (R Square) of 0.670 or 67%. This shows that the percentage contribution of independent variables (training and motivation) on the dependent variable (performance of employees) by 67% and strong relationships with major award is 0.67. While the remaining percentage of 33% (100% - 67%) is influenced by other variables not included in this study variables.Keywords: Training, Work Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of performance appraisal and development of employees on work productivity of employees at PT Bank Sumut Cabang Sidikalang partially and simultaneously. Dimensions are used in performance assessment consists of a standard-setting work, performance assessment and provision of feedback. Dimensions variable employee development consists of materials, instructors and facilities. And dimensions for the independent variables (productivity of employees) consists of ability, morale, efficiency, improvement of work, quality, and self-development.The method used is descriptive analysis method, and multiple linear analysis method that produces output t test, F test, and test of the determinant (R²). Processing data using programe SPSS 20.The results showed that the partial performance appraisals significant effect on employee productivity PT Bank Sumut Cabang Sidikalang, partial variable employee development does not significantly influence employee productivity PT Bank Sumut Cabang Sidikalang, as shown by the significant value greater than 0, 05. And simultaneous assessment of performance and development of employees a significant effect on employee productivity. Based on research obtained the degree of correlation of 0.718 which indicates that the level of relationship between the independent variable on the dependent variable has a strong relationship and R² values obtained at 0.516 or 51.6%. This means that employee productivity PT Bank Sumut Cabang Sidikalang influenced by the performance appraisal and development of employees amounted to 51.6%.Keywords: Perfprmance Apraisal, Development Employee, Employee Productivity

Abstract

Many companies are increasingly aware of and assessing the implementation or application of CSR programs not merely fulfill the obligations as set out in the Act. The better a company'S CSR program implementation the more positive and also good corporate image in the eyes of the public . The application of CSR program PT. Arara Abadi held already although there is still that have not been fully implemented as expected community so that the positive image that was expected by the company has not achieved fully.This research was conducted at the Subdistrict Perawang Tualang Siak Regency. As for the reason for choosing a PT. Arara Abadi that to measure the degree of implementation of CSR and decline the positive image of the company. The purpose of this research was conducted to find out the influence of the implementation of the program of corporate social responsibility (CSR) against the company's image.In this research is methodologies used by is quantitative and descriptive with program SPSS, where sample used by that is community around company society perawang and as source of information is party of UP-CD CSR PT.Arara Abadi. To determine sampel use formula Slovin, method of sampling by accidental sampling. Technics of data collecting of through, observation and quesioner.From the results of the data analysis that includes a test of validity, reabilitas, and a simple linear regression, the implementation of CSR programs against the corporate image. Abstract

Dimensions are used in performance assessment consists of a standard-setting work, performance assessment and provision of feedback. Dimensions variable employee development consists of materials, instructors and facilities. And dimensions for the independent variables (productivity of employees) consists of ability, morale, efficiency, improvement of the work, the quality, research and development diri.Metode used is descriptive analysis method and multiple linear analysis method that produces output t test, test F, and test the determinant (²). Processing data using SPSS 20.0 program.The results showed that the provision of compensation and motivation simultaneously significant effect on employee performance. It can be seen from the F-count = 121 859&gt; F-table = 3.18. So that the figures obtained R2 (R Square) of 0.824 or 82.4%. This shows that the percentage contribution of the influence of the independent variable (compensation and motivation) on the dependent variable (performance of employees) amounted to 82.4% and strong relationships with a large award is 0.824. While the remaining percentage of 17.6% (100% - 82.4%) influenced by other variables not included in this study variables.Keywords: Compensation, Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership and organizational commitment toward turnover intention in Ratu Mayang Garden Hotel Pekanbaru. Transformational leadership as the first variable (X1), Organizational commitment as the second variable (X2), and turnover intention as the third variable (Y). The method in this research is descriptive and quantitative by using program of SPSS 21, where the sample used by 80 employees by census and technique of data collecting through questioner. The result of this analysis using test of validity, reliability test, determination, simple linear regression test, T test and F test so it can be concluded that transformational leadership have significant effect toward turnover intention, organizational commitment have significant effect toward turnover intention. Transformational leadership and organizational commitment have negative effect and significant toward turnover intention in Ratu Mayang Garden Hotel Pekanbaru.
